The home was laid out perfectly for our family with bedrooms on each floor - grandparents on one level and 2 adult children and grandchildren on the other floors. The pool is large and lovely after a day at the beach which is very close. Outdoor shower was great to take off the sand and there are plenty of beach toys and a wagon for the beach. Communication with the owners was quick and easy.

We absolutely loved this vacation property. We were traveling with our three kids (ages 6, 4, and 20 months), as well as my 75-year-old mother-in-law. This house was perfect for us! The heated pool is fantastic, and I love that there’s an alarm system on the door in case a kiddo tried to go out there alone. The house is very well stocked with beach toys, chairs, and a great, sturdy beach wagon. The beach is right down the street- perfect for little kids! We were also thrilled to learn that a walk-up ice cream shop is one building away, and Goatfeathers (restaurant as well as seafood market) was right down the street. We were able to pick up fresh seafood to cook at the house. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years with our kids, and I have to say that this one was our favorite. We’d easily come here again!

We’ve been coming to the beach as a family for 12+ straight years, and this trip was by far the best. Having your private pool and the location of the house was the highlight. We had more then enough room for 3 families! Will be coming back.

This was a last minute vacation trip for my family. We had never stayed in santa rosa beach. We absolutely loved it! One of our favorites now. The property was amazing... so many extras!! Love love love this property. We want to go back very soon.

We have stayed at this house before with family and friends. It is the perfect location so easy to walk to the beach. We have stayed in the Destin area for years and this house is perfect! Enjoy having lifeguards at the beach and love how it’s not to crowded at the beach . The house is fully stocked even beach chairs. The owners are so helpful.

The location is perfect to walk to the beach or several eateries within the area. The accommodations were above our expectations in the sense the house was clean, no maintenance issues, & several amenities available.

Our family returned for the second summer to this home. It was very comfortable for our group of 13, with a well stocked kitchen and just a short stroll to a lovely public beach. The private pool is larger than most, and the outdoor shower was a plus Walked to Goatfeathers to pick up steamed shrimp for supper one night, which was yummy! We hope to return again next summer!

We've stayed at this property several times over the last few years. I love the location to the beach and restaurants. The pool is great and kitchen is well stocked. When we head to Santa Rosa, this is where will stay!

Palm Paradise is a beautiful home with plenty of room. The pool is a great size and the area around it is nice. There are also things for the beach stored outside that can be used and there are games in the house. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need for cooking. We stayed in this house 15 years ago and it is still just as nice as it was then. We could not have had a better week. You will not be disappointed with this home or the area it is located in.

House is just a short drive to Destin where there are endless shops, food and entertainment. Close grocery stores. Had all the items supplied that we needed during our stay. Great house that we would love to stay at again. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful property located approximately 100 yards from the beach. and within walking distance to several restaurants. The house is everything advertised and more. There is a full size pool and grill in the back yard. No need to bring beach chairs as they are supplied as well as a cart to carry everything to the beach. The Owner is very responsive and always answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Santa Rosa Beach.

This house was perfect for our two families with small children. It is so close to the beach and the pool is perfect for when the kids got tired of the beach. It was also great to be so close to several restaurants and the fish market. The house itself felt so homey for us. It had everything we needed to cook our own meals so we felt right at home. Perfectly decorated for the beach! We loved our stay!

This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Best beach chairs and wagon to pull amazing toys for little ones and even grown ups. This house is very short walking distance to Goatfeathers who will supply all your Seafood needs. We love to cook while we're at the beach and this house has everything you need to prepare a meal for small group or large group. The local restaurants are totally adequate no need to drive into Destin or Panama you have everything you need within 10 minutes. This house also has the best pool we've ever had in Santa Rosa very comfortable and homie. Our daughter got married while we were there this time and used Fine Arts on 30A weddings as her venue and we even got great reviews from the owner of this house prior to going which made us feel much better about our venue choice. I hope to return to this house within the next 6 months to 1-year and I will totally rent this house and would recommend it to everyone,

If you're trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of Destin this is your destination. This home is 2 blocks from the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The beach is not near as crowded as Destin (we went out after 10 am and had no problem getting a spot). One house separates you from a restaurant (Goatfeathers) and ice cream shop. Publix is a 5 min drive away and there is also pizza delivery available. The home itself is just as described. Plenty of room for our group of 17 and a well maintained pool to keep the kids entertained when the weather was cloudy and we were afraid to haul all of our things to the beach. Lots of beach items in the closet as well as a wagon to lug it all down there. The owner responded very quickly to any questions asked and even called us in advance to make sure we were taken care of.

This beach home was the perfect getaway with family and friends! The location could not have been better- a very short walking distance from the beautiful beach and just minutes away from amazing food and shops. Brian keeps this vacation house in tip-top shape and was wonderful with providing everything guests need to be comfortable and happy. The backyard pool makes this house perfect, and it is even equipped with lights for swimming after sunset. The home is lovely for large or small groups, with three beautifully furnished floors and multiple bedrooms. Outdoor porches and balconies are accessible on every floor, ideal for morning views of the ocean or evening sunset watches. The weather at this vacation spot cannot be beat. During our trip in the middle of May the water was already so warm! The white-sand beach competes with those of tropical islands, and the locals’ friendly atmosphere made it one of the most memorable vacations I’ve ever had. Could not recommend a better stay anywhere else!

Palm Paradise was the perfect place for a beautiful vacation with the girls! The home provided plenty of space and was very clean and inviting from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect and allowed for an easy walk to the beach, as well as a quick walk to the ice cream shop at the end of the street :) The pool in the back was a bonus and provided a great alternative to the beach. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing beach vacation!

