We had the best week at this place. It’s in a great location - 5 minutes to anything you need, 10 to 20 minutes to beach and anything more local. It felt super safe as well. The home was perfect. Very secluded - it was so relaxing to hang by the pool and hot tub. Home was clean, had more than anything we could want or need as far as cookie supplies, towels, linens, outdoor equipment, etc. The host, Santiago, was the best. He was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed including renting a crib for us. This place was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The house was very clean, the host was very attentive and responded immediately with any question we had. The pictures do not do the yard justice, the landscaping is beautiful the pool and hot tub were both very clean and inviting. This location is idea for exploring the area and located in a wonderful neighborhood with unique restaurants within walking distance.

He gave us great recommendations for the surrounding area and this home is one that we know we will be returning to for future visits. We wish we could have stayed longer. From start to finish Santiago made our trip seamless and perfect. His responsiveness and communication was great and he was very kind to myself and my guests. The house is 5 star! Very clean, spacious and welcoming. We spent 80% of the time in the pool and hot tub. 😊 This house is also in a perfect spot to local entertainment and shopping. We will definitely be renting this property again in the future.

We stayed in this property and were blown away at how beautiful and well kept the house was. The owner Santiago was a phone call or text away and answered all of our questions. Coming home from a long day at the beach and taking a dip in the pool followed by watching a movie in the reclining chair was a highlight for us. I also loved getting up early in the morning and walking in the neighborhood. The location is super safe and we felt we could relax for the duration of the stay. It was very clean and everything was organized and made available to us as guests. We would definitely stay here again.

He strongly encouraged us to let him know if there any issues, questions, or concerns. Thankfully we never had to bother him, but it was refreshing to hear that, and have it seem 100% sincere.We would recommend this home.

The reservation process was easy and efficient. The house was exactly as pictured and described with lovely landscaping, beautiful appointments and sparkling clean. Upon our arrival, our host patiently described all details for our 19 night stay, and was available throughout for questions. All the appliances worked properly including the gas grill, washer/dryer, air conditioning, pool and jacuzzi. We were spoiled by this wonderful stay and hope to return in the future. The backyard with pool and BBQ was perfect. He had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was lovely and convenient to shops and restaurants. Nice house with pool and hot tub, well equipped kitchen and a considerate host. What's not to like? only had one minor issue with a broken coffee make, and Santiago replaced it with hours. Made our weekend get away very successful!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Santiago's house, it was fun and relaxing. The property is exactly as shown in the picture, if not better. The house is very well kept, and all the artistic touches made us feel in a real home. The house has really comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The private pool and Jacuzzi are great. Santiago is an amazing host, and he is very available. The area was very convenient and nice as well for pretty much anything you would need or want. We highly recommend this property.

This was our first time using Vrbo and very impressed with the overall quality of the place, and how the property was managed. Santiago went above and beyond for our small toddler, enough for her to call him, Uncle Santiago!

This house is fabulous. It is spotless and spacious. Perfect neighborhood for enjoying all that Wilton Manors has to offer. The private pool and Jacuzzi are extraordinary. So comfortable and private. I never wanted to leave!

This was the nicest and cleanest place I’ve stayed . The property manager is kind, helpful and takes pride in the location. This is a perfect rental for couple . Every detail was thought of. I wish it was my house ; I’m not sure I can say anything much nicer.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to with this property. What an unbelievable experience. Santiago left "no stone unturned". The property is beautiful. The pictures on the website are great but to see it in person is unbelievable. So beautiful. Santiago has everything you would ever need in a home. You don't ever have to leave. The back yard is breathtaking. The pool and jacuzzi are so relaxing. The house is so warm and inviting. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom with the tub you can stay in for hours. What more could you ask for. The best part is the owner. Santiago was so attentive and available. There really was nothing that went wrong, but when I needed him to answer a question he was there and when I locked myself out by accident of the bedroom, he arrived in 10 minutes to unlock the door to let me back in. He is so wonderful. The property and Santiago are dog friendly which was so important to me. My dog loved the house. There was a small bed waiting for him, plus treats if you needed. I could keep going on and on about the place but I will just say that if you are looking for a place in Ft. Lauderdale, this is the place. It really is. It has everything, plus it is close to all that you would need, shops, restaurants and the beach. It's a must. I will DEFINITELY be back again. Thank you Santiago for everything.

Our experience from initial booking through check out was absolutely perfect. Santiago was so easy going and accommodating. The house was even better than in the pictures. The pool area could not have been better. We spent 90% of our time in the backyard. The house is equipped with everything you could need. Definitely looking forward to renting this property again and again! Location was private and exactly what we were looking for! A definite five star!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was centrally locates to everything. The only problem I have is the extra fees associated with the booking. They seemed particularly high for my past experiences with VRBO. The property advertised a price of $250/night. The additional fees came to $148/night which made the actual price of close to $400/night. We also received a text the night before checkout to see if we could be out of the property at 10:45 instead of 11. We had no problem, however the owner actually showed up at 10:15 making us feel really rushed.

