Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice
Shopping area a 5 min walk with restaurants and retail.

This condo has everything you need! Plus, you are located to everything you will need! Like great places to eat and grocery stores! You will love the pool and the beach! This was my third stay, and it won't be my last!

We spent 17 nights in this wonderful condo on the beach! The unit was very clean, has comfortable furniture, and everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom is beautiful. We have to say our favorite place to sit in the condo was the snack bar because it had bar height stools that allowed for the best view of the ocean. When the temperature was cool enough we loved sitting on the deck. The new patio furniture had bar height swivel stools and a table. Perfect for enjoying the view!! The building was really nice and we felt very comfortable and safe there. We had a wonderful time walking, relaxing and eating out at the nearby restaurants. Backwater Grill and The Columbia were our favorites, both in easy walking distance. We rode the Jolly Trolley several times into Clearwater beach. It was cheap, had very convenient and frequent stops, and made it very easy to visit the much more crowded side of the bridge. Nice to visit over there but we preferred the much quieter less populated beach for our daily walks, afternoon relaxing time and sunset strolls. We would certainly enjoy coming back!! 😊

We stayed in this condo April 1st - May 1st 2023, as well as the same month last year. We couldn’t wait to come back to this ideal location. The condo is perfect for a couple. Very clean, a comfortable king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and the most beautiful, over sized patio. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

We have stayed in other rentals in this area in the past but rate this as one of the finest. The location is perfect and this unit was clean, well appointed and equipped for our needs. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to any of our communication.
The building and surrounding property was well equipped and maintained with active property management and security. We would not hesitate in recommending this rental to others and look forward to the opportunity of returning here when we next visit this area.

Booking this property was easy and straightforward, property is located on the beach at Sand Key, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Contact with the host was excellent, due to hurricane Ian's imminent arrival our host arranged alternative accommodation for us in Disney as he was concerned for our safety in Clearwater as the property was right in the coast.
This was our 3rd visit to this property and would highly recommend it.

This unit is perfect. It is updated, in a great location, spacious for 2 people, clean, secure, and quiet. We loved the updated touches like the Keurig and double oven. The oversized patio/balcony space is amazing. There's comfortable furniture with an unbeatable view. The security was top notch with a 24 hour guarded gate and carded/code entry at the main entrances. The beach in front of the condo was very private with people rarely on it. We loved the location, right across the bridge from Clearwater. It was away from the action which made it quiet but close enough to get to the main strip of Clearwater quickly. The host is fantastic and was responsive. The entire unit was pristine and I didn't have to worry about cleaning anything.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone. We had a great time and this property exceeded all of our expectations.

This place is absolutely amazing & beautiful! The condo is so nice & updated...there is NO COMPARISON to the condos my Husband & I have stayed at in Daytona Beach! This is our first time on the West Coast & we were very impressed & had so much fun! We felt safe & at home the entire time; there was peace of mind with the 24/7 security they have & they were super friendly too!! The balcony of this condo is big & relaxing to sit in the morning while drinking coffee and it has a gorgeous ocean front view of the beach! The pool area is well maintained & very clean! Vincent was very friendly & always quick to answer any questions we had with a phone call or a text! Clearwater is AWESOME...so much to do & you never run out of places to eat or get ice cream; no waiting & the employees were very nice! During our stay, we celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary on June 22nd! The West Coast rocks & we are looking forward to staying at this condo again in 2023!!

I bought this trip as a gift for my parents, and they absolutely loved their stay! The condo was beautiful, and very well equipped with anything and everything they needed! They absolutely loved the “private” beach the condo had to offer, much less crowded then Clearwaters main beach! Will defiantly return!

Beautiful Spot!
My husband and I just returned from a wonderful month long stay at Vincent's condo.
From the moment we first walked in, we were impressed with the decor, the view, and the large patio. The condo is spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. We loved the quiet area, almost private beach, and the convenience of the strip of shops/restaurants across the street from the building.
Vincent responded immediately to any questions we had, as well as replacing the coffee maker within 24 hours.
We have already booked for next year.

Pure Bliss
Had a wonderful month in this beautiful condo ! Not only was it beautiful and met our every need, but also felt like home. The owner instantly available to respond to our questions. We have stayed at this complex for years and this was the best unit ever !

