We have been coming to Sunset Beach for many years. We have stayed at the Colony Resort multiple times. This stay was excellent. The property is in amazing shape. The condo was absolutely beautiful and met all of the needs of our family. We definitely want to come back and when we do we plan to stay at the same place and condo if it is available. The owners were outstanding. They communicated very nicely and made sure our family was taken care of. The condo is so very convenient and close to everything. It is super close to the waterway and just a few short minutes to the beach. We highly recommend this resort for your Sunset Vacation!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We have been staying in various condos in Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle for the last 10 years, and this was our favorite. Condo was clean and wonderfully equipped to make our vacation enjoyable. Hope to return next summer!

Easy check in and checkout! Quiet. Super close to the beach (7 min drive to pier) EXTREMELY well stocked kitchen. Don't bring anything!!!! Pack nplay, high chair, booster seat for those that need---less packing! Would 100% stay again.

Nice and very clean unit with great decor, comfy beds and plenty of room for 8 of us to stay. It was the perfect location for our family to visit with my parents and sister & her family who all live in Sunset Beach and OIB. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. we are not new to the area and have vacationed here for years! We decided to try somewhere else (our first VRBO experience!) and it was great! I would definitley stay here again and recommend to others.Great location close to Ocean Isle and sunset beach as well as Little River, Shallotte Calabash, and Myrtle!!

This is a beautiful property with a great location to Sunset Beach. The property owner was very good at communicating with me when needed. My family has been coming to Sunset Beach for 33 years, I will definitely recommend this property to them!

Loved this little condo!! The hosts were amazing and everything was described perfectly! Beautiful location and easy access to multiple different beaches that were not a far drive. It was perfect for my family.

The condo was great!! It was so clean and comfortable! The communication was just right leading up to our stay and very responsive as we were checking out. The community was quiet and the amenities are great!
The location is ideal for getting to various adventures conveniently! I cannot recommend this space enough! We will definitely consider it for future stays!!

Lovely condo and as pictured! No issues. Great food is within 10 minutes.
It’s on the 2nd floor and I don’t know if it was mentioned. Luckily my son came in handy for all the unloading and loading.

Family Friendly
We love this condo for our yearly family vacations. Owners have made lots of helpful notes throughout to make your stay simple and we love the convenient location of the condo. Spent our time hanging out at the condos pool, at Sunset Beach and some time in Myrtle Beach at mini golf and Captain George’s. Our new found favorite on this trip was Sunset Slush!

Just fabulous
The condo is beautifully decorated, stocked with EVERYTHNG, very clean, beachy and we felt at home immediately. Bridget was easy to communicate with. The setting is peaceful, pool was amazing and only 6 minutes to beautiful Sunset Beach. We used it as our home base for a quick 3 day property browsing trip and so wish we could have stayed longer. Hope we can stay again in the future. Was just perfect!

Lots to do!
We stayed here while visiting nearby family, but there was so much in the condo: games to play, movies to watch, books on the area and even a list of top 25 favorite things the owners love to do in the area. While we spent most of our time visiting family, I did enjoy coffee on the balcony every morning. it was so peaceful! Everything we needed was provided and then some! i will definitely stay here again. One of the bedrooms is like a private suite with a little kitchenette. it was a big hit with my daughter.

Amazingly gorgeous & functional
I loved everything about this condo from the well-decorated rooms to the perfectly stocked kitchen! It was quiet, peaceful & close to the beach, as well as numerous restaurants and shopping. Me & my family will definitely rent this property again!

Great condo, very clean and just a pic’s describe. Good location, less than 10 mins to sunset beach and shops/restaurants in Calabash. If you fly, you’ll need to to make arrangements for chairs/towels/etc

Amazing condo, Great location, Highly recommend
We throughly enjoyed our stay in this BEAUTIFUL condo, with everything you could need or want. It's a perfect location for visiting the Sunset Beach area. I cannot say enough about how awesome this place was...and we enjoyed the fitness center in the community as well. We will be back for sure! Highly recommend.

Just a wonderful condo
We were so very excited about our stay and everything was so later out for us, I love love love the notes everywhere it is very helpful!! Also the towel hooks everywhere with 6 kids that was so helpful!!!! Thank you and we will be staying here again!!!

Perfect for us
The property was perfect for our family of four and could easily be suitable for a few more guests if needed. It was very clean and conveniently located near Sunset Beach. The owners were a delight to work with and if we return to Sunset Beach in the future we would definitely consider renting this property again.

Liked the location and area.
This was our first time in Calabash/Sunset Beach. We liked it, the condo location was only a 5 min drive to the beach and the pools and hot tub was nice. We have two kids and they had a great time.
