great place to stay. has everything you need, very comfortable. games room packed with all sorts of things to keep kids happy. lovely big garden. we all enjoyed staying there.

We all had a wonderful time at this bungalow. Quiet, peaceful and with a lovely garden, that is safe and enclosed for kids and dogs to run around in.

I would recommend this place and return myself. However, it could be improved by better cleaning and bedding that was not all creased.

Great for driving out from or even walking to Mablethorpe.

We will be back, and have already recommend to friends.
Only negatives, had to clean on arrival and wash a couple of sheets. Iron was broken but found another. Parking in description was for 3 cars. 1 can fit on drive and others on the front lawn. No Tv as described in description in bedroom. But all in all had a great week.

The place is lovely but we had to clean it all the way through first on double they put single sheet so had to buy them from shops and pillow cases clean awfull on place we cleaned it top to bottom before coming out lots of problems blind fall down and cut my disabled daughters foot etc the money we paid for it and all the problems was bad so what you going to about it etc please get back in tough
