House was very cute and has plenty of comfortable furniture. Everything was clean and easy to use as well as WiFi was strong the majority of the time. Would visit again or every year!

We loved how fully stocked the home was with amenities and how clean it was when we arrived . A single story house don’t was great for all ages . Quiet neighborhood and no traffic noise . Loved it- even in the bad weather we were warm cozy and happy to be there . Thank you !

The views were great from all over the house. It was winter so the weather was a little gloomy at times but the beach was close by so we could run home when the drops came. We experienced a wind storm adults we were there but felt safe in the house!

The door code dont work half the time. property definetly is not dog freindly.10 AM checkout time sucks. Other than that, good place.

Loved the spacious living areas. Very clean, nice appliances (except dishwasher which works but has a crazy door). Loved the views, beach access is a short easy walk. Nice beach, not very crowded. Plenty of linens and towels and basic supplies. Short drive to Waldport for groceries etc. A+!

All was great only suggestion would be a kit for emergencys. The power went out Saturday and thru Sunday a lanturn and flashlight would be great

The cute house with the ocean view was just right for our group. Three nice sized bedrooms, two full baths, and a nicely stocked kitchen checked off all of our boxes in a vacation home. When we had a small electrical issue they were fast to respond. We would rent from them again!

This house is a short walk to the beach (mostly downhill there/uphill return), the views from the deck provided beautiful sunsets, there was plenty of space to sit and hangout. The backyard is limited to the deck space and we had 2 children get covered in prickles before we could tell them not to leave the deck. We experienced a few things that were not fully working, customer service was contacted but not able to fix during our stay.

We enjoyed our trip to Waldport for a week. The house has a great view from the deck and from the gathering room. The place is stocked with good kitchen appliances. The beach was only a few blocks from us. Our only complaint was that you can smell dog urine on the area rugs and in the bedroom carpets. We ended up rolling the carpets up and placing them in the garage.
We would stay here again.

We have stayed at this home several times and always find it spotless and comfortable. View is great and neighborhood quiet. Having a garage to load and unload in is a plus especially if you stay during the winter months. Only item which we wished would be available was a hairdryer. We could not find one this stay.

The house was good overall. **pet owners** I picked the house specifically for my dogs and there is no grass that they can go on. When I arrived we went out the back to the grass and it was full of goat heads and stickers so we needed to go out front to the gravel every time to use the bathroom:(

We had a great week in Yachats with this property as our home base. Wonderful ocean views, great beds, good layout with a few different public spaces that allowed different activities. 4-5 easy blocks to the beach. Super clean! We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable. Nice area. About a 5-8 minute walk to the beach only small thing that needed to be taken care of. Kitchen sparsely stocked. Beds comfortable. Showers were great. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for 3 couples and small child
We had so much fun. We are foodies and the kitchen had very nice appliances except for the dishwasher and every time you opened it you thought the door would drop and the bottom rack would go zinging out. We couldn’t find dishwasher tabs so we bought you some. Loved the view and the deck. Walking distance to beach. One of the dining chairs had a broken rung. But otherwise things were in good shape. The home is in good shape. We all said we would go back!!!

The house layout was great. Beautiful view from the living room, dining room AND two of the bedrooms. The beds are all very comfortable. Short walk to the beach, maybe 10 minutes.

Lovely Location!
We had a very nice stay at this property, although the heating system was a bit challenging, i.e., the heat wasn't working in a few rooms but once the whole house heated up we were comfortable. There are also very few instructions inside the house re: trash/recycling, etc., and it was difficult to locate the information online. It would be helpful if the owners included the traditional "welcome" packet with information about the house and the surrounding area. Nonetheless, this is a comfortable house in a great location!

Second stay
This is our second visit to this home. We love the view of the ocean and the beds are super comfortable. Like others have said it would be nice to have a remote for the garage door but that is a minor inconvenience. Fyi there is no hairdryer that we could find so take your own if you need to use it.

The house was very roomy and clean. Enjoyed the view from the porch. A few rows back from the beach but we were still able to see and hear the waves.

Very comfortable home which had a number of amenities. Also the view of the ocean from the deck and family room is wonderful. Had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again.
