Peaceful, cozy and convenient.

Plenty of land if you like yard games, beautiful view, plenty of spots to sleep especially if you bring air mattresses (house provided one too. Ubers were tough to find but I wouldn’t mind never leaving the house! All of my friends agreed this was a great place to stay.

Charming house with turn of the century feel. Ample room for all. Close to all activities. Will no doubt be a return customer in the future.

Seven of us stayed & each couple had their own bed/bath. Location was perfect! Less than 10 mins to holiday valley & downtown Ellicottville. House was stocked with every single thing we could think to need. Very charming & cozy. Owner communication was great! Would definitely stay again.

This house is perfect for a large family or group of friends. We have stayed here multiple times and will be returning again.

Douglas was pretty attentive to our needs and a great host. The property is a great big house with lots of character. There was a bit of a 'smell' from the basement and from the downstairs washroom. Most of the group thought is was just old houses have smells, but I personally have a very sensitive nose. Our ski trip was a bust because the temperatures were way above freezing and snow was gone. If we weren't past our refund date I probably would have cancelled. In terms of the location, it is a bit remote with nothing around it. You do have to drive to the ski hill. If there is no skiing or tubing there isn't much else to do around this area. I can see if would be a pretty little town in the summer - bt you'd have to drive in to the town centre.

This property was above and beyond the expected. We have nothing but praise for the home and the hosts. Communication was quick and easy, information was perfect and the home is gorgeous. Don’t hesitant to book this property!

Doug was a outstanding host, went out of his way to make sure things were working properly. The house is very comfortable, convenient to Ellicottville/ Holiday Valley. Had a great weekend here!
