Loved the pool in the neighborhood which we used several times as the pool at the house had been heated by mistake and took several days to cool down. The temps were in the 90’s so a heated pool was not appealing!! Rooms were large and lots of beds for everyone. Three full baths were beneficial along with the first floor powder room. Also laundry room great to have. Kitchen is spacious and has good appliances. Furniture in the great room and around the wonderful, large table need to be replaced. They are very worn down. The carpeting is also in need of being replaced. Second floor gets warm, but box fans and ceiling fans are helpful. We had very few issues, but when we did, Glass Casa folks were quick to reply and very helpful. The folks they sent out were attentive and friendly. Great experience!

The house was great. Plenty of room for the family of 13. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing about the house was the upstairs was alot warmer while down stair was cooler. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Loved having the golf carts to use, but the brakes were not the greatest, big safety concern. Golf carts made it easy and convenient to get to the ocean/public access but limited parking and you shared parking with the restaurant. I definitely would not walk to the beach. That would be to far. The destiny east pool was big but the water was pretty warm. Felt like you were in a hot tub. Usually you swim to cool off because its so hot outside. Same for the pool at the house.

For some reason we did not recieve our contract to sign until the evening before we were to leave. In contacting your office we received excellent service from Priscilla who got this matter handled before we left. Also, I would like to compliment Jamie and Christy for all of their help. We did have issues with the pool and had to dall the maintenace line two times. They were very responsive and corrected the "flow' issue. Pool would not heat until it was back washed. There was an issue with locating the proper TV remotes but maintenance arrived and solved that problem. We loved having access to the golf carts and bikes. All were in working condition. There was a driver's mirror missing on one of the golf carts but the cart worked fine. For this size home it would have been nice to have a separate icemaker. We had 8 in our party and we had to go purchase ice several times. Also, when we tried to use the grill, the propane tank was empty. However, Priscilla advised us to send her the receipt for a refil which we did. The property overall was in good condition. There is some deep cleaning that needs to be done at the bottom of the sliding glass doors going to the pool and there is grass growing up through the pavers at one end of the pool. The door from the garage going into the house needs painting very badly and the garage itself needs to be cleaned up.

This property is located close to beach, great restaurants and close to all shopping and activities. House needs some TLC. Back door by outdoor pool was broken, sofas and mattresses need replacing, went to use outdoor grill and found there was no propane for the grill. Otherwise this property has everything. I would definitely recommend it.

The Goldfinch property had some issues:1. Destiny East gate code expired. We were given March code, but arrived April 2.2. Golf cart had bald tires and no seat belts. Tire went flat and required Uber ride back. Replacement cart rental was cumbersome and took over 1.5 hours for paperwork.3. Overhead garage door would not close. Bottom reinforcement channel had several loose bolts at 2 connections warping door alignment.4. Low water level in swimming pool was resolved by maintenance. Water level then too high before timer shutoff. Significant water leak at hose connection after timer shut off so I closed valve.5. Bike tire pressures were very low; air pump in garage not functional.6. House needs updates: stained carpets, damaged couches, unstable dining room chairs.7. Some kitchen items should be replaced (pans.)8. Two chairs pool deck furniture was broken.

This is our 2nd time staying at this location for a good reason. It is a great location and is a perfect size for out 3 families (6 adults, and 6 kids). We love the enclosed pool area at the house as well as access to the playground, pool, and courts at the club house which our kids love. House is beautiful; however it is shows a little wear and tear a could use a little TLC on the flooring, doors and pool. With that said we love this place and would recommend.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at this home, first stay with new owners. Our first stay was in 2017. We love the location, however the house fell short this time. The TV in the living room broke early in the week, despite the management company coming out twice, they couldn’t get it to work and we went the rest of the week with no TV in the living room. The couch in the living room is the same couch from 2017, it needed replaced years ago. The two golf carts worked wonderfully to and from the beach. The check in/out process was seamless. And when we needed assistance the management company was responsive.

Home is pretty and in a great neighborhood. Needs a bigger refrigerator that doesn’t freeze your expensive food ingredients and pool lights that function. Otherwise, a great home away from home! We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoy the open concept from the kitchen living room and dinning. Also we can see the kiddos from the kitchen swimming. Rooms were big enough including the restrooms. The bunk beds were awesome for the kiddos. The beach was not even far from our rental house. Overall we had so much fun and comfortable with this house rental.

We had a great time. We loved the house and how close it was to the beach. The golf carts and bikes were great. The worse part was all the traffic.

Amenities were spot on. Pool area needs a little TLC. Hardwood floors are in need of attention. House was clean and well appointed.😁

This home was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Pool area was great and kids loved riding on the golf carts to the beach and to the park right down the road. Property manager was very response to the few questions we had when checking in. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is very large and beautiful! My daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren and I spent a wonderful week at the goldfinch. The location is great and I love that it’s a gated area, safer for the kids to ride bikes and play. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and some that you can even walk to. The beach is just out the back gate and beautiful. The property managers are very accessible to answer any of our questions. The clubhouse with its amenities and playground were a big hit with the kids. We made many memories and are planning to go back next year.
