We enjoyed our 4-night stay at Seabrook. Room and location were great! Beautiful area and weather!

Clan, comfortable, well equipped. Kitchen had everything. Best cookware and dishware I've ever seen at a vacation rental. Will definitely book again.

The unit was very close to the gorgeous beach. It is well appointed with modern appliances and all of the creature comforts one would want. We will certainly be back!

What a great place to ring in the New Year! On top of the weather being perfect, the condo was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated. We spent lots of time on the corner patio listening to the waves crash and watching beautiful sunsets! Highly recommend this condo, and will definitely be back!

Great condo with super view and all the amenities. Living room could use a bigger TV and better arrangement but just a small issue. Nice to have bikes to use also.

Room was clean and well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler was provided.. doggie toys and bowls also provided. Overall the room was great, except the front lock and door was hard to lock and shut. There was a swing door also over the front door with no number on it so when we first arrived we weren't sure it was the right rental. The bed was hard and I would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones provided were flat. The location was excellent as it was close to the beach club and pools and the deer loved to hang out in that area. We saw dolphins almost every day too down at the beach. Overall it was a fantastic vacation with just a couple of minor issues. We would stay again and hopefully next time, the lock will be fixed and a new mattress..

We enjoyed everything about this condo. We loved having our dog, Hank with us! My husband and son played golf, we ate at the Pelican’s Nest and spent lots of time on the beach! Great vacation!!!!!

My husband and I spent a few days on Seabrook for our 10th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch! The views and sunsets were phenomenal and we loved how close it was to walk to the beach! The condo was clean and nicely decorated and was fine for just the two of us. The bed and pillows were quite firm and uncomfortable and the front door was a pain to lock and unlock but other than that, we enjoyed the property.

My husband and I fell in love with Seabrook last year so decided to come back again this year. We wanted to bring our pups this time given that the beaches are very dog friendly, therefore we needed a place that accommodated them as well. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 fur babies. Very clean property and recently renovated which is a plus! Had everything we needed in the kitchen for meal prepping. The location is spot on with super easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Also loved the fact that it is on the first floor. Will be staying here again in the future!

This property was very nicely decorated and updated, however, we kind of felt it was lipstick on a pig if you will after being there for the first full day/night. My husband and I would recommend some corrective action/fixes that would take this property up a notch. The master bedroom bed literally is broken and held together at the bottom with a board, so be careful! Also, the mattress feels like you are sleeping on a concrete floor. Our backs are just now returning to normal! The same goes for the pull out bed in the couch in the living room - our teen boys slept there and we traded off for a night and you can feel the coils in your back, like there is no mattress at all. The lock for the front door was very hard to work as the door seal/frame is rotted and needs to be replaced. Also, the back door to the boardwalk is held together by wind and a prayer, that should be replaced. Finally, the laundry room doesn't appear to have ever been cleaned nor the door to enter it. That needs some serious attention as we really count on using that space when we go on vacation and the washer/dryer needs to do several cycles to actually work so they probably need replacing as well. I believe once those items are addressed as I stated previously this could be a five star condo all day long!

Clean and comfortable, with some nice extra touches (books & magazines, a toy basket for the dog); outstanding views of Edisto Island and sunsets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is located at the "back" of the community which ensures that the area is more secluded and peaceful. The direct access to the beach was wonderful and enjoyed walking with our dog every day. If I had to give one negative~ it is that the property while clean~ had a lot of dust around the doors and the baseboards. Is just a general "Spring cleaning" that needs to be done. But otherwise the property was clean. I googled if Uber ran on the island and my search (flawed) said yes but upon arrival realized this isn't accurate. Thus, anyone wanting to go to Charleston or Kiawah for dinner/drinks need to look into other transportation options if do not want to drive. This was the perfect, relaxing vacation that we needed after the craziness of the year. The property management staff were EXCELLENT and responded to several of my inquiries almost immediately. Would definitely stay again- and are already looking into potential dates.

Lots of fun walking for miles on the hard pack beach after the tide rolls out. We saw multiple dolphins each day. Very cute and private island.
