Can't say enough about our stay. Million dollar views, so convenient to some great restaurants and shopping, super helpful host that went above and beyond for us after loosing a condo once already in HI due to mechanical issue, heated pool so windy days its still sooo nice, great grounds and super clean condo!! Breezes are heavenly on the patio and through the condo! Hope to be able to stay again!

Would like to stay again next year

I basically gave the host free money to help pay their rent. They simply utter Aloha without even knowing the meaning of it. They whole world helps Hawaii when they are in trouble but the host did not even care a bit/spec/damn when I was in trouble. "Aloha is an essence of being: love, peace, compassion, and a mutual understanding of respect."

Third floor is a drag to come and go but great ocean view and love the breeze which keeps the condo cool without air conditioning. Everything clean, hope to return

The hostess is very sweet and was accommodating to us to add on an extra night. There is a brand new shower that is gorgeous, and the lanai is very enjoyable along with the outdoor property. Great restaurant lava lava is right next-door very family friendly . The unit itself and some furniture could definitely use some updates, but was clean and comfortable aside from being warm without AC- there usually is a good breeze at night. Pull out couch mattress unfortunately was not comfortable. Laundry room was handy. We would recommend aside from the above notes .

This was our 2nd trip to Kauai, unfortunately for only 5 nights this time. We wanted to be central as we like spending time in the north and south areas of the island but also close to the airport as we had an early flight. We like to "Happy Hour" at Lava Lava and Oasis by the Sea which are in walking distance. Also walkable; Safeway, ABC breakfast and Sushi Bushido. Personally, I feel this was the perfect location for our family. Can't beat the view from the lanai, the well-maintained grounds and the shower was great for tall guests. The laundry facility was convenient; $1.50/wash and $1.00/hour of dry time in quarters. We will definitely stay here again when we hopefully return.

This condo was perfect for us and our quick visit to Kauai! Beautiful location, views, amenities, and we couldn’t have asked for better communication with the property manager! When we come back, we will definitely check on the availability of this condo! 10/10 recommend!!

Two adult siblings stayed for a week of quiet nights; the layout of the condo, with separate bedroom and sleeping sofa in the living room, offered privacy without isolation. The patio was fantastic! All in all, this property offered the “aloha” landscape for a wonderful week of the constant sea breeze (with floral fragrance) through the open windows, the view of nearby seashore as backdrop for sunrise and morning coffee on the patio, and a welcoming haven after a day of hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, and swimming. Nothing could have been better for a week of recollection and sibling companionship— except that mom wasn’t there to wash dishes in the well-stocked kitchen! Thanks, Lina!

This 1 bedroom with king bed + 1.5 bathrooms was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed morning and evening views from the balcony. We really appreciated the quietness of the complex, made it easy to appreciate nature. Kitchen perfectly stocked. The pool was a great size and perfect temperature, don't change a thing! Great spot, we will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at Lae Nani. I’ve been visiting Lae Nani for the last 25 years. It’s a favorite as you might imagine. I have stayed in this unit before and the views can’t be beat. The unit itself is comfortable and we look forward to returning again. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We had a little hiccup with the internet and it was addressed immediately. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy another vacation in Paradise.

The condo unit was great for our young family. The pool is wonderful and the beaches close by offer swimming and good snorkelling. The owners were very responsive to all questions / requests. The location on the island also allows easy trips to the north end and south end of the island which is what we enjoyed - we were able to stay at a great place but also adventure around the island.

The fabulous view is exactly like the photo. Interior was very clean and up-to-date. Lanai is large with two lounge chairs plus a small table with two bar chairs. We spent a lot of time on the lanai! The grounds are beautiful - the best we saw on our many walks. A great sandy beach with good waves for playing in. Lots of good areas for walking, and short driving distance to many small local restaurants, which served delicious food! All communications with host were prompt and helpful. We had a wonderful time. Thanks so much!!!

Check in went very smooth, the place has an amazing view and full kitchen. Laundry on premises coin operated. Beautiful pool and gorgeous ocean view directly from the patio. Bed is a queen size. 2 bathrooms. I would def stay here again. Great location of you want to venture north and south.

