Great place to kickoff for your ski trip. Near Vons. Parking was easy. Near the bus stop. Beautiful views.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had an amazing time. It was super convenient because it’s right in the middle of everything and mostly walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication with the manager. Perfect location from the mountain and amenities. More than enough space for the whole family. The individual space heaters were great for the current conditions. I would highly recommend this location. I am saving this spot as a favorite place to stay.

The home is very cozy and nice. And the location is great, we walked around the corner for the free bus pickup to the slopes and to dinner a few nights. Plus the owner Rick was excellent with communication and even called before our stay to see if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Rick was an amazing host. Listing was very accurate. This just might be the best deal in Mammoth. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed the property and location. It was centrally located and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy family time. The only issue we had were the stiffness of the beds. I wish they were more conformable. Both me and my children found them to be hard and uncomfortable. If I went back, I would stay there but likely bring our own pillow and a pillow top for the mattresses.

This was a wonderful cabin to stay at. We had a group of 9 adults staying in this cabin. A few key items worth noting: -The owner (Rick) was incredibly responsive and even reached out to us leading up to the trip to make sure we have everything we needed. - The kitchen is very well stocked and clean. Plenty of cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, and cookware. - Heating the unit was very easy and straight forward. Make sure to use the ceiling fans to help circulate the heat. - The storage locker outside helps a ton with gear storage. - The was a boot dryer in the closet which was a nice surprise. - Very short walk to the shuttle stop and the surrounding stores. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Rick was very nice and the cabin was great for 9 adults.

This condo was great for two small families. It is in a great location that is walking distance to shopping, dinner, and activities.

We really enjoyed our trip to Mammoth for the summer. Rick's condo is in a perfect location for all of the summer activities. Also, he was extremely communicative and helpful.

I would have given 5 stars but the jacuzzi for the complex was not working. We look forward to renting this unit again.

Great stay!

The unit is centrally located which makes riding the bus to the ski resort straightforward. Stop 4 on red line will get you to the village or main lodge depending on how far you take it. Restaurants and stores are also conveniently close, the late night/evening shuttle also services this spot, something to consider if you're going to be out drinking or what have you. The unit was well appointed with towels, bedding, etc etc and everything was clean. Coffee for the coffee maker and wood for the fireplace were nice touches. I'm not sure if these are leftovers from previous guests or stocked but it was appreciated. Rick was nice and easy to correspond with. Access is easy via keypad on the door. There is a storage outside the unit for skis and boards, also convenient. There was a bit of a miscommunication on checkout procedure but Rick was a gentleman about it. Would stay here again, thanks Rick.

Had a great stay! Property was a good size. Was very clean. Close walk to shuttle stop #4. Closest to eagle lodge. Close to the Vons. The owner was very polite and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

Our family came here with another family. We were a group of 10 and we all stayed comfortably. The condo is in a great location. Close to Vons, Eagle and the asking trail. We cooked and watched TV and hit the mountain. It was perfect! Rick is a great host. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped. A family of 5 and 4 had plenty of space. Kids loved the loft! Rick was very responsive and helpful before/during our stay. Bring your own spa towels unless you want to use your bath towel.

Great location clean and cozy

Had a great weekend at this condo. The space was big enough to comfortably house our 7 person group. It was very close to all the restaurants, eateries, & grocery store. It was very convenient to get to Eagle Lodge. We hope to stay again on a future trip to Mammoth.

Rick was so great with the communication. He was quick to respond to all questions and he also reached out of me ahead of time to make sure I had all the info I needed. The condo was roomy, kitchen was a bit small but other than that, it was great for a large group. My group had a great time here.

Stayed at Christmas 2021 winter storm. Very nice property. Clean and staffed with all you need for kitchen cooking. Enjoyed cold winter evenings with the wood fireplace. Very nice area to walk. Had a week with my family in Mammoth and enjoyed the perfect summer weather. This condo is perfectly placed in town. I was able to golf in the morning, hike mid day and Mtn Bike or Golf at a variety of locations close by. If you are thinking of bringing your family and want to enjoy the best of Mammoth; this condo has the perfect location and amenities.

This was a nice little condo with all the comforts that one needs in the house. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed our stay in the house. The condo is upstairs so if you have kids, you might have to control them from running around and making noise. Over all a pleasant stay, ample parking, quite and nice, walkable distance from shops.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was warm, clean, spacious, and always had enough hot water for showers. Its a short walk to the redline and a quick drive to markets. The condo was situated with easy walking access to the Mammoth Shuttles and less than a mile from local grocery store. The condo was clean and accommodating. Rick even called two days prior to arrival to make sure we had everything we needed to know for our ski trip for my sons my Birthday. Will stay again.

Rick's condo is the perfect mountain getaway. It is very clean with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and once you get the heat going, it is warm. The fireplace is the highlight though -- it was wonderful sitting around it, toasting smores, etc. after a big day on the slopes. There is a ski closet outside to keep the skis in and every appliance you could possibly need in the kitchen. Its a super short and easy drive to Eagle Lodge Lift at Mammoth and to the grocery store (Vons). Only thing to note, is there is not a laundry machine in the unit, so make sure you pack enough clothes.

Perfect family friend stay! The rooms were nice and spacious. The decor of the room literally makes you feel like you have Mammoth right inside. The view is beautiful and everything was close by. Definitely recommend it and would stay again!

Easy communication with Rick before and during the stay which is always a huge plus. The place was perfect for 2 families + 2 adults. It was clean and the beds were pretty comfy! The location was great - close to the market, shops, and to surrounding lakes. Will definitely look to stay again!