Awesome location! Just a short walk to the beach! We loved having our own private pool! Many great things to share about the house...plenty of room, plenty of seating, good layout, looked like the pictures. Any issues we had with it were quickly taken care of by maintenance. Just wish we could have stayed another week!

We have stayed at this home on several occasions and would not even consider looking elsewhere for the perfect vacation home. The owners go above and beyond for their guests and are wonderful to work with. The property is well maintained and equipped with everything you could ever need on vacation. The beach is as nice, if not nicer, than tropical beaches we have visited. The white sand and clear blue water are picture perfect. There are plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby for people of all ages. One of our favorite places to visit is the ice cream shop located at the end of the street. The close proximity to the beach makes it convenient for guests to come and go as they please. The pool is clean and inviting after a long day at the beach (and well lit for night swimming!). The home is large and spacious with the third floor being ideal for children and teenagers. Each level of the home has an outdoor area to enjoy your morning coffee, an evening cocktail, a good book, or the scenic views. The seven days of sun we had contributed to the perfect girls getaway, thank you Brian and Barb!

Very fun, clean and comfortable house for families. Three stories with spiraling stairs, gulf views and a stargazing deck. Excellent location with shopping and restaurants close by. Rent bikes and explore. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive and have the house well stocked. The beach cart and toys were a bonus and the beach is not crowded. Would highly recommend this house!

Our visit was in the the beginning of April, and the weather was perfect all week. We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) and had plenty of room in the house. The pool was a good size, and being heated was an extra bonus (the ocean was quite cold that week). It is a short walk to the beach (maybe 1/4 mile) and the house has a rolling cart to haul all your gear. (public beach access). We recommend the 1/2 mile walk down 30A to the Growler Garage for some great craft beer. The house had everything we needed - don't worry about bringing kitchen utensils. The ice maker was small and low producing - but that's to be expected when traveling to Florida. Just walk to Buddys (2 blocks) and grab a couple bags of ice; they also have ice cream and bike rentals. We had a great Spring Break, and would certainly return to the area and this house. Thanks to the owners!

We spent a week at Palm Paradise over my kids' spring break. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and provided plenty of room for our party of 11. Everything we could have needed was available for us at the house. The private pool was warm and offered a nice alternative to the beach. We were also able to walk to the beach, to restaurants, and to shopping areas easily from the house. The neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly and the beach is relatively quiet. There were no hassles whatsoever with the rental of this property, and communication with the owner was always prompt and honest. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation close to the beach.

We had a great time! Palm Paradise gave us the space we needed for our large group. Not only was there lots of space, the balconies allowed quiet conversations. The walk to the ocean was short, which was great for our older family members and the pool was enjoyed by all. I especially appreciated the renters closet of ocean toys and chairs! We look forward to staying at Palm Paradise again.

Love this place. It's perfect for the family with everything that you'd have at home and more. The quality is excellent and the home is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is so comfortable. Our family has vacationed at many different beach houses over the last 30 years but this is the best! We will return!

Our family had an amazing week at Palm Paradise! It's a beautiful home with easy beach access and walking distance to great restaurants. Our adult children couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to rent this home. They are already planning when we can all return! Barb and Brian, the owners, were wonderful to deal with. It was our first trip to beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, but certainly won't be our last.

Over all we loved our stay at the beach house Brian and Barb were great to work with,the property was pretty much like the pictures,the bunk room was wonderful the grandkids they loved the heated swimming pool,there was plenty room for all 12 of us,the kids loved the ice cream at the corner had to stop most every night,over all the house was clean except for sand in the kitchen area swept up quiet a lot,only negative was the landry room and ice maker did not make enough ice,we had to buy ice,but would stay here again,and the wagon helped make the trip to the beach much easier

I've stayed on the Gulf at many different spots. This is one of the best, a beautiful house with all of the amenities and an easy walk to an excellent beach access. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again and you shouldn't either!

Palm Paradise was perfect for our 2 family vacation. The 4 girls stayed in the roomy bunk room; while the 2 boys stayed in the room next door. They had the whole floor to themselves! The masters were great. The kitchen had tons of supplies- don't bring any coffee filters- there are plenty. The pool was huge! No kidney bean pool here! Also, there were lots of beach supplies and the walk to the beach was so quick and easy. There is ice cream and 2 restaurants in short walking distance. Best house we've stayed in! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Your home was perfect!!! We stay in the 30A area at least once a year if not twice. We have stayed all up and down 30A. We normally stay in Seacrest, but it is getting so crowded down there. We have stayed in Gulf Place one other time and loved the area, its just more laid back and not so crowded. Your house was in a perfect location!!! We loved being so close to Goatfeathers, the bike shop, and the beach of course! Having a public beach access right there was great!! As you know with kids who need to go to the bathroom frequently, it was nice to have public restrooms right there at the beach, instead of having to come back to the house. The house worked for our family great. My 4 month old son loved the darkness of the bottom floor bedroom and slept great the entire time:)!!! All the other kids loved the kids room and the games systems. I am the cook of the family and the kitchen was perfectly appointed!!! Usually in a rental property the kitchen is always missing the utensils I need to cook with. Your kitchen was just like being at home. The weather was great, but a little too cold for the ocean. The heated pool was perfect!!! The kids loved it!!!! Last year we rented a house in Blue Mountain that had a pool the size of a hot tub. Your pool was a great size!!! The big kids and little kids each had an area of the pool to play in. Thank you for letting us rent your home, it was a great trip for our entire family.
