House was clean, tidy and bright. Milk in the fridge and hand soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc all provided (not always the case). Just a few minutes walk to Elmer Beach on a quiet residential road. We had a fabulous week here, really enjoyed our break. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Lo-Tide cottage!! Location is amazing and beach is fantastic especially if you have a dog! We enjoyed walking along the beach to Felpham enjoying a lunch in The Boathouse or Blake’s Bar. Really nice area and a beautiful beach. We will be back! Cottage was great . Had all you needed with a small but great garden and a nice terrace overlooking it. Very easy checking in too.

We fell in love with Lo-Tide. The design and layout of this property means it is beautifully light and thought has gone into the small details. For example the upstairs bathroom has a skylight, if you happen to need a toilet break late at night, look up the stars are magical. All the comforts of being at home with the added bonus of having the beach a 2 minutes walk away. It was such a pleasure to stay in this property that leaving it was not easy. We took our 2 dogs on holiday with us for the first time in 12 years and would not hesitate to return to the is property with them. The garden has a water butt which made cleaning them off after a stomp along the beach so much easier and eliminates stress. We had a takeaway from the local pub - The Cabin We recommend you try it, the food was great. We also had the good fortune of having takeaway from Mandarin Chef in Middleton on Sea. I think this is the best Chinese meal we have ever had. We needed to contact the owner on arrival, A answered our call immediately and later visited us to check we had everything we needed and to bring us a goody bag :-) We would recommend this property without hesitation! Staying in Middleton-on-sea at Lo-Tide was an excellent base to see all the lovely sussex coast,and also in walking distance to the local beach.

Very nice clean property, but is any one reading the feedback. Still a large gap under front door - large draught when wind on front door. Also kitchen fire extinguisher still appears out of date.
