Good place to stay with great pools and ideal location.

This is a great location and the pools were awesome for the kids. There was a few little hiccups, such as the fire alarm going off in the middle of night due to needing batteries, a fire alarm missing over the front door and the main bathroom door needed to be fixed (Our friends actually fixed the door because it was driving the kids crazy). But otherwise it was fine. I will say the kids room with the dual bunkbed is a very tight squeeze, so you'll want to make sure all the kiddos in that sleeping arrangement get along. Otherwise it was an overall good experience. I did think it was interesting that the check-out required so much from the renters, because you pay a cleaning fee and then have to strip down beds and do dishes and take out the garbage, which is more than I have ever been asked to do when renting a vacation home, but since we do most of that anyways when we rent as a courtesy it wasn't a huge deal. It was just interesting being asked. The property manager is very attentive and gets back to you in a timely manner so if you have any problems he will be quick to get back to you. I really liked how the stocked the kitchen was on supplies, it made it nice to make our own dinners and lunches. Overall a good experience.

We love coming to this neighborhood! The pools parks and open space are awesome for kids and the proximity to Snow Canyon and all the things to do in St George is ideal. We love being on this side of town out of the hustle and bustle! Kitchen is stocked so well, just like you’re at home. It was nice not having to buy basic spices and oils. The amount of “extras” the owner thoughtfully on hand was impressive from extra blankets, towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags etc. The distance to pools without hearing the noise was perfect! Home is pretty basic but served our needs. My only complaint is the home having cameras and other security devices that I questioned. I don’t agree with vacation rentals having cameras, I felt our privacy was in question and it was a tad uncomfortable despite the owner telling us they were off.

This property had a perfect location with proximity to the pool and a patio which was set on a grassy space. The kitchen window had a view of the grass and play outside to supervise our little ones. It was a short walk to the pool which we accessed continually! This is the perfect place to come home to after a day outdoors and with the fireplace… perfect for our games and indoor play during rain storms. Kendrick was available and responsive. The property description was accurate and furnishings were updated, lovely. The property was organized and uncluttered. Thank you for having us!

The house was clean and well supplied with towels and kitchen utensils. We had trouble getting in the front door when we arrived and the response time from our call late in the evening was very quick. We truly enjoyed our stay. The pools were close and easy to get to.

Home was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. It was in excellent condition, very clean & new. Plenty of beds, blankets, dishes, pans & dish/laundry soap for our stay. Enjoyed the workout room, community pools, water slides, lazy river & nearby pickle courts too. A short drive to Tuacan Theater for outdoor nativity also. Kendrick provided excellent check-in instructions & had a detailed book in the kitchen for all questions related to home & local area. We had zero issues & never needed to contact him for anything during our stay. This place is top-notch & shows the owners care about guests!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!! Hope to stay here again.

This was a great house with easy access and close to Tuachan Theater. It was very comfort and quiet.

We were going to stay in a hotel but my kids just wanted to swim so we looked at other options that had better pools. This place has great options for kids they have three pools one is for older people, we went once and the water tastes gross, and it was not clean. But the other two pools were great! Everyday we went in the am and pm to enjoy the pool. The home we stayed in was good, we just used two bedrooms as we only had four people with us. It was nice to be able to make food for my kids as they are picky and they don't love going out to eat. I think it's worth the extra money to rent a home here when you have kids. My son got sick the last two days and it was nice to be able to be in a home vs a hotel. :) My kids loved it and my husband set up a switch in one room and they all were able to play together. It was def a relaxing vaka. We will be coming back!

Very roomy 3 bedroom house. Great kitchen. Super convenient to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn Amphitheater.

We have stayed at this complex before, but this was our first time staying at Kendrick's home. It was a great location and we enjoyed our trip. Kendrick was fantastic at checking in with us and communicating. Everything was clean and stocked well for our trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Santa Clara. We came for a month over Jun/Jul to go cycling in So Utah (beautiful area; nothing not to love). This rental was well located for us, as we really enjoyed riding in Snow Canyon. We also enjoyed the proximity to Harmons (walking distance) for easy and convenient grocery shopping (great selection, including many organic options). The house was exactly as presented and described in the listing. When we were there, the other residents in the community appeared to be mostly young families (+ extended families) with a lot of children. One of the (two) pools in the community (a short distance from the back of the house where the master bedroom is situated) and was open and actively used from 8:00A to 11:00P. The activity and noise level during those hours could best be described as "spirited and lively." The best part of the this rental was no doubt the owner! We've rented many VRBO homes over the years, and Kendrick was far away the best owner or manager we have ever worked with. Without fail, always proactive and timely communication, providing all necessary and potentially helpful or useful information. Always immediately responsive and helpful; really just the best!

Very clean!! We needed a short getaway and this was perfect!! Days at the pool and water slides, evenings barbecuing and movie watching!! Wouldn't change a thing..Just wish it had been a longer stay!! Incrediable!! Thanks

The property was awesome. Easy access and close to the pool. The house was very clean and everything worked according to the easy to follow instructions provided.

Great location near Snow Canyon State Park, close to downtown St George. Communication with the host was easy and timely. The house is situated in a very family friendly location. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. My kids loved the water park. My only complaint was how bad the beds were. I could feel the springs in my back. And the blankets available were really really thin. I would stay again for the location and the layout of the home.

The place worked great for us. We had an extended stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, plenty of dishes and utensils. The pools and the patio are a great place to hang out. The host is very prompt to communicate with and quickly answers any questions about the property.

Enjoyable, a great place for kids.

My family and I got to get away for a short trip and I found this cute place that fit us 5 very comfortably. It’s close to a Harmons and a few other restaurants that are right down the road. The unit is close to one of the pools two pools available on the property that is heated too. We loved staying here and hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was clean, comfortable, airy with big windows and tall ceilings, spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly located near the onsite pools and Tuachan theater. We enjoyed cooking dinner, making use of the roomy dining room table and relaxing on the patio. It was such a nice recharge and escape for a few days. The kitchen had everything we needed and the linens were nice. I preferred this location over other spots I saw closer to the kid pool. The adult pool area, just a minute away, was so much fun and wasn't overly crowded. It also had a slide and pool my kids enjoyed most. Thank you!

Fifteen seconds from the pool. Perfect location. Best equipped of the 6 we have stayed in. Perfect for the 4 of us. ) sleeps 6) Clean and very nice inside!

We rented this home for just a couple of nights while we went to see shows at Tuacahn. It was super convenient as the house was only about a 10 minute drive to the theater. The house was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. We will be back!