This is a very nice place to stay. The pool is good, the hot tub is great. It has one of the best stocked kitchens for cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. It's in a great location (walked to Starbucks!) in a quiet neighborhood. The house is nicely decorated. Love the shower and tub in the master bath... If I had one wish for the stay, it would have been to be able to use the digital lock on the front door rather than a key. We had 2 people staying, so always had to coordinate activities and schedules to make sure no one was locked out. The code on the door would have made it simple, and very secure from one rental to another, as changing the code would keep it secure. This was a very minor inconvenience, but I thought it would be a good suggestion..

Everything about the house was absolutely perfect. We loved the layout of the house. The artwork and decor were great. Both bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was top of the line. The owner has thought of everything to make a vacation hassle-free. The pool and hot tub were spectacular and exactly what we were looking for. Honestly, these were the two main things we were looking for in a vacation home and this property delivered. The palm trees and fence provide complete privacy. The hot tub sat 6 comfortably and was perfect for lounging for a couple of hours. The pool was great. It was the perfect depth at the deep end for a non-swimmer like me (I am 5-10, and the water came to the bottom of my chin on tip-toes in the deep end) It was also super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go in Wilton Manors. We were never more than 5 minutes away from anything and the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood right off a main road. Not only that, there was easy access to the beach, shopping, everything you'd want to do in Fort Lauderdale. We will DEFINITELY be back.

This house is truly a gem. Don't look any further! We have stayed in quite a few rental properties throughout the years and this one is not your typical minimally maintained, minimally staged rental. Everything you could possibly want/need is provided in this house. Santiago spared no expense and you'll feel it once you step inside. It is in a great location, close to everything in town including the beach. The backyard is enclosed with beautiful palms so you feel you're in your own private resort. The pictures don't do it justice. Santiago was extremely accommodating to us and always quick to respond when we had questions. I couldn't ask for more and can't wait to go back!

First time renting through VRBO and we had a great experience. Santiago is very helpful and just a text away to answer any questions. The house is very clean and has great location. Close to Main Street with restaurant and shops, yet the street is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We loved it and so did our pups! PS-The house smells amazing too!

We chose this property for an anniversary getaway weekend and it did not disappoint. Property is just as advertised in pictures and better! We were greeted by Santiago at the property who was thorough in showing us all the features of the home. Elegant touches everywhere, from decor to home automation, offers high end hotel feel while allowing you to "stretch" out over the perfect space. Backyard/pool area offered sun and light breezes, with well maintained landscape for ultimate relaxation. Great location, close to shopping/eats/beach/airport and the neighborhood is well kept. Couples and small groups, this is your destination!

We had a great stay with our teenage children in this lovely, modern, and immaculate home. The beds and bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is all up to date, there are various places to hang out and relax inside, and the technology like wifi, big screen televisions, etc. all work perfectly. The house is not large, but the rooms are spacious and everything is new and really nice. The best part of the house is the gorgeous ultra-private backyard - it's really awesome! The yard has lush landscaping, a fantastic crystal clear pool, a gorgeous tiled and heated jacuzzi, dining table and chairs, comfy lounge chairs and seating, pool rafts and toys, and many sunny and shaded areas. The yard and pool/jacuzzi set up is truly fantastic! The suburban Ft. Lauderdale location is great - very safe, 5 minutes from the beach and near lots of nice shops, restaurants, movie theatres, and 10 minutes from Las Olas. It was easy to cook meals at the home or to go out to eat. We did breakfast and lunch at the house and dinners out. One thing to know is that the hot tub is heated (and works perfectly heating up to a hot and bubbly temp, it's awesome) though the swimming pool isn't heated unless you want to pay a lot extra to use a lot of extra heating gas - like hundreds of extra dollars. We just didn't heat the pool though because we didn't want to pay a lot extra, and it was totally fine for swimming since we had 80 degree gorgeous weather while we were there. If it was colder outside and the sun didn't heat the pool though it might have been pretty chilly water. The jacuzzi though would heat up great in any weather - it's very simple to heat and takes only 15-20 minutes to get to full temperature. Santiago was a great host and extremely responsive via text (he was out of town) anytime we had a question. His friend met us there to show us around at first and he was great too. There were lots of extra pillows and towels and blankets which was helpful. We loved being able to use a washer/dryer for pool towels each day. For sleeping there is a queen bed and a king bed, so it really sleeps only 4 in real beds. We had 5 people so one of our teens slept on an air mattress in the family room which worked out fine. We would definitely recommend this home for a quiet poolside getaway for couples or a family!!!

Family took a spring break retreat and House was exactly what we wanted, low key and relaxing. Weather was a little windy we spent most of our days in the hot tub. Would stay again! Owner was quick with responses.
