Great fir family's

This was the perfect property for my family of 5 and my brothers family of 3. The host was attentive and available. The property is exactly as advertised and well kept. Location is awesome because you do not have to sit in much traffic getting to and from the beach. We will be back!

Everything was great! The condo was perfect for our family. Getting to the ocean and restaurant is very easy and the pools are within a short walk.

We enjoyed several local beaches and lots of great food.

Great size for a family, location allows quick access to beach, downtown and all the attractions on Rt. 1.

The house was great and had everything we needed. Sara was very quick to respond with any questions we had.

The house was perfect. We are a family of 3 (including a 2 year old), and it was just what we needed. The house was very clean with brand new carpeting and floors, and it had a very beachy feel. The sunroom was perfect to enjoy coffee before the rest of the house woke up! An added bonus of the house were the toys, toddler supplies, and beach equipment there for us to use. It’s a very convenient location right across the parking lot from one of the community pools and less than 10 minutes to the beach/boardwalk/restaurants. We will definitely be looking into renting this space again on the future!

This home is in a great location for exploring Rehoboth. Only an 8 minute drive to the beach, and a parking permit is provided which helps a ton. We split our time between the pool and the beach. Pool was great too. Home is more spacious than pictures show. Has all supplies needed- beach stuff, kids beach toys, plenty of good beach chairs. The kids toys at the house were perfect for my 6 year old who in to babies! Also in walking distance to some good restaurants. Only issue at first was WiFi name did not match instructions. But we figured it out quickly. All in all a great trip away. Thanks!

There was a little pet hair under furniture in the main living area, and some sand in the sunroom, but the carpet upstairs was brand new and very clean and the kitchen was also spotless.

Overall this is a very good vacation house. It is a little worse for wear though. And the cleaning crew definitely is not thorough; lots of dirt on the floor, etc. The main floor is very roomy and the sunroom made a great playroom for our grandsons. All the toys were much used and appreciated! The pool was excellent! Pretty complex. The owner Sara was great and responsive.

We stayed during the week of 8/8-8/15. The location of the property is great. We enjoyed the 2 pools that were walking distance to the house. Downfall to the pools was that they were only open from 11am-6pm. The people in the community were very friendly. The house itself was very homey. The kitchen was well equipped. There were toys and games to keep the kids occupied during rainy days which was great! We cooked in most days and it was nice to have a grill out back. We ordered out from Big Fish Grill and Casa DiLeo which were both excellent! We also walked to the Fractured Prune for some unique donuts one morning. Some downfalls to the property: There is nowhere to hang your towels/wet swim suits-we tried to hang them out back but got a letter on the foot from the HOA Within an hour saying we were not allowed to (even though we saw others doing it) The house itself was dusty In places that were hard to reach. The light hanging over the landing going upstairs looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The tops of the curtains in the master were very dusty-noticed when you closed the curtains. Only reason we noticed the dust was because our daughter is very sensitive to dust and was sneezing a lot and became stuffy when in the house. We weren’t aware that linens were not provided until we had already left. I had sent Sara a message about 2 hours after we left our house to request our check-in information. It was then in that message we were made aware that we needed to bring our own pillows, blankets, sheets and towels. We ended up spending over $100 to buy the things we needed which could have been avoided if this information was in the listing or our check-in information was provided in a timely manner. Sara and John's home is beautiful. Perfect location for biking and walking. They were great hosts and would love to come back another time!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. Conveniently located right near the entrance to Rehoboth and near Jungle Jim and the outlets. Easy to get to everything and the kids loved the you room and pool. Would love to stay here again. Thank you much.

The home was very nicely decorated and was a super convenient location for us! Sara was very quick to respond to questions about the property and dealt with some minor issues we had right away. We would definitely stay again!!

Property was in a good location to access both Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Having the residential parking pass for Rehoboth was a huge plus and Jungle Jims for the kids was walking distance!

It was a fun stay only about a mile or so from downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk. Walking distance to 2 great restaurants. House had super amenities with 3 pools close by. House was clean and nicely updated. Sara was easy to work with and stocked the house with every beach toy and gear you could need, especially with kids. The kitchen was well equipped as well as we cooked and ate several meals at home.

We had a lovely week. Loved the sunroom on the back!

Had a great time in Rehoboth Beach. Owner was really helpful and responsive when we had questions plus her suggestions for what to do in the area were really helpful.