This was a phenomenal local area in Kauai, we have never been to Kauai we will be going back Loved our trip...loved the vicinity, just a lot of construction but that just makes it more beautiful for the next stay

My sister and I took a quick trip to Kauai and ran across this property. Upon arrival, we were even more impressed in person. We will definitely be recommending this jewel and returning again in the future.

Great week. The condo was well stocked. All good except bed seemed a bit small and bedding could use a refresh. Amazing view!!

Very well equipped with everything you could want. I love Lae Nani anyway, the views and sounds of the ocean are sublime.

Very nice spot that was centrally located near the places we wanted to visit and the airport. Great views of the beach and morning sun. Would definitely recommend this place.

The property is gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and ocean tremendously. I loved the proximity to activities around the island. We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, beautiful, comfortable and our host was easily accessible.

Lae Nani was home base for traveling around the island to spend time in various towns and beaches, making it easy to head North or South. The property grounds and amenities were beautiful and well kept. The unit itself was as described, older and a bit outdated, but clean, well cared for, decorated in the island style, and with new amenities where it mattered like bedding, shower, and kitchenware. We used the pull out couch for our 12 and 15 year old and it was comfortable enough. We are used to AC but decided being right on the water was more important. The ceiling fans and open windows were enough to cool us to sleep at night. Plus, we just sucked it up knowing how great it was to sit on the deck and watch the waves even if it was a bit warm at night. If you can’t suck it up, you might want a place with AC. Beaches were nice around complex, but it will depend on what it is you want to do. We snorkeled some in the little inlet and played in the water. Did not find them ideal for body boarding due to some rocks but other people did. Lae Nani was a quieter condo complex with other respectful guests. We did not encounter loud noises or people leaving messes. Parking was always easy to come by. We would come back and stay in this unit again! Our happy memories will include our stay here.

Very clean place with great location & amenities for family.

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed for a 10 day stay, including beach towels and toys. The location was wonderful- very nicely maintained grounds with plenty of space to spread out. The pool was huge and the beach was really fun. Lots of restaurants and amenities were walkable. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure to have Lina’s property be the setting of my daughters’ and my first vacation together! The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo is clean. The setting is absolutely lovely.

We ended up checking our after our first night as it was 83 degrees inside at night with every window open and fans on. It was too hot for our 10 month old to safely be sleeping for the night. We called the owner the first morning and she told me she would call me back. More than a week later she has yet to return the call. We were happy to try and work something out but she clearly was not. While the unit has a beautiful view and location is good, the unit is extremely outdated

We enjoyed this condo very much. Was clean and roomy. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets could be replaced they were in rough shape and some broken. However we didn’t spend much time inside. The beach out front was lovely. There was a lava beach club restaurant next door that had amazing fish tacos that you can eat right on the beach. Parking was always available. This was a quick unplanned trip We go to Hawaii a few times a year. And never been to this Kauai. We were not disappointed. We would absolutely revisit this condo!

My husband and I don’t usually stay in this area of the island and decided to try something new. What a great decision! We loved the location, close to the airport and in a town with great places to eat. Very central for any day trips. But the condo was the highlight! Love that is has such easy access to the pool and beach and great breezes to keep the condo cool. Very well stocked with anything you need to cook as well as items for the beach. When we got there it was late and very dark but the directions for getting and and finding everything were so detailed we had no problems. In fact, there was another couple there trying to find stuff and we used our directions to figure it all out. Made the process very easy. Only cons: lots of stairs. Didn’t bother us but if you have mobility issues, it’s on the third floor with no elevator. And if you are at the pool and need anything (including the restroom) you will be doing lots of stairs. Also, my suggestion would be to replace the queen bed (which was a comfortable mattress) with a king size. Room has more than enough room and for it. I knew it was a queen going into it, but after sleeping on a king for years, I now know I won’t book a room with a queen size bed again. Just a personal preference but I wonder if it limits your bookings.
