Wonderful property and location

Clean beachy vibe

The property was very nice and clean. The house fit 10 of us comfortably and we had a great time! The surrounding area is beginning to get congested with all the new houses and construction going on, but overall is was a pleasant vacation.

We had an awesome time at this house! It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach! It had all the beach chairs and toys there which was awesome! The house came with four bikes! It was a great location and I would stay again!

Our whole group had the best time at inlet summers! The distance to the beach was perfect!!

We took a girls trip and the house was fabulous! The layout worked great and only a short walk to the beach.

The property was very clean and comfortable for our group. We loved riding the bikes that came with the property. The beach chairs and umbrellas came it very handy. Very nice property!

Unfortunately, our stay at this house could have been better. I feel like this house is more for a party crew. If you're looking for a quiet family getaway, this really isn't the place. It's a bunch of houses sitting right on top of one another. There is no privacy between you and the neighbors. People were having conversations with their neighbors while out on the balconies because you are so close to one another. You can hear all the parties, loud music, loud conversations going on around you. Compared to the other homes in the area, this appears to be the only one without some sort of patio or outdoor space beyond the deck/balconies. If you have small kids that like to go out and play, this really isn't the place. The floor does tend to turn your feet black. I know this isn't year round, but during our stay they were building a house within feet of our place... All we heard from 7am until about 6pm was constant construction; hammering, compressors, men yelling, wood being thrown, other mechanical equipment, etc. Had I known this in advance, I would not have booked this place. I did not go on vacation to wake up at 7am to the sound of construction. Personally, I would reach out to the property management before you book to find out how much construction is going on around the house and how close. I will say, the house itself is nice. The kitchen appliances are pretty run down, but it is fully stocked and you can make do. There was enough room to accommodate eight adults. The extra pillows, blankets, and fans were a really nice touch. The bunk beds are doubles, which was really nice too. Also, they do provide you with beach umbrellas, chairs, and carts to carry it all - which is terrific! The walk to the beach isn't bad and there's an attendant to help you carry everything down all the stairs. However, at night it is incredibly dark down one of the streets. Definitely suggest bringing a flashlight or your phone for a flashlight. Overall, I would come back to this place if I were with a group of friends. For my family and I, this wasn't really the place. As nice as the actual house is, we were looking for something a little more quiet and private to spend some time together.

We love staying at Inlet Summer. It’s perfect for our family. Doesn’t have the best kitchen appliances but they do the job. Floors were dirty (feet turned black), but they cleaned it again per our request. It didn’t totally fix it but helped. We just wore shoes in the house and I washed my feet at night to get them clean for bed. Definitely will be back!

House had all the amenities and layout was perfect for a large group.

There was plenty of room and the house was as described and the online photos were accurate. The 2nd floor master bed was comfortable. There were extra pillows in the large closet but no extra pillow cases and the sheets were paper thin but they were soft. We were a bit disappointed in the tubs and showers. They were clean but looked dingy and old. There was hand soap in all the baths and 2 rolls of soft toilet paper in each bath. It was wonderful having 4 bikes. We had an issue with 2 of the bikes and someone came by and swapped them quickly. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff at Paradise. They are very helpful and eager to assist their guest!

The house was clean and spacious. It was plenty of room to accommodate a family of 4. Also, the walk to the beach is about 2-3 minutes away.

House was exactly as displayed on VRBO. Very good base for our crew! Paradise Properties reps (Crystal and Avery) were very attentive and helpful when we needed to call upon them. Easy 5 min walk to beautiful beach! Plenty of household towels and linens. A/C worked excellently! Ice maker didn’t work properly but Paradise properties supplied us with an ice credit, so no problem. LOTS of beach toys, chairs and a cart or two for the beach on top of the included 4 beach chair and 2 umbrellas in the contract! We sadly had to check out a day early due the potential arrival of Hurricane Ida, but really enjoyed our time at Inlet Summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Inlet Summer. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. The house is spacious and comfortable for a large family. The views from the top deck are amazing! The chair service and bikes were also an added bonus. We did had some issues with the refrigerator/freezer cooling properly upon arrival. They were super responsive and had a small fridge/freezer delivered to the house in a few hours as we had breast milk we were afraid would spoil. They had someone out the following day to fix the main refrigerator. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we hope to be back next year!

