Great location

Fully decorated home with about anything needed. Hot tub advertised is large tub in master bath. Only downside for 4 guys was only 2 bathrooms one of which was in the master bathroom. Kitchen plus the pantry had about everything. Located about 15 minutes from any major commercial businesses. Host was great.

To be honest, this was one of the best, welcoming, set up places we have ever stayed!! We went down to Brooksville to reconnect with family, and spent 5 days of complete happiness! We all loved the atmosphere of the house, getting to swim when we wanted, and the amenities were amazing! We would return to this house for sure! A quick response from the owner’s… We just loved everything … I would recommend this place to anyone!!! Thank you Jacob & Maria!

Very nice home and lots of special touches

It was a nice house near the Suncoast toll road. They had a nice gift basket with candy etc. we slept there and that was a good experience. Not knowing their rental history issues there were “threats” of if we have to wash a dish we will charge you money for every dish. I also noticed an occupancy additional charge on my bill. Not sure what that is about. Remove the drama, threats, and unnecessary occupancy charge and it was just fine.

We enjoyed our stay, it was cozy with lots of room, all the personalized items were very considerate and much appreciated after a long trip.

From booking, through check in and check out, and everything in between, this was a perfect experience! No request was denied. No need unfulfilled. The house is beautiful. The pool is great. The amenities were numerous and plentiful. The location is great for beaches, shopping and a long list of adventures. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Florida!

This home was so clean, well stocked beautifully decorated. Lots of space for a family. The host thought of everything from a personal welcome package to having well stocked products. I will so rent this amazing place again

Over the years we have rented a lot of Vacation homes but this one is the best of the best . Breath taking the moment you enter this Beautiful home, so inviting with a Welcome sign and a basket full of goodies. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We have actually stayed at this rental location twice and both stays were amazing. This time we were in town visiting family and the house was perfect. Very clean, we opted to heat the pool and it was so warm we were able to swim even on the cool nights. We prefer to cook in and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The guest service was above and beyond the norm, they had a welcome sign. A bottle of wine, an Easter basket full of snacks. And even chuckles on the pillows in the master bedroom waiting for us when we arrived. I can't think of anything that could have made our stay better, it was perfect and I definitely recommend renting this property to anyone looking to rent in this area.

We stayed in the home over spring break, just our family of 4. The home is incredibly well equipped, and has so many different options to allow one side of the house quiet, while the other side can exist without having to be 'hushed.' We requested the pool to be heated and it was perfect for the not so hot days we were there. Location is close to some incredibly pretty parks, and there are places for groceries right around the corner. Huge bonus was the incredible welcome gift we received upon our arrival. A sweet sign welcoming our family & a delightful array of treat. So very special. I can imagine you'd want for anything here. Only drawback I will mention, because it might be a deal breaker for some, is the road noise from behind the house. Other than that, it is a beautiful home, and is very easy to feel comfortable in.

The house was everything we hoped it would be. Great layout that makes it seem like there are two separate wings for privacy; and the screened in heated pool was perfect for meals and socializing. We could not have felt more welcome and thank Jacob & Maria for being amazing hosts!

Jacob and Maria were amazing hosts! They had everything we needed and provided great communication. The pool was absolutely perfect for the kids throughout the entire stay. At checkout, everyone wanted to stay for at least two more weeks. Thank you for a great vacation!

We were welcomed with a welcome sign. The house is amazing. It was stocked with extra items you normally don’t find. Coffee, spices, candy, chips, sparkling grape juice. The house was very clean and smelled nice. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo and conditioner. The pool area was amazing and the owner heated it just right for us. I will definitely be back to stay anytime in the Brooksville area. The hosts are amazing. I highly recommend this home.

I had a very pleasant experience at Jacob and Maria's home. The pool was warm when we arrived, and we appreciated the welcome package. The home's decorations are very well coordinated and there was ample space. It was a very pleasant experience.

This is a high-quality property in the Spring Hill area. I booked 5 nights but ultimately extended to 6 nights. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the booking process and during our stay. The house is well-equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed. Four comfortable bedrooms, excellent kitchen, two living rooms, nice dining room, and the swimming pool area is particularly spacious and relaxing. No problems with A/C (ran at 72-73F most of the time), internet, TVs or appliances. Cell phone (T Mobile) coverage was a bit weak inside the house, but outdoors no problem. There was a generous welcome gift from the owners waiting upon arrival. This was a very nice touch. I would certainly consider staying here again when returning to the Spring Hill area. Thank you very much!

We were pleasantly surprised pulling up to the property, initially. It was even better than the online pictures once we stepped inside. Though we were visiting the area to attend the funeral of my sister, having a place as warm and inviting as this, made our stay palatable because we were able to have our children with us and not in separate (and small) hotel rooms! Lovely property! Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was spotlessly clean, probably the best equipped I have ever stayed at with nice small extras that I was not expecting. The hosts attention to detail and communication was exceptional. I would certainly recommend this house. Thank you guys.

very clean, amazing amenities, close to bike trail that we could ride our bikes to restaurants and Publix. Pool was heated very well for February. Will definitely stay again if visiting this area. We appreciate a smoke free pet free home.

Very enjoyable

Centrally located. Pool with enclosed patio was incredible. Beautiful grill with outdoor entertaining comfortable and clean. TV in practically every room including outdoors. Perfect for gathering family!!

The home was clean and comfortable. The road noise was louder than we preferred and made sleeping a little difficult.

This was a wonderful safe location, friendly neighbors made me feel so at home , the property manager was wonderful and answered any question promptly. I just don’t have words to describe how wonderful our stay was. We are from Ky visiting our daughter who lives about 8 minutes away. We will definitely be back

House and pool were beautiful and clean. Easy check in process. The down fall was that they said the AC could not go below 74 or else it would freeze. It was 90 when we were down there and at night it got warm in the house. I lived in SpringHill/ Brooksville for over 10 years and owned 2 houses down there. I never had that issue before and have the temp well below 74. Also I did not like that they keep an eye on people going with the surveillance cameras all over the exterior of the house. My family and I felt very uncomfortable being watched all the time. I have a few friends and guys that I served with in the Army. We spent all night talking and did not leave until the morning. I got messages saying extra people stayed the night and got charged. I did not want to keep going back and forth so just paid for it as I had full days with family and friends. I booked the house in a rush and did not realize the price compared to other houses in the area. There are other houses in the area that are just as good and cheaper.

My family enjoyed this home to the fullest! What a beautiful home! I knew it was going to be beautiful but when I walked into this home it was more beautiful then the pictures! We were greeted by a welcome sign with our family name on it and a wine tray! Wine and snacks included! Such a nice touch! The house was so clean and smelled so good! The house was stocked with everything you need! Everything you need in the kitchen to cook. Every size pan, sharp knives, plenty of dishes, cooking spices! There were Plenty of towels for showering and pool towels! The bathrooms even had toiletries! Loved the layout of two bedrooms being on one side of the house and two on the other! It gave everyone their own space! The beds/pillows/linens were very comfortable. The pool was absolutely perfect and heated just right for night swimming!! They even had beautiful music playing in the pool area on our arrival. My only suggestion for improvement would be to replace/upgrade the grill. We look forward to renting this property again! Everything went smoothly. It was a great experience.

My husband has a bad knee during our vacation, and it rained a lot (what a bummer 😁), but we were still able to enjoy our stay because of the pool. And because the place was clean and felt really home, we didn't mind staying "home" most of the time. Jacob (owner) responded right away everytime I texted him which was also a plus. I highly recommend this place.
