Amazing trip
This house is incredible. Enough space for 12 adults to not only hang out together but spread out as well. The lake was so much fun. The slide and lily pad offered hours of entertainment. This house has literally everything you would need for a 5 star vacation. The house manager Evie was perhaps the sweetest human being I have ever met. She made sure we wanted for nothing and truly made us feel at home. Could not recommended this more.

We did have an issue with the hot tub not working, however, property management was able to work out a deal for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this place, and ARRIVE. Winter Lake Stay
Our family gathered in Austin for something different over the holiday season and we elected the Arrive Ridgeview Estate due to the lake view. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by house manager Jackie who showed us the estate and went over the benefits of us booking with Arrive. Tentative to our needs and ensuring the little ones were having a blast it really made the trip. The house itself is incredible and comfortably fit our group. Several amenities including the hot tub made for great nights together. Upon checkout we were departed with the same professionalism as we were greeted with. Very impressed with the management company and house.

Spectacular
This place was ideal for getting together with family for a fun weekend at the lake. The expansive lawn was perfect for lawn games and then we were able to enjoy the hot tub and outdoor dining area. My favorite part about the house was the indoor/outdoor living and when we arrived the house was in prestine condition. I would love to bring my family back for another great weekend.

Lakefront & Luxurious
Wow! This house is absolutely spectacular. You can tell it was recently built and they did a wonderful job. The home itself has only top of the line appliances and amenities. The grounds that surround the property are amazing too and it was fantastic to be right on the lake. The property was very private and there was plenty of room for the kids to play in the yard while the parents watched from the pool. We will be coming back here next year for the exact same trip! Thanks ARRIVE for making this possible.
