This property was great. Very spacious, there were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool & yard were great. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book again. Have told other friends about this house. The management was very responsive and answered questions, quickly. Loved this stay!

My family had an amazing vacation staying at this property. The house is extremely spacious, clean, and cozy. It has every amenity you could ever want and more! The sparkling pool was very relaxing in the 110 degree Vegas heat. The putting green, arcade games and billiard table kept us entertained when we weren’t in the pool. Each bedroom is very spacious with comfy beds and a smart TV. The location of the house is super convenient to local restaurants, the airport and the south end of the strip. The property owner, Jamason, was extremely polite, helpful and communicative prior to our arrival and during check in. This was by far the best experience I’ve had staying at a Vrbo rental.

We had an amazing time at this house. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us girls to spread out. There’s a lot to do at the property before heading out in the evenings. The pool was perfect! We didn’t have any issues with pool chemixals. The hosts were super communicative and flexible. I’d absolutely rent this property again.

First Vrbo we were disappointed in. upon arrival key code did not work, notified owner and was told to open lock box for key. we only could use key that week as when notifying owner of problem, never fixed. Found sofas and sleepers very worn, dirty and should have been replaced. shower in casita very moldy along with unit not being furnished with basic necessities. not pleasant place to stay in. games very similar and most did not work. not enough chairs for 9 people to sit. also had to move chairs to try to play poker. tried to pay for pool to be heated after first night, but pool never heated. Hot tub was included but never never got hot. Owner controlled the heating for both pools. Payed for 12 guests, and reported right away that we only had 9.,We were told extra cleaning fee would be refunded, we are still waiting, have not received refund.Rental vey old and unkept, poor communication with host.Host wrote us off when complaining about pools, telling us it was hot day.would never recommend to anyone, worst family experience.

The amount of space is excellent for 5 couples and kids. The furnishings/carpet are older and the sofa definitely needs replacing. More seating options would be ideal. We enjoyed the outdoor space even though the weather was cold. Wonderful proximity to the airport for shuttling multiple people in and out.

Love love love your houses. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Used them every day. House is spotless. Beds are amazing. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We will be staying again!!!!!

What an unexpected surprise. Extremely comfortable and roomy house. Well maintained. Clean. Spotless great location and parking. House made for entertaining. Love the kitchen and all the extras like dishes, cups, pots and pans and serving bowls. Nice touch. Gas BBQ worked great.

I was in Vegas for a conference with a few colleagues. This house was the perfect spot to get away from the busy strip but was only a short Uber ride to all of the amazing restaurants. Would highly recommend!

I've stayed in a lot of rentals and this was the best. 12 adults had a blast. The host recommended an amazing private chef too that even offered a grocery shopping service. The backyard was gorgeous and having the pool/hot tub all to ourselves was wonderful. You must rent this house for your next Vegas getaway!

Loved this house. Super clean, well appointed kitchen supplies, and super responsive and helpful property managers. Any and all requests/questions were resolved in a very timely manner. Housed nine women comfortably with room to spare. Hot-tub was perfect for a chilly evening and heated up super quick! If you want to stay in Vegas away from the strip, I definitely recommend.

This property was just great for and extended family of twelve, 6 adults, 6 children!!! There was plenty of rooms with a cute little casita outside!!! It is only 2.5 miles from the strip snd many different grocery stores and restaurants!!! The pool and jacuzzi were great for the kids, as well as, the outdoor barbecue, ping pong table and putt putt green!!! It was easy to get in and out of the place as well as amply stocked with all of the smenities!!! I wouls stay here again!!!

Booked a week over Thanksgiving to get the East Coast and West Coast family together again. Property was excellent; open floor plan; great outdoor areas; and large kitchen. This house has the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever rented with VRBO. Would definitely book it again. Owners were great to work with before and during our stay.

The house was well equipped. It allowed for the adults and teens (who were down on a sports tournament) to have their own space and feel relaxed. All amenities were there with plenty of activities. The location was quiet yet accessible. Great stay.

We were in the house for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house was everything I had hoped for and more! The location is great; a short 10 min Lyft to the strip or to old town. The kitchen has everything you could need for a large group stay and poolside margaritas or blended beverages. The beds were comfortable and every room has a TV. The casita has an extra fridge that was perfect for housing cold poolside drinks. Though we had 10 people in the house, we never felt on top of each other or in each other’s way. I also spent my 30th birthday at this house. I look forward to staying again!

The house was beautiful, the pool was amazing seeing as it was very hot at 120° on its hottest day. Theres was so much room for all the guest we brought. It also it is in a great location not to far from the strip. I would recommend staying here if you have a group of people or of you didnt want to be right on the strip.

Wonderful home big enough for all of us . Very well stocked on mostly everything. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. The a/c In this home was the best!!!! Communication with the owner was good he responds right away have no issues with this wonderful home !!
