We just got back from staying at the Magnolia Villa and none of us can wait to come back. Everything was perfect. The villa itself was just the right size for the 7 of us. We had everything we needed but of course we didn’t spend much time inside. The grounds are immaculate with a secluded courtyard and pool and beautiful tropical flowers all around. A short walk down a private pathway led to the perfect beach. We visited several beaches while we were on the island but I think our favorite was the beach right in the Villa’s back yard. There’s a small reef to the right where we saw many fish. A young stingray was frequently swimming around with a fish following. The water color is vibrant and the sand, white. There weren’t many people and it felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. Communication with the owners was easy and they even graciously allowed us a slightly early check-in and slightly late check-out. The property manager Luz was fantastic and sweet. We always had everything we needed. We made use of the snorkel equipment and cooked in the kitchen to save a little money on the island. There are 4 tandem kayaks and 4 singles to use (even though we didn’t). My kids loved the pool almost as much as the beach and we were frequently visited by some yellow-crowned night herons. One of them even hopped in the pool on the top step to take a drink. If we ever make it back to Providenciales, we will try to stay here again. FANTASTIC PLACE!!!

Beautiful and very clean villa. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen equipped with anything you need. Loved the whole property. Beautiful gardens. The beach was great with good snorkeling a little off shore.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas. Things we loved: spacious areas inside and out, easy 4-5 minute walk to the beach, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and towels all provided, clean, staff (Luz :-), parking right by units. Things to note to just to manage expectations: laundry is not in the unit and only a washer that staff also use so you have to compete, it is not at the address provided on Coconut Road but across the street - not easy to figure this out after dark your first night, in our unit there were 3 remotes for the TV that are super touchy - ask about the directions before you use it, no dishwasher. What we think might have been the 'office' was always locked and we called numbers with no one responding - however, cleaning staff is around constantly and handled every question and need promptly and was super friendly.

Had a great week in Magnolia Villa, property is as listed, very short walk to the beach. Luz was great. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay Luz was fantastic! It’s not on the beach. But they make getting to the beach very easy. Just across the street. We have highly recommended staying at these villas and will be back with more family! Incredible !!!

Great Villa, beautiful beach, location a little further from activities / stores, wished we had a small convenient store within walking distance for goods, however friendly taxi service and Turtle Bay 5 minutes away was great

We loved staying here - the proximity to the beach, the pool, the service - it was all great! We liked this beach better than the more crowded Grace Bay with all the hotels - would definitely come back again!

This was an amazing property with everything we needed! A wonderful, spacious, open concept villa [Magnolia] was our wonderful home away from home! My wife and 4 kids enjoyed the marvelous pool and tranquil outdoor patio space daily. There was a very well prepared outdoor gas grill, plenty of ocean toys, boogie boards as well. We took the kayaks out multiple times and enjoyed the bikes as well. The postcard quality beach was only a lush tropical stroll away [2 minute walk] and the turquoise water and white sand along with palm trees and blue skies was always welcoming us!

This place was fantastic. We stayed at the Magnolia house at the property. It was perfect for what we needed. Very clean. The private beach was very close and within walking distance. The ocean and beach were beautiful. We used the pool as well. Everything was perfect. The housekeeper Luz was also very helpful. Quick to respond and help us get whatever we needed.

Don’t stay anywhere else! Everything was perfect in the Jasmine and Magnolia villas. We will definite stay here every trip to Providenciales!

Absolutely super! Everything is so well managed it was almost like being at a full-service resort. Luz (pronounced like Lucy without the y) is more like an ambassador and obviously very proud of how she and her team take care of the villas. The grounds are very well kept and cleaned daily, the beach is steps away, the villas are impeccably clean and well appointed. The pool is clean and offers both sunny and shady areas. Also steps away on a level walk are the bars and restaurants of Turtle Cove. Groceries and other staples are a short drive away. These are not brand new units, but they are very well maintained and in very good working order. The Jasmine villa is upstairs with an amazing screened-in verandah with dining and sitting spaces and sliding doors that open up on two walls to the rest of the villa. We were able leave the house open and let the trade winds cool the space. The bedrooms are separately air conditioned so we were very comfortable at night too. The beds were very comfortable and linens of good quality. There are two en-suite washrooms. The Magnolia villa is on the ground level and, very handily right off the pool deck. It is a good size and easily accessible with two large nicely appointed washrooms right next to each of the bedrooms but easily accessible. The only minor drawback is that the WiFi can be somewhat limited outside of your villa. We loved it so much we are planning a return trip.

This is a hidden gem in TCI, Provo Island! We enjoyed every single amenity: bikes, kayaks, the back lagoon, beautiful beach and the location were all so perfect! The weather was amazing and the hospitality over the top!

This was our third stay at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas, family of five. We love this location and think it is one of the top (if not the best) location on the island. The previous review "A Slice of Paradise" May 2021 states EVERY single thing I wanted to write. We agree that Smith's Reef is top for snorkeling (short walk left on the beach is the best area, IMO) and are kicking ourselves for paying for paying for a party of 5 to go on a snorkel trip with a big company. It was still fun, but did not offer the abundance of sights as Smith's (at Smith's reef we saw turtles everyday, squid, lobster, rays and so many different fish!). Highly recommend a car rental if you can. It is great to see more of the Island. This also helps with getting groceries! Also recommend bringing food. We brought a full suitcase of dry goods (coffee, cereal, pasta, snacks,etc. and frozen meats). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need prepare meals. There are two gas grills (one right outside the Magnolia) that work great. Restaurants within walking distance/bike ride: Sharkbite, Baci (Italian/pizza), Turks Wave Cafe, Mango Reef, Hideaway Grill & Chill (-a wonderful little side of the road place just a few steps past Wave cafe), Simone's..... We are already planning our next stay. Reservations are easy and they are great to work with. We had to change our dates due to COVID and also working around airfares. GBBOV were amazing to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Luz was amazing. We had such a great experience with her and she is just simply the best! The housekeeping staff were magical and somehow we hardly ever saw them, we would arrive back to a fresh villa every day. Towels and supplies stocked as needed. This is the place to stay of you are not into big resorts, crowds and someone at your beck and call. The private beach is amazing, there is hardly anyone around. The villas were fully booked during our visit but it was still quiet and private. I cannot say enough great things. I also would love to keep this place a secret! lol
