Great location; comfortable; lovely yard. A bit dated. Some road noise. Very steep driveway when walking up to house.

We had a great time, perfect for what we needed. Everything you need is walking distance. Beds were comfortable and very cute backyard.

The house is a great central location for wines of Santa Barbara county. For 5 adults it was enough wine glasses (always an issue) and the kitchen was well stocked. Our biggest issue was how very dark the street was at night. We walked to dinner several nights and had to use our flashlights to get back.

We love this property! Tons of space indoors and outdoors! Easy to communicate with host. Everyone in town is friendly! A must stay for everyone. Highly recommend! 💜💛

It was the perfect place for us to use as a home base for our wine weekend getaway. Easy to drive to vineyards and perfect to walk to all the tasting rooms in town!

Great location, very nice and clean place.

Our family stayed for several days after Christmas. The lay out of the house fit our needs and the location was just right. We had fun walking through town for wine tastings, shopping and dinner.

We were within walking distance of downtown, which was wonderful. Every restaurant, shop and winery we stopped at was very friendly and helpful. Great town to visit. We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend a visit.

My husband and I flew back to California from Indiana to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and also my mom‘s 75th birthday. We spent three nights and four days in los Olivos and each time we stay, it just gets better. We will definitely be back. The property was a great fit for the amount of people we had. The only issue for us was the steep incline of the property made it a bit challenging for my dad at times.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the backyard had so much charm. It had everything you would need for a weekend stay. Would recommend and I would stay here again!

Everything was lovely and as advertised. Walk to everything in town. We had nice visit.

The house was big enough to accommodate our family, great walking distance from Los Olivos downtown and had good Wi-Fi. However, it was not stocked with enough kitchen items to cook with, and the lighting throughout was the house was very dim. The house needed a good cleaning as there were spiderwebs everywhere inside and out. The shower and the kitchen faucet needed new attachments. As every time you turned on the kitchen sink it would shower you with water and the nobs in the showers where marked wrong as the cold was the hot and the hot was the cold. The lack of outside lighting and the parking area was up a very steep hill that made it hard to park and find your way to the front door at night. The location of the house was right across from a auto repair shop and it was hard to get through the alley way to get up the hill into the parking area of the house with all the broken down cars in the way. The homeowner controls the temperature and would not allow it to go lower than 72 which made it really hot on a warm day as we had asked to have it lowered and was told that it does not go lower than 72. The backyard with overgrown, and made it hard to enjoy with all the spiderwebs and bugs around the grapevines.

The king and queen beds are very soft which was challenging for those with back issues. Melissa was responsive to our questions and let us know immediately that a bag had been left behind. The best location for wine tasting in Los Olivos, just a brief jaunt to the first tasting room. The home is lovely and comfortable. Will be returning!

This is a great location to walk the village of Los Olivos and do some winetasting. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The only negative for me was no washer and dryer. When you were staying somewhere a week it is appreciated to have access. Reviewing the listing none were promised so it was not false advertising just something I have come to expect.

Extremely clean, beautiful garden , cozy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time and highly recommend. Lots of room and walkable to downtown. Can’t wait to come back again!! Thank you!
