The view was the only good thing about this home. Very outdated. Aside from the sofa, everything else is very old. The beds are very uncomfortable. The grill was in bad shape(the knobs and ignitor didn't work) no light in the hot tub area....I could go on and on

I was celebrating my 61st birthday and its a good thing im healthy or i could have had a heart attack carrying all our stuff up the steps to get to the house- it was a nice house and clean although lots of spots on the carpets - couldn't get in through the combination lock so we had to call the manager. He was very helpful and came to the house to retreave the key. Hot tub is nice but not private as listed - as far as proximity to the hotel next door it is right off the parking lot with a see through trellis. There are a few other things if i want to be really picky. Not to the vrbo standards i am used to.

We loved this pet-friendly location. Our only complaints were that the keyless entry code didn't work at any point during our stay. Fortunately we were guided to a key box. The mattress in the upstairs sleep area needs to be replaced, and we were disappointed that neither fireplace functioned. I understand if the owner doesn't want to keep gas fireplaces operational, but there is no reason the electric fireplace upstairs can't work. Furnace worked fine though.

Be aware, there are about 40 stone stairs leading up to the entrance (which is difficult to find in the dark, we had to be on the phone with the property management company to find it and ended up just looking and comparing views with listing photos). Some stones are broken, there’s an awkward place where stones meet decaying floorboards. I was pretty nervous walking up and down. The outside area in the back is nice but there’s one table and some crappy outdoor chairs to sit on. The view is beautiful, you can see ocean. The house itself was fine, but strange. The claw foot tub is nice but in the kitchen. I cut my foot in the bathroom on a tile there, though, so be careful. The only tv is in the kitchen, none in the living area. The doors to the outside sunroom area don’t stay closed. The kitchen was nice and plenty of dish ware but not many condiments. The upstairs was strange, tons of closet space. The shower head is so low if you’re above 5’7 you’ll be bending awkwardly. The carpet has multiple stains but seemed as clean as it could be. Tv upstairs has two old recliners in front of it but everything works fine. Trundle bed downstairs in kitchen is way more comfortable than the lumpy and awkward bed upstairs. The hot tub is in a weird, creepy location and you have to step down into it but it looks like there’s a path and small gate from a neighboring house. Would stay there again in a pinch, but it was far too expensive and eerie for us, not what we expected.

I was concerned about some of the prior reviews that were listed for this house, but everything was perfect. Only hiccup was the initial code that was provided, but that was resolved quickly through text via Vacasa. My son and I were the only 2 people, so the space was more than enough room. The house defiantly has space for more. If traveling with a family, this house has everything you need to unwind after a stay at the beach. It was a very cozy spot. We will defiantly come back again.

This is the 2nd summer we've stayed in this house. My kids love it. It's close enough to walk back and forth to the beach easily. Great view from the deck if you don't want to go down to the sand. The beds could be a little more comfy, but they aren't bad. We had no issues, aside from wishing we had booked a longer stay.

Incredible view, large kitchen and living room. Nice clean hot tub that worked well. Good location.

I read reviews before I booked and there were so many reviews on how hard it is to get in, I thought surely they'd fix such a big problem but as we arrived I soon found out we tried to get in for 30 minutes and then sat on hold for 30 minutes finally to get help.. the hot tub was in a horrible location under the stairs.. the washer didn't work which made it hard as a mom of three.. also one shower with a very short shower head had to do a back bend just to get my hair wet...

So. My husband, dog and I loved the layout of the house. The view was great, the deck is fabulous. But... the house smells like urine and so does the couch and some of the extra blankets. There is clearly stains all over the carpet. I realize it is a pet friendly home which we absolutely appreciate, but it was just such a gross factor. The staff was very friendly and responsive - they get 5 stars!

Had a FABULOUS stay. Would have been nice to have know you have to climb about 3 steps to get to house that I didn't think were that safe on 1 side of house. The other side you have to climb 23. Not good if you have people that can't climb. This should be in the description for sure.

Loved being so close to all the little local stores loved the beach access loved the private hot tub, & cooking in the beach house kitchen.

Excited to find a good spot with our dog but the house smelled like dog pee and the carpets really needed a good cleaning. The sleeping arrangements where challenging as my kids slept upstairs while my husband and I had to sleep in a Murphy bed that pulled out in the kitchen. The TV set up was also challenging as it was located in the kitchen and near impossible to watch. Bathrooms were also not comfortable for getting ready in with one tiny shower. The internet is also very spotty. Lastly there were maintenance people that showed up and helped themselves in while we were not home and rattled us when we walked up to the door being open. The place does have a nice view and very easy beach access but unfortunately I don’t believe this is the most comfortable place for my family.

The original code to unlock the door didn’t work and had to wait on hold 15 min to get ahold of someone. Rough start but once we got in, the house was fantastic. Beautiful location, easy to get to the beach, hot tub was amazing, house was clean. Would go back and stay longer!

