Awesome property!

Sometimes poo happens, but reading all the reviews, there is a pattern here. At check-in condo was infested with gnats that interrupted every meal, drink & action. We bought fly strips, but no pesticides- asthmatic kid. The unit was not cleaned beyond counters & floors. Furniture had old dried up drink spills, baseboards & counter ledges were very dirty. 1st floor flooring is visibly deteriorating. Doors, drawers & cabinets were visibly dirty. Kitchen drawer in disrepair. Shower heads had visible mildew/black mold. Upstairs drains need snaked. Bathroom 2 tub was unusable. Pillows needing washed. The owner’s response to all of it was “I have just scheduled a three day deep clean with our cleaners..” for when they were staying in three weeks. Owners also sent a contractor in for me to “show her everything”. She offered to stay and re-clean the unit- while we were trying to make lunch- but we already cleaned all the touchable surfaces we all ended up using. Over an hour of my time, and out of pocket expenses made it tolerable, but we did not receive the value of a $150 cleaning fee. The gnats were so bad we cut our visit short. The location, floor plan & decorating is great. A well cleaned, maintained & pest free condo would have cinched a rave review, but I’m really disappointed in the low standard of cleanliness, inconvenienced by the request to supervise their contractors, & simply put off by the recycled responses from the owner, based on all of the reviews.

Great location on the first floor with a wonderful view from the second floor. You can hear the waves with the window open. The condo is super close to a beach boardwalk. There are plenty of beds to sleep everyone comfortably. The king bed in the master is very comfortable! The property owner is very responsive, and the pool was heated since the temperature didn't get over 75 the whole week. There were several things in disrepair but the property owner sent someone another day to fix issues. When we first arrived, I wouldn't call the place very clean (baseboards, fans, etc. dirty) but clean enough to feel ok with sleeping in the beds and such.

Location 1st floor access, right on the beach, great views

Like our title, this property was everything it said it was and so much more! It is just a few steps from the gulf, the pool, close to restaurants, and shopping. The views from the patio and 2nd floor are stunning! Both bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and first floor is spacious with a half bath. Plus, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals there. We had the best time! Thank you.

My family and I throughly enjoyed the condo and beach here as well as the location attractions and shopping. Love that the area is not commercialized!

The room offered everything we needed, with plenty of space. We loved the peaceful location and the fact that the pool and beach were never crowded. Owners were wonderful to work with.

Host were awesome communicating, answering questions. Location is awesome! View is wonderful from both levels. A quick walk to the beach.

Me and 5 of my girlfriends stayed here for our annual girls trip and it was perfect!! We will definitely be looking into staying here again next year. We stayed in the east tower last year and loved the location and I was so excited to find another condo available this year and a bigger one at that. We all had plenty of space and everyone had their own bed. The beach is literally right there and Florabama bar is maybe a 10 minute walk (beach or road). There is a Tom Thumb right across the street which comes in very handy. We did have a problem with the TV where it wasn’t connecting to the wifi so we were never able to use that except for the cable. We talked with Mark but we weren’t too worried about it since we didn’t spend much time wanting to watch tv anyways 🤣 Really the only complaints I have would be that the there was only 1 trash bag for us and that the pots and pans were a bit overused and need to be updated, a few had rust on them. There were enough utensils but a few here and there things that were missing (spatula, tongs). We never received any checkout instructions so I hope what we did do the day we left sufficed. Overall absolutely loved the condo and will definitely be looking into staying there again next year!!!!

Over all is a beautiful condo, and great location. Plenty of room for everyone and everyone’s needs. Mark helped with an issue we had, and were able to correct it quickly.

My family of 9 really enjoyed staying in Mark’s condo! The environment itself is worth every penny. The neighbors are all so friendly. As far as attractions go there are so many nearby. There is a Walmart, Publix, Aldi very close for your grocery needs. The pool was a great addition, and the view can’t be beat. Mark is very quick to respond, and very friendly. There were major updates to the condo, and it is terrific. We will definitely be booking another stay next year.

This is the third condo we have stayed in at Perdido Towers and they have all been great. This was the largest of the three. It was clean and had everything we needed. I loved that I didn’t have to lug everything up and down the elevator every morning. I texted Mark once and he responded immediately and was extremely helpful and polite.

Property owners were very helpful when needed. Plenty of room for my family of 5, and my dad! My only complaint would be the lack of chest of drawers to store clothes, I’m not one to ‘live out of a suitcase’. Totally worth the money! Would visit again!

Lots of room and the beach was perfect! This is a great place to go have a relaxing vacation without the large crowds. There is so much to do and see we didn't even get to explore everything. If you have a chance to stay here I recommend it. Go to Navarre Beach! The emerald green water is breathtaking!

Our family could not have found a better place to stay! Kids loved it, we loved it. Having the entrance on the ground level was perfect for unloading, staying, and leaving. Frankly, it's even better than the photos. Spacious, bright, perfect. It was great to just walk out to the beach. Having 2 1/2 baths also was an added bonus, making it easier on everyone. And Mark and Patience, as hosts, were great with communication from the planning to reservation to check-in to check-out. There is no need to look for another place to stay. Loved it.

The location was great, there was plenty of room in the condo. The screen door to the patio was pushed out and unusable. The furniture could be updated down stairs and would recommend taking the table off the patio and add more chairs. Othe than that we had a great stay.

Everything was okay but there was sand in the beds. We got locked out early while we were packing our stuff out to the car in the rain, well Tropical Storm warnings before it was even time for us to check out.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. There were things to be desired in 2019, but we returned in 2021 because of the location and cleanliness of the property pool. Little has been done to the property in 2 years and many things are lacking. It’s still an ok place to stay if you can deal with just a few of issues below, but we will try out a different property/condo next year. -check in was 2 hours later because the cleaning crew arrived at check in time -dryer was loaded with every towel and floor mats when we did get into the property and had to be run twice to dry -stains on bedsheets and pillows -DW does not clean well at all -squeaky!!!! full size bed -squeaky!!! Bunk beds -trundle bed had an eggshell foam mat instead of an actual mattress -drains in showers and bathroom sinks were incredibly slow to drain- leaving the runs and sinks very dirty -not enough hooks, towel bars to hang bath towels. Nor anywhere to hang beach towels or swimsuits (the property does not allow beachware on the patios to dry) -handle of the screen door was hanging by one screw and fell off completely when used -corners of the rooms, baseboards, and in between the seat cushions had not been cleaned in a long time Beach access, property exterior, property pool, parking accessibility all excellent.
