The property was exactly how it was listed. Plenty of room for our large family. Having the carriage house was great to have some separation and space when so many people are trying to get ready at the same time. The golf cart was an added plus. Location is great. Very short walk to the beach and having the private pool was awesome. Highly recommend.

Very short walk to the beach!! Golf cart made it easy for groceries and icecream runs!! The pool was perfect size for us to relax!! We ate mostly at the house but did do seafood at Brotulas and Chinese at new dragon which was very short golf cart ride. I enjoyed a pedi at Best Nails which was also golf cart accessible!!

We traveled with our children and grandchildren, ages 3, 4, 6, and 7. There were 10 of us in all and the set-up of the house was perfect for us. The location can’t be beat. Easy walk to the beach and easy access to many restaurants and fun activities. The sunsets on the beach were amazing. The private pool was a big hit… our 6 year old and 7 year old grandchildren really improved on their swimming skills. The golf cart was also a bonus! Sugar Palm Rentals were very easy to work with… we had a minor issue with the pool heat and the gentleman who maintains the pools promptly fixed it. We had a blast! No one wanted to leave! Would highly recommend.

The house is nice and has nice amenities. The pool is fantastic and provided a lot of relaxing downtime. The ocean is a short walk away. The location to restaurants and shopping is ideal.

Amazing house in a great, quiet neighborhood! Super close to the beach access. If you decide to use the golf cart, you’re at the beach in a minute. Maybe a 3 minute walk without. The pool was amazing. House was gorgeous. Huge bedrooms! A must stay!!

Located about half a block to the beach with a fun little bar right around the corner. About 3 blocks to 98 and Destin Commons which has anything you can possibly think of. The home is spacious, clean and very well stocked and the pool was great (we had it heated). Can't wait to come back!

This house was absolutely perfect for us. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers and we had more than enough space. We really appreciated that we all had king beds to sleep in!! The pool was amazing and for a few they'll turn on the heat (which we did) and it was warm when we arrived! There was a wagon with some pool toys in it and even a golf cart for taking us all to the beach but with the proximity to the beach you hardly need it! Super close to great restaurants and grocery stores as well! We are already planning to come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this beachside property. It was quiet, and a short walk to Crystal Beach. The carriage house was perfect for young adults wanting some solitude of their own. One thing that would deter me from renting again is that while the house has a golf cart listed in the description, there are technicalities to actually using it which we have not encountered in other gulf stays before. We declined from submitting additional information to use the cart. There were too many “what if’s” and liabilities involved so we chose not to rent. Kind of a bummer since we always rent a home with a golf cart and have never come across this before. I will be mindful when inquiring about future properties. Overall, it was a lovely stay and quite comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was a convenient1/2 block from beach access though our grandchildren (ages 3-7) spent most of their time in the well maintained pool. Check-in and out was extremely easy. House was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes/glasses/pans etc. Note: There were no spices/salt/pepper etc so you will need to shop for those items. Bed/pillow comfort will depend on preference. I was not a fan but others were. The management company was extremely quick with responses and very communicative/friendly. Overall a great stay and we highly recommend.

Great family trip!
We had a great experience with this property. Home was clean upon our arrival and was just as described in the listing. Kitchen was very well stocked and grill outside was clean and in great shape. Golf cart was charged and ready to go. The location of the home is easily walkable to two different beach access points. One even has a golf cart parking lot. Sugar Palms was great to deal with. They checked in with me after check in to make sure everything was good with the home. We had an issue with the garbage disposal not working on the first night and within 30 minutes the maintenance man had installed a brand new disposal. All in all, we had a great trip! Thanks!

Good house, good location & good property managers
House was as presented, great location, close to beach and a great neighborhood to walk in. Communications with property manager was great, in fact I “butt dialed” them once, rang one time and I hung up. Got a call back in a couple minutes. Would not hesitate to stay again.

A sunny getaway!
This house was perfect for our family Christmas getaway from the cold. Large rooms, plenty of sleeping space, a warm pool, and a short walk to the beach. This place has everything. We used the beach cart and chairs everyday. The golf cart was perfect for getting my parents to the beach and short trips to the grocery store. Clean rooms, fresh linen, and a super great location. Sugar Palms did a great job. Would stay here again!

Fall Break Getaway
Rented this home for 2 families-4 adults and 5 teens. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all. The pool was warm and clean. The home is wonderfully located close to the beach and Camilles Coffee House. We rented chairs daily on the beach which was wonderful. We are hoping to rent this home again.

My family stayed at the Seahouse Escape and the house was amazing. There was 11 of us and the house was so spacious everyone didn't feel on top of each other and it was plenty of space for everyone. The home was very very clean and the carriage house out back by the pool was a plus my family that stayed in carriage house loved it. Having the golf cart as part of the deal was plus to get around quickly.. We will DEFINETLY stay here again and would recommend this location to others!!

We LOVED this house and the location to the beach! The golf cart and private pool was our favorite part about the stay. Crystal beach is very quite and relaxing with the least amount of traffic, which is why we would stay again! We were actually looking to purchase something while we were there and would have bought this house if it were for sale!! The rental company did a great job of calling to make sure everything was going well and asked for feedback at the end of the trip. Stay here if you can!

Destin Vacation 2019
Loved the home rental we had. The decor was so cute. The pool was wonderful!! We were in it everyday!! The location was perfect and it was a perfect size for the 4 of us.
A couple things I would mention is that the baseboards and doors were beat up and dirty that a fresh coat of paint couldn’t fix. The kitchen drawers were dirty inside. The pool furniture needs to be replaced -very rusted and mildewed underneath. The master bedroom mattress was hard as a rock. Overall it was a terrific vacation!!!

Great beach, pool and fishing spot
Went there with a group of friends for a one day fishing charter and had a great time. Not only was the fishing charter excellent, we truly enjoyed our time at the house - being lazy by the pool, walking just a couple of houses down to the clear water and white sand, or having a meal at one of the many nearby restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this place to any large group or family wanting to get away for a great time on Destin.

Beautiful house, love the proximity to the beach and the use of the golf cart, only complaint is the master bedroom mattress is a little to firm for me, but everything else was perfect
