The beach is beautiful, the pool pristine, the view immaculate. My only complaint would be the pillows in the bedrooms - they were rock hard and we ended up buying some pillows from Walmart in order to get some quality sleep. Otherwise this was a beautiful condo we will likely return too in the future.

Every morning the pool was cleaned and the chairs arranged. The location was good as well. There is also onsite assigned parking. The only thing i did notice was that a few of the chairs around the pool need replaced. They had missing or loose straps. But overall I was very pleased with the stay.

The balcony is awesome with perfect views. The view is better than the pictures. The pool is small but very nice and great access to the beach. The kitchen needs updating badly. The dishwasher is extremely old. The microwave is broken (the turntable). There are plenty of kitchen utensils pots and pans and cooking options but many were dirty when we arrived and had to be washed.The reviews that mention the annoyance of the key access to every door and fence gate is a real problem. It is a huge hassle with only 2 keys to coordinate being able to get back and forth to the beach going through 3 key locked access points (2 gates and a door). The property also has no ramp to get into the elevator. This is a big problem for the luggage cart (there is only 1) and would be impossible for those that are handicapped.Last was the biggest issue. The elevator broke on Friday evening. It was reported by multiple guests (I talked to several others). It was not fixed at the time I left on Saturday morning (7 trips up and down 7 flights of stairs). The overnight answering service was not helpful. It was a disaster. I noticed on the elevator earlier in the week that the elevator license expired on 8/1/15 (we were there the week prior). This is poor management and I would recommend people stay away until someone can verify that this elevator has been fully certified and maintenance brought up to current.

The place smelt bad and we had to steam clean the carpet ourselves. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. They only give you two keys for six people. You have to use a key to enter and exit the pool area. The keys didn't work half of the time. The elevator was hot and stinky. The pool area was cleaned every day. You have to pay extra to do your laundry. The view was beautiful and the beach area was nice. Only one parking spot per room. Extra guest have to pay for parking across the street.

The location was perfect it was near many excellent restaurants and close to several attractions. We went to several Spring training games only 1/2 hour away. The unit was well equipped with dishes, utensils, and linens. Although some of the appliances need replacing(dishwasher toaster). It was mostly in good shape as far as furnishings and beds. The sliding door was very hard to open probably needs lubricating and the cleaning crew needs to clean behind and under things. Many dust bunnies under beds. Generally the unit was clean. The most aggravating thing was the elevator, it was not working on two different times and the climb up 6 flights was hard since I have asthma and another guest just had knee surgery and another has rheumatoid arthritis. We would recommend this resort to others and will consider coming again, hopefully the elevator is repaired or replaced by then. What would also be nice is a key drop-off at the resort and with 3 couples there should be 3 sets of keys.

Although a little dated now it was very comfortable and clean. My only complaint no laundry in the unit although there is is one on the landing outside. It was well equipped too. Would stay here again, but it does need a little upgrading, also new sun beds are needed around the pool too. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and of course the ocean on your doorstep.

The beach was beautiful and not crowded ,the area as well lots of places in walking distance. The place was decorated very cute but could be better not enough towels or sheets and could be clean better. My complaint would be the coffee pot toasters need replaced there’s like three broken ones in the closet those are cheap to buy and make it more pleasant for vacationers. You do you need a key to get into the pool or go to the beach which was a little bit of a hassle but if you like the security of it you won’t mind. Would recommend to stay there
