Great place. Well stocked comfortable home, great large fenced yard for our dog, heated enjoyable pool, quiet neighborhood, close to Jensen Beach restaurants. Already booked for next year!

Property is as advertised. Pool is great and nice for kids and dogs, as completely fenced in. Hosts provide everything you need, and responsive.

My family and I were lucky enough to stay in Peter's home for several months upon relocating from Mass. to Jensen Beach. The home is located in a well established, quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Jensen and Hutchinson Island as well as downtown Stuart. Beautiful private backyard with the highlight being the pool area with lanai. the backyard was perfect for my dog as well :) Peter was extremely accommodating and flexible with us. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay! Also close to supermarkets and restaurants. You cannot get more convenient than this location. I would highly recommend this home for a quick getaway or an extended stay!

This was a very nice fund. The owner was available for any questions and you could immediately tell it was perfect for having our young grandsons with us. A comfortable atmosphere, a nice pool and really convenient restaurant choices nearby. We'll be back!

It was an excellent stay - beautiful heated pool - everything you would ever need supplied - well stocked. Beautiful quite neighborhood. Restaurants and Publix nearby was a big plus. The host was fantastic and so helpful.

The property and home are incredible! The fenced in yard and beautiful foliage provided an amazingly private experience! The grill was in amazing condition and the extra tank of fuel was a great addition in case you run out. The yard and home were very well kept and inviting! The pool and spa were very well maintained and the home owner's excellent availability and communication made operating it a breeze! Plenty of utensils and dishware made preparing and cooking meals an easy and enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, a short drive to stores and restaurants, with some amazing recommendations provided by the homeowners in their informational binder. There are a lot of close beach options (within 10-15 minutes) that made this an A+ location to stay, we couldn't have been happier. The bar and outdoor table provided plenty of room for dining, you can easily entertain for a party of 14+ if needed. There were pool toys available behind the bar that provided hours of entertainment for the kids in the pool. The location in addition to the excellent communication from the home owner make this an amazing rental that we can't wait to return to!

Went with my wife, two daughters, and even brought the dog along for spring break. The house was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool and hot tub were beautiful and used quite often. The large fully fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to stores and some great restaurants a couple miles away in downtown. The beaches on Hutchinson Island were also fantastic. The host Peter was very friendly and helpful. Our family had a blast, and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood with close access to Stuart, shopping, beaches and parks. Peter bought a brand new Weber gas grill while we were there to replace the old one which was mostly worn out.

First, there isn't enough space to mention everything that made the month of February paradise for our family. The house was spotless, clean and extremely comfortable. The pool and spa were pure heaven. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to everything we love in Florida: Fabulous restaurants, Jensen Beach and all of the beautiful spots along Ocean Boulevard. We even had a chance to go to Arti Gras, a wonderful annual festival of remarkable artists in Palm Beach Gardens. We spent several fun visits to the outdoor dining area at Crawdaddy's in Jensen Beach. Great food and entertainment on Thursdays. Last, but not least, Peter, the homeowner was the best we've ever dealt with, and we have rented many properties over the years. So, many thanks, Peter, for sharing your lovely home and for your graciousness.

Home is comfortable and the heated pool and lanai were really nice. Quality, quiet beaches are a short drive away; mid-January water temps were very manageable. Peter was very responsive to questions. Great trip!

House is located in a convenient location to attend NY Mets spring training games and spend time at beach. Most importantly we were able to simply relax at the pool, enjoy the warm weather and the quiet neighborhood. Peter was great about keeping in touch to answer any questions we had.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Location was ideal for us. Pool was nicely heated with the ability to boost the heat if needed. Paul was great talked me through a lot about the house. When we had problems getting the pool heater to work properly he sent someone over within the hour. Will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay in Jensen Beach that much more enjoyable.

After booking the property several months in advance i was unsure of it. My sister and i were in the area a couple of weeks prior to our stay and knocked on the door hoping to get a look of at least the back yard. To our surprise Peter the owner was there and invited us into the house. Immediately I felt better! The house is larger than it looks in the pictures and is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood and has a playground less than a block away. We loved the pool, hot tub and screened in lanai! The beds and bedding are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels for the house and pool area. The washer and dryer are full size and very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and had three different coffee pots for us to choose from:) Beaches and shopping are just a few minutes drive and the house had beach blankets, coolers and toys for the kids. Peter, the owner is awesome! We contacted him a couple of times with questions and he responded immediately and was helpful and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again!! Thank you Peter for your thoughtfulness and the care you took in furnishing the house!

We absolutely love this home. It's perfect for our family. This is our second year and we already look forward to coming back. The homeowners are warm and fantastic. Definitely recommend this for your family. The pool is heaven and great for giving the kids something to do while you just relax. The scenery around the home is beautiful. It's all just wonderful.

Property is a great place to visit everything in the area and then come home for a swim. Peaceful and relaxing stay.

It was so nice vacationing in a whole house with screened in pool and lanai on a quiet street. Restaurants, shopping, and beaches are just a short drive away.

This is our 2nd year renting this house and we loved it both times! We are a family traveling with a preschooler and a dog. My son can't get enough of the pool! And, we can sit and watch him from the hot tub! The house has everything you could need or want and is very comfortable. My son also loves the kid's bedroom. It is in a nice neighborhood and there is a small playground a few houses away. The location is great! There are tons of restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes away and the beaches are close by, too. It is the perfect getaway for our family. We hope to be back next year!
