Lovely home in a beautiful beach town. Faulty shower track in guest bathroom which caused one door to completely shatter and cut my son’s hands and feet. Thankfully he’s ok. (ADULT son was opening the door and it shattered-zero foul play) Quite scary in fact. Owners have been consistently asking (passively demanding) for a full glass shower surround replacement. Texts, emails, phone conversations. Credit card already charged maximum damages under Vrbo- which is more than enough for a piece of glass to be cut- but they want full new track, hardware, all new glass. It’s causing so much stress and anxiety. Chris and Cherice hired a “family friend” to do the work- no other estimates. Now they want me to pay for an entire shower surround? That’s like someone breaking a window on my home and me re-siding the whole house! I’m an honest renter. I’m a professional. Never had any complaints or issues. This was a direct result of their faulty system. These owners are one of the highest charging in the area, and I will never rent from them again. It’s a shame to run a business like this.

Perfect location right next to beach access and boardwalk. Family had a great time, would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this property. The 2 story set up was a good fit for our multi generational family and the private elevator was a great addition. The location is amazing. We were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and the board walk. The property was very clean. We were a little worried about reviews from other families about the neighbors but everyone we met were very friendly!

Best location in Carolina Beach for walking to food, shops, entertainment, beach, and more. The condo was in great shape and nicely furnished. The views from all bedrooms and the living room were a big plus over other condos we have stayed at in the area. The Owner was very responsive and nice.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location! Terrible person that lives downstairs. We got a complaint about my grandchildren at 7am Sunday morning, but they were sound asleep! My daughter-in-law had gone for a run and walked on the steps! I loved the place but it probably should be listed no kids due to the grumpy man downstairs. When you spend over 3000.00 on a vacation you shouldn't have to be scared to have a good time. Beautiful condo though.

The condo is in good shape and as described. Location is perfect and ideal for kids with easy access to beach and restaurants. However…I would not plan to do laundry while staying here. Dryer has to be turned on 4-5 times to dry clothes completely. Even for a small load. HOA came to pool during our stay on a Monday in the middle of the day to tell everyone at the pool to be quiet. Most of the people that are in the complex are permanent residents who work from home (HOA informed us). Apparently they don’t appreciate people who are on vacation having fun in the middle of the day! And the noise they didn’t like was just kids playing basketball in the pool…and the basketball goals were removed the next day. It is listed as a gated community…however one side of the fence is completely broken and held together with rope & the other gate that is supposed to be locked stays open day and night. Overall, we had a good week but I would not stay here again.

Happy with the property and location, elevator was a huge help having an infant and a family member with a recent injury.

Beautiful condo! Excellent location! We really enjoy Carolina Beach. Easy walk to the beach, great views, nice pool. Actually, it was an easy walk to everything. The owner is super accommodating and is a pleasure to work with.

Great condo, great location. There's a man who lives downstairs who came to our door twice while we were making dinner at 5:30pm asking us to tell our kids to be quiet. They were playing in the bedroom on the first floor which is apparently above where he lives. Both days we were home to cook dinner at the condo he came to the door. I called the property manager the 2nd time he came and Chris was great about telling the guy to leave us alone, but still left a dirty taste in our mouth. We will be staying elsewhere next time, u less that man moves out. It upset my wife and kids that he came to us twice to give us noise warnings, especially at 5:30pm. This would be a great place for families with older kids who wouldn't be running around or making much noise.

This was a very nice condo community. The condo was very clean and spacious, with room for my family to spread out. The bedrooms were large, and the kitchen was well laid out with double ovens. The garage was a nice place to leave our beach stuff after a day on the sand. Very centrally located; we were just 3-5 minutes from restaurants, the boardwalk, and the lake across the street. The balconies were nice; we had a great view of the fireworks from the boardwalk. We will definitely rent this place again.

The condo was better than in the pictures. Very spacious. Amazing location. We walked everywhere. It was very clean. I would stay there again.

The home is quite large and in an excellent location. If you have little ones, there are indoor toys, sand toys, and an awesome wagon to lug everything the short distance to the beach. The location is perfect, and Chris was very responsive. I definitely recommend this property.

We recently stayed at this property and it was just perfect for our family. The place was clean and provided all the necessities needed for a good vacation. The owner Chris made the whole process from booking to check in a breeze. The location was is just great....just steps from the beach, which sure helped with 2 infants!! Loved that we could walk just about everywhere! Great time!

