Great experience in Cabo with very comfortable, safe and quiet home to stay. Close to marina which allowed us to get to activities and fun restaurants easy. Great hosts that took great care and communicating with us to ensure smooth stay. Thank you! Hope to return.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo at Terrasol. The condo is clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. The staff at Terrasol are exceptionally nice and were helpful with all of our questions about the area. Communication with Walt was outstanding, he was very helpful in planning our trip (restaurants, activites, etc). We had an excellent time and would recommend this to anyone.

This is an absolutely a great condo! The view is outstanding as well as the location!! The condo is immaculate with everything you need. Walt is exceptional host! Don’t waste your time looking for anywhere else to stay!!

Walt was so very helpful from the beginning. He assisted us is getting transportation/communication/phone issues resolved and ensured we arrived at Terrasol. We stayed in the studio, which was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The room had a lovely view of the ocean and a short walk to two beautiful pools. Terrasol was quiet and peaceful, just what we needed! Walt and Jana offer a gorgeous place to stay and make sure you are comfortable during your stay. Thank you for an amazing week!

My wife and I stayed for a week in this unit, it was perfect! Everything was as advertised. Unit was VERY well stocked with everything you could need, just add food , beverages and you are good to go. Easy walking distance to the marina and town. Private beach or so it seems. Ocean view from the patio. Walt was easy to communicate with and helpful, will stay again.

You couldn't ask for better folks to rent from, Walt and Jana are fantastic, and we were lucky enough to meet them on our first couple of days. The condo while not large was perfect for the two of us with a king size bed, full kitchen and area to relax on the couch at the end of a day in the sun and water. The back porch looking out over the beach and Pacific Ocean was perfect for morning coffee and watching the whales. They even had some binoculars so you can get up close to the action. The best par for us was the short walk into town for shopping and all the restaurants in the marina area. Thanks Walt and Jana we will definitely be back for another visit.

Loved the proximity to a private beach and the marina. This was a wonderful stay and we didn't want to leave.

We have been coming to Cabo off and on for over 10 years and this has been our best experience ever for the following reasons: 1) Location - We have stayed at 4 different resorts in Cabo, mainly in or near San Jose. We were initially concerned about staying in Cabo San Lucas because we wanted a quiet location. Terrasol met that requirement in spades! Just over the hill from the center of town, it feels a million miles away --totally peaceful and quiet. It has 2 pools -- the smaller of which has an attached bar and small restaurant where we ate breakfast most days. However, we chose to hang out at the larger pool which was very quiet. I don't think it's posted as an "Adults Only" pool but we never saw and kids there. Also, there was never a problem finding pool chairs or lounges around the pool like there is at so many resorts. 2) The Condo -- Although it is technically a studio unit, it doesn't feel like one at all. There's plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen is much better supplied that our home is with lots of pots, pans, utensils and every spice known to man! We don't usually watch tv on vacation but we watched a couple of movies on netflix which was easy to operate with Walt's good instructions. Wifi works great too! 3) Communication -- On the day of our arrival, Walt (the owner) called just to make sure everything was ok. I've never had that happen before! Prior to arrival, he sent us a package of information about all aspects of our stay -- from car rentals to restaurants! We never worried about a thing. I hope we will be able to return here. My husband, my daughter and I stayed at this condo last week. We loved the location! It was a little walk to the marina but with all the eating and drinking it was good for us! The condo was very clean and well stocked. The bed out couch wasn't very comfortable but other than that it was perfect! The pools were nice and not crowded. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Took my daughter for her birthday and could not have picked a better location and Condo. I was amazed at how fully equipped it was. Perfect location situated on the beach with fantastic views and close to EVERYTHING. All contact with the property owner was outstanding with more than enough hints and suggestions for a great stay. Will be returning to, and only this property.

Renting from a Walt and Jana was seamless! They took the guess work out of our trip and provided us with everything we needed to know. We really enjoyed our vacation and will be returning! Excellent!!!!!’

Terrasol and the condo were perfect. Everything was exactly as advertised if not better. Clean, fully stocked with everything. The people at Terrasol could not have been nicer and we felt like we made friends right away. Walt was very responsive to our pre trip questions and is a great host. Walt recommended Bruno as a driver and contacting him was the best decision we made as he saved us at the end of the trip when our airport shuttle (not affiliated with Terrasol or Walt and booked by us) did not show up. I texted Bruno and he was there is less than 15 minutes to get us to the airport, it was a close call but we made it. Just an example of how kind the people we met were. We will come back! Immaculate condo with stunning views of the Pacific. Walt was an amazing host, answered any question within minutes and offered lots of helpful info. The complex is quiet, serene and filled with friendly people. We had to drag ourselves away from the pools and Palapa Bar. This is truly a gem!