When we arrived it was hard to access. We had to contact the property place to help access, then the hot tub was cold. We were told the local manager would be contacting us but that never happened. I have rq bed out to them to see about a refund since we were unable to use it but have never gotten a response. The house is cool but things are outdated and worn. Also the random bathtub in the bathroom off the kitchen was strange. I will not be going back.

The hot tub, location for restaurant and how close it is to the beach is perfect. I was not sure how to work the fire place, but that didn't bother us too much. I love the chairs by the window- nice to relax when you first wake up. The shower head is oddly short even for me, and I am 5'2". But I still give it a 5 star. Very nice house and location. We plan to come back.

Unfortunately I have too give a bad review, the location of the home is right in the middle of the city so the beach is very busy, the hot tub was only half full, they did come and fill it but there was also no bleach tablets we learned so that’s nasty, the washer was broken, and the living room had so much dog pee smell it was hard to breath, the maintenance man that came to look at the washer when we where gone looked though some of our stuff, we loved our stay but it wasn’t cues the house was nice, but the kitchen was good! And the view!

Not much. The house smelled of dog urine - there were carpet stains not upstairs and down stairs. My wife and I are mobility and stability challenged and we found it very difficult going up and down the 48 steps to get into and out of the house. Had we known about the stairs, we would have passed on renting this place.

Very relaxing but.... the upstairs was very cold had a gas fireplace but no instructions on how to use or if it worked. Same as downstairs fireplace. The rock stairs were very Icy in the am so kinda dangerous in the cold temperatures great view of ocean comfortable house we enjoyed it my wife is disabled so it was a challenge but we had a good stay.

Nice view of the ocean, lovely home, nice hot tub. Would definitely recommend it unless you have mobility issues. Lots of stairs.

Home has a smell of mold and pee. Carpets were stained disgusting with spots everywhere. Also stains on almost all of the furniture. The furniture was old and tore up. Not at all as advertised. When we call to complain to Vacasa and ask for another place to stay or our money back due to the poor conditions we never received a call back after we had called twice. This is not a place I would recommend. Nor would I ever recommend or stay at a Vacasa rental ever again.

It took 30 mins to get in the door because the entry instructs were not complete. There were 2 days of roofers so we could use the downstairs bathroom. The fireplace dud not turn on. The hot tub was amazing, used it 3 times a day. Beds were comfy.

We chose this home for the hot tub. We arrived on Saturday and an hour before check-in we were called and told the hot tub would not be available until 11 that night. Sunday we went to use it and found that it actually sits down under the deck next to the basement door. To get into the hot tub you can either swing your way around the lattice privacy fence or sit on the deck and slide in. The deck option is less dangerous but it's not fun trying to get back out. The hot tub is also surrounded by dirt and has a tarp for a cover. They have attached plastic sheets to the underside of the deck to prevent the rain falling directly on you. The problem is, the plastic is weighted down so you have steady streams of water pouring down on you. The home itself is beautiful but when you are renting it specifically for the hot tub it's a major disappointment. Side note: We tried to watch some TV and and although we had internet connection it wouldn't work. We called Vacasa and were told someone would come out to fix it and never heard back from anyone.

Spacious, open, close to the beach. A great place to unwind. Only disappointments were mostly minor: hot tub was lukewarm and not changeable. Never got a reply back about how to fix this. Toaster and toaster oven worked poorly.

Location, location, location! This place was an incredible find. Located right next to the beach and the best restaurant in Lincoln City, you can’t find a better option for the price. The house itself has its quirks, as most pet friendly places do (a few spots on the carpet, some broken blinds, slight murk to hot tub water, cable wasn’t working) but all minor things in the realm of your vacation. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean, the kitchen is updated and stocked with everything you need, and the surround sound stereo system is awesome- just make sure to bring an aux cord! We loved our stay at FarView and 10/10 would stay and recommend to any friends again.

Beautiful location and views! The house is very cute, clean and full of character. Comfy chairs made for very nice ocean views. There are a few things that could use some love such as the hot tub cover. I wish the staircase in/out of the property had been clearly stated in the description as I booked this getaway following surgery to help with recovery. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

This was a short getaway for me and my teenage son. We loved the location. the house was very cute. We could have used more direction about where to find sheets for the murphy bed, and we needed a lot more information about how to operate the TV. admittedly, my son was very disappointed because I could not figure out how to get the football game on the TV, and the HDMI cord which would have allowed us to plug in and stream from our computer was ruined and unusable.

There are a few things that need a little more love. But over all the boys and grandma and I (mom), had fun!

Do you like the smell of ammonia/dog urine and heavily soiled carpet? This might be the home for you. This home is in disrepair including broken blinds and ripped up furniture, and an unsafe, broken bannister. The beds are very uncomforatle and need updating. The housekeeping had the kitchens and bathrooms cleaned very well, but it was overshadowed by the other issues. I called immediately at check in to report, and was told multiple times that a local manager would be calling me, but did not hear from anyone until day 3, the night before checkout. They were only willing to refund the cleaning fee. No attempt to remedy the situation during the stay was made.

The location was perfect. Very close to restaurants and the downtown area. The view of the ocean was beautiful.