We loved this spacious home. The views from the top balcony are wonderful and the home is beautifully decorated. We appreciated the bikes and chair service at the beach. There were so many nice touches in the house. They have a great property manager who was very responsive whenever we called.

Inlet Summer was the perfect place for my family of 8 to stay. Plenty of seating at the table and the bedroom setup was just right. The only thing I wish was different was that the master on the main had its own bathroom instead of having to share it with the guests of the living room and kitchen. We rented a golf cart and the house is close enough to be able to ride to the beach.

Our family just spent a week at this property. We love the Inlet Beach/Rosemary area. Easy walk to the beach and Rosemary. Updated and met all our expectations.

Perfect house for two families and kids. Five minute walk to beach and easy bike ride to everywhere else!!

Nice place and location to the beach. My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves. Loved being ableto go to the top deck to look at the ocean and stars at night. Liked having the chairs/umbrella and bikes included in the price.

Great place

Great people to work with, makes the check in process easy, the place was super clean and nice, it was a great location with more of a private/family side of the beach, less partying and more peaceful. The only problem we had was the WiFi, It didn’t work 90% of the time and we also had no cellular service.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. We especially loved the upstairs, cozy room, which had an attached porch and beautiful views of the beach. Bike and beach chair rentals included with the price were super convenient. Location was perfect. Wonderful stay!!!!

We have stayed on the gulf coast of Florida for the past 6 years now, and have not had any of them as attentive and responsive as Paradise Properties. I will be looking at this company’s listing for our subsequent stays. At some point we hope to be in the market for our own vacation home, at which point I will definitely look to partner with Paradise Properties to manage the property.

This was a new area and we are a large, extended family.......all was as promised and the people at Paradise were just a phone call away.....small issues were handled, promptly....the home was spacious........all in working order(TV’s, appliances,etc).....loved the area!.......will b back.

Loved the house! Lots of room and loved having beach chairs, floats and plenty of dishes to use. Loved taking morning bike rides into town, even for breakfast!! Great view on the third floor. Enjoyed the rocking the grandbaby on the 2nd deck watching the sunset!!!

Nice house, comfortable beds. Would have loved a bit more toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent since we had a larger crowd and longer stay, but overall we really enjoyed it! Note: the sign that mentions "girly" products in the bathroom could stand to be updated.

House very clean and organized inside, well decorated with beach theme. Excellent customer service. My suggestions: carpet presents some soil and it slightly smells mildew; outside area on the back should be cleaned out occasionally (cans of beer and weeds).

Inlet Beach is far less crowded than some of the 30 a locations, yet was in easy drive time to all of the attractions. Especially enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. House served 8 admirably. House was as advertised.

The house was Great! Neat and clean rooms that fit our family and friend trip perfect. Close enough to beach to enjoy a short walk and easy drive to stores. The only thing that made our trip a "Bummer" was the weather, it rained 4 out of 6 days we were there. We only had 1 good day in the sun for 4 hours and 1 so so day of 2 hours of sun. We used the majority of our trip either inside playing games and watching movies or shopping at the outlet mall in Destin. Of course this is not any fault of the vacation rental company or the house. The weather is the only reason for the 3 stars, if the weather was better I would definitely give our visit a 5! Would love to go back to this house again and pray for a sunny week!

This house had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and clean. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out. It was decorated so nicely with a real beach feel. The views from the balconies were great and the location was perfect - close to both the beach and Rosemary, especially with the bikes provided for us. We would definitely recommend this house!