The condo was clean and incredibly spacious. The owner was attentive and responded to inquiries quickly. The walk to the beach was short, as was the walk to get to things to do like the restaurants, shops, and boardwalk. The community within the condo was extremely friendly and courteous. We felt very safe, and despite being close to the boardwalk, we felt far enough away from the action and that that it is a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely consider returning to this location on future vacations.

Location is ideal to get to beach easily and lots of activities. Pool was great! Owner came to help with an issue and communicated well. We had a great week!

This property is amazing! The rooms are huge and can easily fit multiple people in them (we have little kids so having the rooms fit pack n plays with space to spare was huge). You can’t beat the location. We walked everywhere!! Being able to walk to the boardwalk and the carnival (with little kids) was a nice feature. Also having the pool was incredible! We met so many nice families there and our kids spent hours swimming after a morning at the beach. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. We look forward to going back next year.

Property was ready a few hours early, which was nice since we conveniently arrived a few hours early. Beds were cozy and plenty of bath towels for a max capacity of people. Only steps to the beach, and we visited Squigley's no less than five times! We love our ice cream! Watched the movie on the lake from the balcony and could even hear it well! Private elevator was invaluable. Perfect for our family of 7 plus 3 grandparents! Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! The condo is clean, tastefully furnished, and well stocked. The location is central to so many fun things to do! Five minute walk to dining, shopping, amusements and much more that we didn’t even get to do. The beach is an even shorter walk away and was beautiful; enough people to be festive without feeling crowded. We will definitely recommend this condo and location to family and friends :) (Many of the standout features of this unit have been thoroughly described in other reviews. Read through a few; we found them especially helpful in identifying useful features and fun places to visit!)

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The location to the beach was close and easy, especially with the beach cart in the garage. Very nice local stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

This vacation was amazing! The property and owners were fabulous. The owners were quick to respond with any and all questions we had. The property was immaculate and the location was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We felt right at home and had a wonderful time!

Very nice condo in a great location. Loved the location and layout. Really liked how each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There was 10 of us that stayed there and we never felt crowded. The elevator was extremely helpful with luggage and groceries and we got our exercise by using the stairs. Everything was within walking distance so we hardly ever even got our vehicle out. Very easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again in a minute. Loved everything about it. Thanks so much.

This condo is in the perfect location! Movies by the lake on one side and boardwalk lights and fireworks on the other. We enjoyed walks around the lake each morning before getting ready for the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach access, we did have a golf cart for transporting chairs and such. The kitchen was well equiped. We ate- in several meals but also enjoyed Hang Ten grill that was steps away. There's enough room in this condo to spread out, be together and to be alone when you've had too much family time😉. Chris, the owner is just a text message away and was so helpful as we were planning our trip. We would definitely stay here again. We loved Carolina Beach!

What a fantastic experience! This place was not only beautiful and contemporary, the set up was absolutely perfect. We had 2 small children and the living room is on the top floor so you don't have to worry about noise disrupting the neighbors with the kids "running" back and forth playing. Having the master on the top floor(which is huge) and the 2 other bedrooms on the second floor was just perfect. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom and even a 1/2 bath so when everyone is hanging out in the kitchen or living room they don't have to use the master bath. The amount of closet space is crazy so you can unpack and feel at home. One of the best things is all the linens provided...what a huge plus! The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Tons of beach chairs and toys in the garage, even a cart with wheels to carry your stuff to the beach. The garage was great too, not having to carry all your beach stuff upstairs, plus it cut down on sand getting inside. Everyone was so friendly and the pool was always warm and clean. It was so nice having a pool when you don't want to deal with the sand or after a day at the beach. I can't imagine the stay without an elevator, what a wonderful amenity and convenience. Having a key pad instead of having to keep up with a key or key card was genius! Everything is close but we rented a golf cart which was so fun and a great idea to get around. Chris, the owner was always available and so accommodating. He will give you a list of instructions and things you should bring. If you follow that, you should have no worries. We can't imagine ever staying in a hotel again! We will definitely stay again! Thank you for helping us have a perfect vacation!

Very nice size unit for multiple families to stay and not get in each other's way. Elevator was handy for loading and unloading but definitely got our steps in taking the stairs many times each day. Plenty of beach chairs, toys and cart was nice to carry it all. Just a few minor housekeeping issues but overall a very nice place to stay. Great view of Thursday fireworks show from the balcony and pool was a good break from the rough afternoon tides.