Away from the cold MN winter!
Walking in and seeing the great view, enjoying the large patio, the well equipped kitchen, good beach chairs and umbrellas and wagon to transport it all to the beach, easy exit on 2nd floor made this a desirable unit. There were plenty of nice quality bath and beach towels and we liked the night lights placed throughout the condo.
The washer & dryer were high quality and the car wash facility in the parking lot came in handy. We did many beach walks and enjoyed walking to Sand Key Park and across the road to the convenient shops and restaurants. We made friends at the large heated pool area and enjoyed many games of pickleball.
Vincent was readily available to answer any questions and I can see why his condo is in big demand.

Perfect location
This condo is in the perfect location. You can sit on the balcony and gaze at the sea, swim in the pool or soak in the hot tub, walk to nearby shops and restaurants, or even walk over the bridge to Clearwater Beach. Sand Key is the quiet sister of Clearwater Beach and gives you magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Backwater area. Those of you that enjoy using Alexa will be right at home inside the condo which is nicely equipped with all the necessities of home.

Beautiful beachfront location and property
Vincent was the ultimate host and was very responsive before and throughout our stay. He’s flexible and helpful, and even helped solve a stressful situation regarding extending our stay due to hurricane Fred (which never hit!). Beautiful apartment and comfy bed, with all the linens you could need. The washing machine and dryer were indispensable to us and allowed us to pack a lot less and keep everything so clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and some basic things. Fridge was big and clean. The beach accessories in storage were so useful and allowed us many days of enjoying the beach right at our doorstep and also to other locations such as Fort de Soto. Overall amazing stay and we will definitely be back when we visit the area again! Thanks Vincent.

The view is superb. The condo is decorated very impeccably. The sand equipment was not cheap. The furniture, bed etc. were all very comfortable. Everything in this condo was well thought out and above average. We had a great time. Huge hot tub and pool area. Loved It.

Great condo in a very nice property on a beautiful never crowded beach!
This condo is every bit as nice as the posted photos show! Everything in it is very good quality, the furniture is comfy (especially the king size bed). There’s a large balcony that’s also comfortably furnished, great for hanging out enjoying the view of the beach/ocean which is amazing! The sunsets are phenomenal every single night! Beach is gorgeous, a short walk from the building & never crowded! The beach equipment provided is great quality (large umbrella, chairs, beach cart, etc. ). The owner (Vincent) gets an A+ from us for being so responsive & helpful. He got right back to me with answers to all my questions & concerns, both before arrival & during our stay. The property, large pool & landscaping are all very nice & well maintained. We spent an amazing 4 weeks here & will most definitely come back!

Thank you for the opportunity to rent your condo on Sand Key Beach. This is a lovely area of Clearwater, FL and we have enjoyed sunrise walks/runs on the beach and beautiful sunsets.

Best sunset
We enjoyed a lovely , relaxing two week stay! The condo was excellent! It has all the amenities you could ask for and more. We enjoyed the gulf view and outstanding sunsets right on our balcony. It has a very nice pool and we could walk igght to the beach! We really loved stayingg here, and would book again the next time we can have a getaway! 5 stars!

This property was exactly as advertised and maybe even better! Very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped had everything we needed. Nice towels and linens. Don’t bring your beach towels, because there are plenty of nice heavy duty towels here for your use! The beach chairs provided were also very nice. Bed and furnishings were all very comfortable. You will not find a better place for the money!! This is a gated community and the guards were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area and all the property is well maintained. We will definitely visit again.

The condo was as beautiful as the pictures and description stated. We absolutely loved the view of the beach from the inside and awesome balcony. The condo is clean, equipped with everything you need and more. Vincent and his wife have thought of everything and it is top of the line, from the stainless steel pots and pans to the fluffy (new) towels for the bathroom and the beach
The decor is tasteful beach blue to compliment the gorgeous view.
All the furniture is comfortable and chosen for your convenience (even a really unique writing desk with upholstered chair)
This is not your typical cookie cutter rental and neither is the owner
From first contact to last Vincent was available by text, email or by phone the same day and always friendly and patient with my many questions.
The Lighthouse Towers staff is also great they make you feel welcome, safe and secure

Fantastic Experience
The condo unit was extremely organized and had anything you might need to prepare a meal. The large balcony was a wonderful place to watch dolphins and the beautiful sunsets. The bedrooms and bathrooms also were beautifully decorated; the master bath’s walk in shower was well planned for someone with limited mobility. All in all I would highly recommend this unit for anyone to rent. The owner was very easy to deal with and responded promptly to my concerns.
