My favorite thing about this property was the balcony overlooking the harbor — even though the weather was hot, the breeze off the water made the balcony cool and pleasant, and it was a perfect place to finish the day, with a view of water, sky, and sailboats. The location was perfect for us — right in the middle of the little downtown area with its shops and restaurants. The condo was comfortably furnished and had a dedicated parking spot in the garage underneath the units. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely book it again for our next visit to the area.

We loved our stay at this property right in the heart of downtown Manteo. The location was fantastic, the apartment is well-stocked, and if anything it was even nicer than the pictures made it appear. Check-in was easy, communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice, clean and well kept. Manteo is a great place to stay. Quiet laid back town, close to everything. Could not have asked for a better location. If we go to OBX again, Manteo is the place to stay.

We LOVED Manteo! The small town was wonderful! Quiet yet close driving distance to Nag’s Head and other Outer Banks locations. Condo was exactly as described. We felt safe & secure. Sat outside on the balcony watching boats often. Enjoyed the Bonnet St beach access as well as Jeanette’s Pier and a 5 hr fishing charter. Many, many things to see and do in the Outer Banks!

My family enjoyed every moment of our stay. The property is in a perfect location - close to restaurants, shops, boutiques, and - of course - the water! The views from the balcony were spectacular. The property was very clean and well stocked. The directions for arrival and departure days were simple and convenient. We hope to stay again next year.

We will be back to enjoy this property again. The location is perfect for exploring Manteo and a short drive over the bridge to other locations at the outer banks. The view was beautiful from the condo's balcony and the accommodations were cozy.

Everything from the property to the location was just perfect for us. The security of the premises was very good. The condo was clean, very well maintained and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our staff. Condo was perfect and very close to all the shops and places to eat. We were celebrating our anniversary and have stayed at many places in Manteo and Nags Head and the condo was one of the nicest. Very quiet and peaceful. The home was well stocked and the beds slept very comfortable. The views were amazing- sunrise and sunset. The owners were very quick to respond. Thank you. We really enjoyed our stay. The elevator was very nice for taking things up.

We had a great time with family and friends for a 69th birthday on Dec. 31 and bringing in New Years. Amazing views, near everything and well equiped, comfortable beds and clean. Parking spot very close to elevator and elevator close to condo door.

We stayed for thanksgiving holiday. Condo is perfect! Everything about it worked beautifully for us! Two comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths. Very comfortable seating in the living room. Balcony with Ana invite views, sunrises and sunsets! Secure access to condo and patkimg. It is perfect! Short walk to town shops and restaurants! A must stay- I’m definitely going back! This condo was the perfect location if you are visiting Manteo and had a beautiful view. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed.

This was our 2nd time renting this condo and we would definitely rent again! Clean, comfortable and not cluttered , we had everything we needed. The location is great with the harbor in front and the boardwalk to walkabout. Loved watching all the dogs playing in the green space. This condo was exactly what we expected and more. Location could not have been better for all things to do in Manteo. The view was hard to leave! Communication with owners was great and we highly recommend this lovely place. Would stay again!

Good location in the heart of downtown Manteo, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, festival park and a long boardwalk that runs along the bay.

The location of this place is fantastic. There are stores, restaurants, parks, water access, and several attractions within walking distance. My wife and I were able to keep our four-year-old busy. The condo is located right on top of a restaurant, which worried us first. However, the restaurant closes early, and even when opened, we didn't hear anything inside the condo. The condo was clean, smelled good, and had everything we needed. We did run into a few minor inconveniences. You have to put sheets on the pillows and beds and then you have to wash them before you leave. The front door was hard to tell if it was locked properly on the outside from the inside. An added latch lock would be nice. Curtains or darker shades for the front windows (bedroom and living room) would be nice. The sun is super bright in the morning and the current shades don't help that much. None of these minor inconveniences are deal breakers and we would certainly come back. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

The parking spot was totally unexpected and was straight out the elevator. Most stores opened at 11am and closed early. But we were able to visit each one. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Location, location, location!! Great downtown waterfront condo with fabulous views of the bay and marina. The balcony was our favorite spot for morning coffee and relaxing evenings. Steps away from great restaurants shopping. and nice boardwalks for walking. Close to historic sites in the area.
