The place is spacious and the host is great.

Both Natt and Karin from Milkwood were extremely professional, friendly and helpful at all times. Upon request Natt moved us to a unit with a double balcony without hesitation. Karin met us in person, to hand over the keys and to give us a quick tour. The sea view from our unit were breathtaking. The 3-bedroom unit itself was beautiful and much bigger than what we expected. We had no time to visit the beach but could see the gate and path to the beach from our unit (just a short walk and you are on the beach). We would definitely visit again, hopefully for a longer period.
Milkwood supplied us with dishwasher tablets and black bags for the dustbin in the kitchen that was definitely a plus, but there was unfortunately no air freshener for the 3 toilets in each of the bathrooms or dishwashing liquid for the kitchen. So, make sure that you pack this when visiting.

This is a whole spacious apartment that can house a whole family and extended family.The interior design was to die for.The host...wow Karin,you are one of a kind,the warm welcome, sending us names of restaurants around Milkwood.She is passionate about her job,10/10 for everything, and last but not least THE VIEW wow I'm still in awe.

The apartment was exactly what we wanted and needed, with great beach views from the large balcony. The lounge, dining and kitchen area were big and expansive. They had a reverse osmosis under counter water filter, which was perfect as the area is going through a drought and the tap water is not usually good to drink, so this solved this.
Each room had its own separate bathroom and the space was quiet and meant great sleep.
Thank you to our hosts for sharing such a great place.
The only things missing were washing up liquid and soap in the bathroom. Everything else was spot on.

This was one of the best family holidays we had. From we arrived the host Karin looked after us. She felt like family.
Ten out of ten for her professional work ethics. The location was perfect with n beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment was 5 star quality and spacious.

The lady building keeper was helpfull and trying to set wrongs right...but it is difficult if the maintenance on the building is lacking...Location great, elevator helpfull
Aircons broken!!!...minimal crockery and glassware and silverware- I had to buy decent wine glasses, drinking glasses and more plates asbwell as steak knives ...walls dirty, carpets burned with cigarette 🚬 ash.. Kitchen cupboards broken...drains blocked every single time we wanted to use the sink, blinds falling off the windows...cheap furnishings... For the price of almost R5000 per night I think it is very very badly done. We stayed 16 nights...

Friendliness and selflessness of our host.The apartment exceeded all expectations.it is extremely beautiful and in the right next to the beach.The pictures on the website don't do any justice to the actual beauty of the place.i loved it ànd ill definitely visit again.

The apartment was really a home away from home. We were more than comfortable and being so close to the beach was perfect. We could walk, and we did walk every day to the beach and spent a few hours there each time. Karin, who looks after the building was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Our hosts checked in on us from time to time to see how things were going. We honestly couldn't ask for a better experience. We will go back in a heart beat. Thank you.
I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about our time there as our hosts were great and the apartment was amazing. The perfect home away from home.

Stunning location and beautiful views. Each room have there own on-suite. Clean, large and very comfortable with full kitchen. Even have an elevator - no heavy carrying of luggage.
