Year after year, Bella Vista is incredible. A beautiful and comfortable home with an excellent view of Flathead Lake. Patti and Robin provide every amenity, and their home is immaculately maintained. Excellent in every way.

The home was clean, organized, beautiful decorated and welcoming. The views from the first floor and porch of Flathead Lake were very impressive.
The home was accessible for our son who is in a wheelchair, first floor bathroom door was big enough for him to get through.
The best part of the home was that our extended family could fit and have time together! A week we will not forget.

Our stay at Buena Vista was wonderful. House and property was ideal for my large group. Home had everything we needed. Views were great as was the location on the lake. Host was readily available and stopped by to introduce herself. House has a great layout offering space and privacy for everyone. We cant wait to come back

Beautiful views and setting! The house was immaculate and spacious -- very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and the landscaping was gorgeous. We had a small group but the house could accommodate a larger one. The hosts were responsive and helpful as well.

Our stay at Bella Vista was everything and more than we were hoping for! The space was clean and comfortable for our group of 11. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. Glacier National Park was about a 45 minute drive from the house and it was absolutely incredible! We also loved kayaking on Flathead lake and admiring the 'rainbow rocks' on shore. The mountain coaster in Somers was a lot of fun for the kids (kind of a short ride for the price, but still fun!) We loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare most of our meals at the house. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

This property is absolutely stunning, and the view is unbeatable! The pictures don’t even do this justice, every inch of this property is meticulously cared for and beautiful. We had the best family vacation!

We had 2 families of 5, the layout was perfect for togetherness and also still allowing for privacy if needed. The house was extremely clean....maybe the cleanest VRBO listing I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable accomodations. Our primary goal was Glacier National Park, the location was a bit of a drive for different parts of GNP, but was always nice to come back to a clean comfy place to relax after a long day on the road. We rented a boat on Flathead Lake.....absolutely wonderful, would recommend to anyone. Only hesitation would be the water was quite cold at 56 degrees. The house was well equipped with cooking supplies and lots of bear spray on site. We actually were able to return the ones we purchased and able to use the ones left behind.....luckily we did not have to use it, although we did see grizzlies on our hikes. Would recomment this listing to anyone looking for a well maintainted property with wonderful lake views and beautiful sunrises in the mornings.

The host was great and has thought of every last detail to truly make this a home away from home. We stayed a week with our adult sons and their families (5 children under 5). The home has so much to offer, we never felt crowded or on top of each other. There are supplies (possibly left by previous guests) that were available to use and not often found in homes. Sitting on the patio was so relaxing even with the sounds of traffic from the highway below. Great memories were made at Bella Vista!

I and members of my immediate and extended family stayed at this property in late May/early June 2024. We were coming to the area for Glacier National Park and the surrounding areas and wanted a base with a view of the mountains a reasonable distance from our activities. This house was a great place for us - with six adults we were grateful for the number of bedrooms/bathrooms and the roomy common areas. The house is clean and quiet. The best thing about it is probably the terrific view of Flathead Lake and the mountains beyond. You will not be disappointed in a stay here.

I highly recommend this property. The views are spectacular. The location is perfectly nestled into the hillside and close to groceries, gas, and coffee shops!
This home is CLEAN and cozy. The bedding is wonderful too, and the kitchen is stocked with all of the pots, pans and cooking utensils that you need you to support a family vacation.

This was our second stay at Bella Vista this year. The house is so well situated for a perfect adventure in and around Glacier National Park. After days of hiking, horseback riding, brewery-hopping, and alpine sliding, it was always nice to come home to such spacious comfort. The deck with Flathead Lake view includes a hot tub and fantastic grill. We star-gazed and played endless board games, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of extras in the house that make you feel right at home. Communication with owners was without a hitch and we know we shall return!

This home is beautiful, spacious, clean and has the most incredible views! Our family of 9 enjoyed our time here, as it has all the comforts of home! The hosts are great, and even though the A/C system went out on our 3rd day there, Robin & Patti did everything they possibly could to keep us comfortable, by bringing in extra fans! They were even so kind as to leave us gift certificates for a fabulous meal at a local restaurant! Love this home, the views, and the entire area and if we’re ever back in that part of Montana again, we will be staying here!

Visited Montana to reconnect with family and enjoy the mountains and Glacier! The homeowners and home were absolutely lovely with gorgeous views, plenty of space for our 8, fun games (ping pong!), and perfect location near the lake.

Beautiful well equipped property with awesome views. Very clean. Wonderful place to stay. Property owner stopped by to make sure we didn't have any issues and let us know they were available if we needed them. The listing pictures are great, but the property is even more beautiful in person. Highly recommended.