It was awesome. Best vacation ever. Beautiful view, wonderful location, very private, nicely equipped condo. Everything you need.

I can't say enough about how great this trip was! We really needed this and Walt & Jana's property was the crown jewel! Walt has all the details figured out and helped us so much with our stay! This property is amazing! It has a spectacular ocean view with just a few steps and you are on the beautiful beach watching whales and fishing boats and the glorious sunrise/sunsets were so beautiful! The seclusion was so nice as the privacy and respite away from the Marina "merchants" was perfect. There is so much to do in Cabo and there are so many restaurants! You can have a 5 star meal just down the beach at El Farallon, great amazing sushi at Nicksan, or just some great nachos at Tony's. We ran out of time and didn't get to try Romeo and Julietta's for Italian -- we'll have to wait until next time. The marina offers so many different experiences, they are too many to list! And everything is within walking distance! The drinking water here is safe also.... we had no issues! The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. The Covid test requirement was a breese -- they came to the resort to do the test! We knew we were negative within a couple of minutes and they emailed us our docs for travel. It was only $50 each! Much cheaper than I have paid in the states. We found a fun Garrufa Spa in town (little fishes that 'clean' your feet!) , took a fishing trip with a bonus Sea lion encounter, whale watching and did the swim with the dolphins! Every opportunity is there to have the kind of vacation you want! The swim up bar is super as well, with nice lunch and breakfast choices. Thank you Walt & Jana! We hope to be back soon!!

This place was a great spot to get away from it all but have everything within walking distance. All the other guests and staff were super nice and friendly. The palapa bar is a great place to get drinks and food. This condo has everything you need and more! The bed was comfy and it was a very quiet location on the property. Walt was also very quick to help with any questions or concerns, This is one of the best places we have stayed.

This condo was really close to where we wanted to be - next to the ocean and within walking distance to the places we wanted to be close to. Condo was well appointed with anything and everything a body would ever need. Especially a good coffee maker and washer/dryer. Can't wait to come back.

We just left our home away from home in Cabo! From the moment we stepped on property, to the moment we sadly left, we were truly amazed at how beautiful and comfortable staying at #115 was. The pictures do NOT do it justice!! From the well stocked cabinets, to the small decorative touches, we felt at peace in Walt and Jana's condo. The view is amazing, the hotel staff very helpful and accommodating, and I can't say enough good things about the swim up bar and grill. There are truly no words to describe how at peace, and happy we were while staying there. Thank you both for allowing us to share your condo with us! We will hopefully be back soon!!!!

This property is absolutely perfect. It has a view of the ocean and is located really close to the pool and bar/ restaurant. It is fully furnished. I don’t think they forgot anything! It was like walking in our own home! Ed and Kathy from Vermont, USA

Exceptional property! Beautiful ! So very clean, calming and relaxing. Walt and Jana’s property is everything and more as listed. Very comfortable and stylish furniture and has everything one could possible need vacationing. We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio relaxing, watching the whales, listening to the birds sing and the ocean waves crashing on shore. The pools were very clean, the nachos yummy and the margaritas delicious! Loved sitting by the ocean edge in the adirondacks taking in the ocean view and contemplating the goodness in life.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Cabo and the location and accommodations provided by Terrasol #115 were perfect. We were able to watch whales playing in the Pacific while sitting around the pool and saw sea turtles hatching right on the property. The proximity to downtown and the marina made getting around very easy. Thanks Walt and Jana for sharing your little piece of paradise.

Walt and Jana have a great condo, well stocked with everything you would need. Steps from the pool, palapa and beach and close to town. Definitely a come back for us.

My husband and I stayed at Walt & Jana's condo for our 30th wedding anniversary. This place is lovely! Very nice and updated. We were joined by 4 other couples who also stayed at the Terasol and our unit was the best. Thank you!!

This studio condo has everything you could want for a couple beach get away. Beautiful beach right outside the door, quiet, with all the activities of Cabo a 10 minute walk away. We are sad to leave and want to come back!
