Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the good outweighed the disappointing. It was conveniently located next to a shopping plaza and a short drive from Siesta Key Beach. The place was smaller than expected and the noise from Clark Road traffic was somewhat annoying. There were some issues with respect to grill, frying pan, and umbrella but the owner was responsive and took care of this.

I was in Sarasota for a friend's wedding, and always opt for a "non-hotel" option when travelling, so I have quite a bit of experience with rentals. This rental was neat as a pin and had everything, from a full sized ironing board (which I used quite a bit!), to a beach umbrella and cooler, to a lovely back patio with a fan for the bugs 😊
Checkin was seemless and communication was excellent.
Personally I loved the location because it was central to where I needed to be, convenient to groceries, and I walked in the nearby park every morning.
This is definitely an exceptional alternative to over-priced hotels and quite a value. Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect-close to soccer fields for my daughter's tournament and minutes away from the beach and restaurants. There is a Publix within walking distance. The apartment was perfect for 2 guests, and it was equipped with everything you need.

Great rental all the way around!
Location was perfect within a few miles from the beaches, attractions, restaurants, groceries and shopping. Good size apartment with everything you need. We stayed there five nights my husband and I and found the environment very quiet. Kelly was very accommodating, she let us check out later, we needed more time to finish packing and leave the apartment like we found it. Jeanne & Joe

This is the place you want to stay in Sarasota, everything was perfect. The house was spotless and they had everything you would need for your stay. Location was awesome, groceries, shopping and beaches near by. The owners were wonderful to deal with and I would definitely book again.

Fun in Sarasota!
The property was great for my girlfriend and I. Everything is clean, and the property owner has thought of everything. We used the beach chairs and cooler which was great! We loved the patio and ability to do laundry. It’s conveniently located also. Would definitely stay here again!

Deceiving
Property pictures seemed better and larger than reality. Not well stacked with cleaning products and kitchen utensils. "Dining room" not well arranged. Outside grounds not well taken care of. 2 bicycles left outside for use were rusted, dirty and missing parts

Anniversary trip
It was a great place to stay while celebrating our anniversary, we went to Miami to the Trump Doral for a company vacation and decided to visit Sarasota.

Fabulous House
This was perfect for us, clean, air conditioners were great, patio with fan was awesome. I had questions and needed an accomodation for checkin, and Kelly was very responsive. I would definately stay here the next time I come home.

Siesta Smiles in the Sun!
We enjoyed our stay in a cozy space that satisfied our needs for vacationing together and visiting with family and friends. Away from heavy crowds on the beach but access to things we enjoyed when wished. Liked the back patio area for meals, games, visiting, and sunning. Suggest trimming of shrubs/greenery and new patio umbrella. Thank you for the Siesta Memories!

We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota at this property. It was extremely clean and comfortable. All appliances were new and ac/heat worked well with no problems.The backyard lanai was pleasant for afternoon refreshments. Although fairly close to a major street, the property was quiet. There is plenty of shopping in the immediate area and about a 15 minute drive to popular beaches and nearby attractions.

Well represented by listing
Very clean place and well represented by pictures and descriptions. The only minor complaint is that the property is actually on a cross street and not on the street listed. This is a good thing because it’s not on the busy road, just frustrating when looking for the property.

Great choice for beach exploring
This property made it easy for us to explore many beach options. It was clean and well maintained. Grocery store was within walking distance, as well as a couple of restaurants, but we chose to eat at the rental most of the time. The price was quite reasonable as well.

A nice alternative to the congestion on Siesta Key
Comfortable, nicely decorated little duplex in a convenient location. Not far from the beach, but still not in the middle of the traffic congestion. Nearby main road was busy, but quieted down by bedtime so sleep was not a problem. Being within easy walking distance to Publix, Walgreens and Keke’s breakfast diner was a great convenience.

A home away from home
We really enjoyed our vacation there, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also new appliances in the kitchen and a very nice shower with natural stone flooring. Owner was very helpful with everything and I would definitely book this vacation home again. Location is centrally located, close to beaches and shopping and everything...busy street close to the house did not bother at all.

Relaxful retreat
This quaint abode was right up our alley! Everything from shopping, ice cream, food and most important BEACHES!!! We were able to prep our meals daily with the amenities provided, enjoyed the beaches with the coolers, ice, towels and chairs as well. The home was clean and cozy for the both of to enjoy after a sunset drop and plans on this location again for our next trip back to Florida. Thanks again, S & S

Warm getaway
We enjoyed our stay. This home is small, but very comfortable for two people. It is very clean and well equipped, conveniently located, especially to Siesta Key. Air conditioning units work well, we left the fan at night to serve as white noise to block the traffic sounds as the home is off a busy road. Also for some reason the queen bed is very high off the ground. It would definitely pose a problem for anyone with mobility issues to get in or out of bed.

Perfect for two
We came down to catch a couple of spring training games in March. The place is the perfect size for two - any more would be cramped Queen bed is very comfortable, the place is very clean and every thing you could want is provided. The location is great and while just off a main road which can be noisy on occasion it is in a residential area. Next to a shopping center which has a little bit of everything. The patio is private and very nice.

Sweet home close to beach & restaurants
The sweet home is very clean and cozy. Situated right off the main road of Rt. 72, you have close access to restaurants (don't miss the frozen custard at Sweet Berries!) and other businesses. Only a few miles from Siesta Key Beach, it's ideally situated outside the touristy Siesta Key Village.

Very clean, close drive to beach and restaurants
We really liked our stay! This duplex was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We loved using the back patio! We were just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The only reason we gave this rental 4 stars instead of 5 was that for us, personally, we found we had trouble sleeping at night due to the traffic noise on Clark Road. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this and believe it is a very good place to stay at a great price.

This duplex was tastefully decorated, right down to the dishes. Updated and comfortable, the unit has just the right amount of space for two adults. Major attractions are within easy driving distance, including Siesta Key. Kelly was terrific from beginning to end. Can't say enough good things about this property. Simply delightful!!

Convenient, Clean and Quiet
I stayed at Kelly’s place in Sarasota for 6 nights. The accommodations were immaculate and very conveniently located close to the grocery store and not far from the BEACH! The laundry facilities on the property were especially appreciated since beach towels, workout clothes and biking threads required clean up. Kelly has thought of everything and provides all of the essentials for comfy living. Thanks for a wonderful place to call “home” for a few days. I particularly appreciated the “noise machine” in the bedroom. The attention to details made my stay at your property especially enjoyable. Thank you, Kelly!
