Great size home for gathering with family and friends! Well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook at home and then the large tables were perfect for game nights! Loved the outdoor shower!

We had the best time during our stay in Brewster. The home was conveniently located near one of our favorite beaches, Mayflower Beach, and a short distance from Harwich's Ember Pizza and Chatham. The home was clean, lots of communal space and good-sized bedrooms with central air. We will be staying there again for sure!

Great house for a summer vacation in Cape Cod! Everything was as advertised. Ian responded right away with a few questions that we had. Nice location to access shopping, restaurants, beaches and more. We'd like to return next summer!

We had a nice stay in Brewster. There was plenty of room for our large group! The beach was only 1.5 miles away and it was beautiful!

Very comfortable for 10 people. Has all the amenities for preparing a lobster dinner. Also everything you need for a day at the beach. Loved the main living area that was large enough to accommodate all of us for games and relaxation. Centrally located for day trips which we took. Would highly recommend this property to rent.

This house had it all. Plenty of space. Kitchen had every necessity imaginable. Bedrooms were well laid out. Had a downstairs bedroom and bath for convenience. Mattresses were so comfortable. House had great AC. Wonderful location, close to things we liked to do, but secluded enough for privacy. Owner was receptive to a question I had. Also, the owner asked my permission before a roofer came to check something out, thoughtful of him. I can highly recommend this property.

My husband and I have been renting on the Cape for 15 years and this has been our favorite rental by far. There were 10 of us in total and not once did we ever feel cramped / crowded. There was plenty of space and a lot of little “extras”. Having rented for 15 years there are always items I make sure to bring but I found with this rental they had quite of few of the items most rentals do not. Property was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Some of our favorite amenities were the fire pit, outdoor shower, and ping pong table. A great stay !!! Highly recommend this property

House was awesome and central to the things we did. I didn’t read the part that linens and towels were not included. However, David with cape cod linens came to the rescue. It was a great stay.

The home was fabulous! Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies to use in the kitchen. There was a lot of great gathering spaces in the home to accommodate our group! Would definitely come back!

The property was beautiful and spacious! The house was nestled in a wooded area about 5 minutes from the beach! It was quiet and in a sweet little neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and was so comfortable for the 8 of us to stay in! Ian was easy to communicate with and was so kind! He left a detailed and organized list explaining how everything works in the house, which was super helpful! I highly recommend this house to stay in if you travel to Cape Cod!

This house is great for a large group. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. It has a good sized, well equipped kitchen and the kids loved the ping pong table. When there was a problem with the upstairs shower shut off, Ian was helpful and made sure it was quickly fixed. We loved the outside shower and the location.

The house was impeccably clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern and beautiful. Nice first- floor suite, plus four more bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Plenty of dining space and seating. The ping pong table and outdoor shower were a big plus! Nice outdoor fireplace, too. Notes: One person in our group kept waking at sunrise because the bedroom windows only had blinds — no curtains. The first-floor bathroom could use some towel bars. We received an email reminding us to bring sheets and towels, but it didn’t mention toilet paper. I think that was in the listing somewhere, but I couldn’t find it when I went back to look. The house had maybe a day’s worth. But overall, we loved the place. Perfect for our needs, clean, updated, and well kept.

This home was awesome. We had more than enough room for six adults. The ping pong table was an unexpected bonus leading to a lot of movement and laughs. Plenty of hot water for six adults to get ready for a wedding. The location was convenient to stores. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast. As a family, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Shout out to Ian for making us welcome.

Loved our stay! Stayed with a group of friends for a wedding weekend, tons of space to get ready and hang out. Loved that it was nestled away from main roads but easy and close to various things! Ian also reached out and provided all the necessary information! Would highly recommend!

Loved the layout of the house. The downstairs had plenty of space for our group of 10 to hangout and cook. The location was convenient as well.
The only thing I didn't like was that we had to bring our own sheets and towels. This was in the listing when booking so not a surprise, but I ended up having to buy sheets which is not ideal when traveling.

House had everything we needed and was centrally located for our our exploration of Cape Cod and the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Having a washer and dryer available was a plus!

House was spacious and well organized with comfortable beds for our family of 8. Host provided clear instructions . All of us enjoyed the fire pit and ping pong table. Close by to 6A and beaches, recommend a visit to the Crosby Mansion. This exceptionally clean home makes us want to return someday.

Host was so attentive with question prior to vacation date and during the stay. I’ve stayed in many rental properties and he was the best host. House is tucked in a wooded neighborhood close to Dennis and Brewster ponds, lakes and the bay. Ideal spot and very child friendly

Great break in Cape Code
We had a great time, staying at Ian’s house. There was 8 adults all said and lots of room inside and out to keep us out of each others hair. Just the normal issues with timing the two bathrooms for getting ready.
Location is a classic Cape “house in the woods” off Airline and the road up is a little bumpy but nothing your average car can’t handle. If you are looking for beach time remember to leave early to get parking at the local beaches with a week pass or a daily - not a walk to the nearest beach.
Nice back yard/patio with fire pit , grill and showers. Enjoyed nights around the fire and ping pong games inside. Liked the location, with relatively short drives to various beaches and towns.

Great summer retreat
This home was a great gathering space for our family. The house's open plan on the first floor gave people plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive.

Clean well equipt property. Lots of group space for a family to congregate. Outdoors nice and overall location -central on the Cape. Quiet side neighborhood.
We would stay here again.
Beds were excellent. Showers with powerful spray including one outdoors.
Outdoor grill. WiFi worked fine in an area with weak internet-data- phone service.
Only wish would be::::::: a third bathroom inside.
Excellent owner who was appropriately involved.
Please note *** NO LINENS [sheets or towels] provided. We rented towels and sheets at an extra cost.

Wonderful stay with my brothers, sister-in-laws in your lovely home, return to the Cape where we use to gather our whole family, kids and all. The house was perfect for us.....great walking neighborhood, close to all we needed, spacious and inviting, more than enough bedrooms, nice backyard for gathering. Thank you!!

West Brewster Cape Cod Family Trip to fabulous Punkhorn Corners Rental
We had a great week and enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean and comfortable, meeting our needs perfectly. Location was very good with quick access to great sections of the Cape. Some treasures are very, very close to this house, such as: Stony Brook Grist Mill, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History (with best free short hike to Wing’s Island and beach through a marsh area with boards), Cape Rep Theatre, and Wayne’s Antiques. Also, few beaches within just few miles.
2 of the women in our group even fell in love with the red rhododendrons in front of this house, and searched around and found the Red ‘Francesca’ at Crocker Nurseries close nearby for our trip back home.
We were very satisfied with our rental at this place and the owner was very friendly and helpful to our group.

Outstanding Cape Cod Getaway
The house is in a fantastic location and in extremely good condition. Easy access to grocery stores and main roads. The WiFi signal is strong and the A/C units cool the rooms down quickly. Plenty of refrigerator space. Highly recommend!

From the minute we arrived until we had to pack up and head home, my family enjoyed this beautiful home. There was plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve our meals. The bedrooms were nice and the living room was a nice gathering space. We all enjoyed the fire pit and patio as well as the ping pong table. We definitely hope to rent this home again.

Relaxing retreat in Dennis/Brewster
South of 6A in a forest neighborhood, the home has everything you need to relax. We didn’t have the best weather so the ping pong table and large TV were a huge hit. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