Four retired couples found enough room in this house, deck and yard to read, play cards, sleep, cook, converse. And we hiked the local, state and national parks. Went boating and kayaking on the lakes. This house is absolutely perfect for a family or group of friends. Wonderfully equipped to be your home away from home.

The home was perfect for our family. Great location, the only issue was that the property owner showed up daily to either work on the house or the yard area, although he was very friendly it felt a little awkward with him being there and us at the same time.

We loved Bella Vista!! The views of the lake are amazing! The home had everything we needed. We cooked meals and we ate out. The town of Lakeside has wonderful restaurants close by with a great coffee shop called Glacier Perks, best cinnamon rolls ever! And in Somer, just down the road we had breakfast at the cutest little cafe. The owners make sure you have great information about the area and Robin was right there anytime we had a question with a quick response or to help out! We definitely recommend Bella Vista!

The property was even better than the listing showed! We had an incredible view, plenty of space, lots of toys and activities for the kiddos, and such a serene getaway. Would 10 out of 10 recommend. We'll be back for sure!

We came to Kalispell for my daughters wedding at Jewel Basin. I searched high and low for the perfect place for my immediate family and dearest friends to all stay together - this home did not disappoint. It was the perfect location and the home was awesome; well maintained, 5 bedrooms suited the 10 adults with plenty of room for everyone. Loved the open main floor where we all gathered for meals and laughter, the views off the deck were spectacular, the hot tub was enjoyed by all on the crisp mornings and evenings. We even had a night around the fire pit exchanging stories and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and our entire group loved the place! Thanks so much for your attention to detail and sharing your lovely home; it made this magical wedding weekend so special.

The house was beautiful, more than enough room for 6 of us. Well stocked, Robin & Patti very easy to deal with & helped with all requests. Only slight downfall was noise from the road below when out on the deck BUT the view far outweighed the distraction. Would definitely stay again if/when in the area.

The most beautiful home for our annual friends trip. The hosts were absolutely amazing. The home had everything you could want or need for a long stay. The views and hot tub added the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking GNP. The house had the perfect amount of space and allowed for all to be comfortable. Amazing - literally everything about the property and location is amazing. The views of Flathead Lake are breathtaking- watching the sunrise in the morning was so spectacular. Landscaping is top notch. Strong air conditioning. Bunnies are on the property hopping around. The house even has a ping pong table in the basement on top of the two kitchens, gorgeous wood floors and kayaking rentals a short drive away - 💯 would stay again.

This home was an absolutely wonderful place to gather our family and friend, for this vacation adventure. The view from all of the windows along the back of the home - over the water and mountains led for a relaxing, serene backdrop for our many conversations and meals.
The layout for the rooms was quite spacious and well laid out for different family members, and gave all plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty big enough for all to get around.
We took several trips to Glacier, yes, it is a drive, but also excellent to have such a nice place on the water to come back to.
We found Volunteer Park in Lakeside a relaxing park to take the little ones to, for a few hours of beach time, as recommended by Robin.
The owners of this property were very accessible and truly wanted to help with any questions we have. They even checked in with us the 2nd day, to make sure all was going well.
Thank you for a wonderful place, as we had a wonderful time there.

We had a wonderful vacation in Montana. It truly was one of our family’s favorites. The property was clean and spacious, with a gorgeous view of Flathead Lake. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub. It was a bit of a drive to the entrance of Glacier National Park but worth it for the beauty of the property. GNP was amazing. We also spent a couple of days at the beach where we rented kayaks, paddle boards and a jet ski. It was a great week! We highly recommend!

Amazing view and nice home
Many thanks to our host for a lovely space. We had a family reunion here, 8 adults and 2 little kids, and it was perfect. They had a fire pit and hottub for the adults, and toys and high chairs for the little ones. The view is incredible and location is great for both flathead lake and the National park. The hosts were lovely and attentive and easy. Thank you!

Beautiful home with lovely views. Perfect Montana getaway!
This was the perfect home for our group of 10. Everyone had a comfortable space and we enjoyed the lovely grounds, sitting on the balcony, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and cooking meals in the well accommodated kitchen. The only downside was there was quite a bit of road noise from the close highway, but the views of the lake and mountains over shadow it. Awesome property!

The house is beautiful with every accommodation you would need. It also has the most amazing view of Flathead Lake and the mountains. We had an excellent vacation here and made lots of memories!

Perfect home away from home
My sister and I came with our children to explore Glacier. This property was very convenient and only about an hour from the National Park. Views from the home were spectacular. We didn't get in until after 7pm, and the owner still came to introduce herself and to check if we had any questions. They were such an accommodating couple. Two of my children have food allergies, so I cooked at the home every night, and I was pleasantly surprised everything I needed they had, such as a slow cooker. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the back patio views, the hot tub, and fire pit for smores. Would definitely stay again! It fit all 10 of us very comfortably.
