Our family enjoyed our stay at Gooches Beach. The home is as described with a fantastic view and easy access to the water. We would definitely return.

Fabulous house at Gooch's Beach with balcony and living area looking out to the water. An easy 20 minute walk into the picturesque town of Kennebunkport. Comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen, good beds and showers. Communication with Gay is excellent. Highly recommended.

Great stay at the Bayberry Condo! This is our second time staying here. The location is wonderful, short drive to town for Prelude festivities. Great stay! Will be back again!

This place is perfect! The townhouse is exactly as listed, with beautiful homey touches! The deck overlooking the ocean is breathtaking and beautiful sunrises! It has all the amenities you need. We were there two weeks ago in November and had every amenity you need, especially in the kitchen! I can only imagine how great it is in the summer! We actually had 60-70 degree weather the 8 days we were there and literally had coffee out on the deck every morning, it was so warm! We walked the beach a lot and everyone is so friendly and neighborly there! Our brother literally went swimming three mornings: in November! Ha! It’s so close to everything: Dock Square is basically down the street! Short drive to Wells, Ogunquit, York, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year! The townhouse is so cozy and homey and beds are super comfortable and I wish we stayed 2 weeks! The owner is VERY responsive and nice and check-in was a breeze! If you’re considering this place, DO IT! You will not be disappointed!!

The home is in a perfect location with very close proximity to the beach, easy walk to downtown and quick drive to nearby towns. Everything was spotless and we had all we needed for a dreamy getaway to the beach. Loved our stay!

The home has everything we could have wanted and we made great use of the well stocked kitchen and perfect deck. Can’t beat listening to the ocean as you fall asleep. This beachfront condo is the perfect setting for any beach vacation. The location couldn't be more convenient and my family loved being able to run back and forth from the beach easily. The condo is very clean and outfitted with anything you would need and then some (from condiments to charging cords). It is also rare to find a location in Maine with air conditioning! Thank you to Gay for a great vacation!

This is a very Charming, Welcoming, Homey, Breezy Townhouse with Beautiful Ocean Views. Gay was an incredible host. Everything you could need was provided and she responded immediately to questions or concerns. Can't wait to come back!

This was our fourth time renting and we loved it once again. Perfect for families and beach lovers. Lots of interesting places to walk to and explore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kennebunk! This unit has tons of natural light, views of the ocean and is only a 15 minute walk to the port shops and restaurants. The owners gave us everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay, check email, manage the house and have fun. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to unwind and enjoy Kennebunk Port!

My sisters and I spent a week in this condo. It was so spacious, bedroom for each of us and 2 full and one half baths. The condo was clean and updated. Gay, the owner, was in touch if we needed her. The week there was more than we hoped for, it was wonderful and we hope to go back.

Loved the condo! Great location, spacious, and walking distance to town. Fabulous ocean views and nicely decorated. The owner did a nice job making sure the condo has everything you could want or need and quickly responds to questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again in the future.

Super close to the beach loved it

We had a wonderful get away at this condo. It had everything we needed, was very clean, decorated tastefully and comfortable. We were able to relax, take walks on the beach and enjoy the many fun shops and delicious restaurants in the area. Gay was great and kept in touch, though we didn't need her for anything but to say thank you for such a lovely stay. We hope to return again!

The attention to detail exceeded every expectation. This home exudes wonderful energy. I love to cook and the kitchen is well equipped and easy to maneuver. Dining in the ocean view dining room and on the ocean view deck is perfect! The bedrooms are nicely decorated and quiet. The location to town is convenient and it is nice to be lulled to sleep by the ocean roar. I highly recommend this condo. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and a wealth of local information.

A friend and I have stayed at this Condo for long weekend getaways, for many years and we love the excellent conditions, the accommodations, the view of the ocean, the access to places to eat and shop. We always are amazed at the amenities surrounding us in the unit. This is in walking distance to the beach and has a beautiful view from the deck of the ocean. We continue to stay at this location and always go home knowing how wonderful it is. We love this place.
