The property had a wonderful view of the Manhattan beach from the living room. Being by able to open the window and hear the ocean was amazing.
Only thing we were a little worried about was locking the front door. It took us a while to figure out how to lock it (from the outside), but we were wondering why there wasn’t a dead bolt. Might be helpful to include instructions in for future visitors.
Also, the TV’s video would black out when we’d want to watch a movie. Video would appear for about 10/15 minutes, then would fade to black. The cable channels would come through, but we think the TV itself is old.

My husband and I stayed at this unit for a 4 night getaway earlier this month. It was a perfect hub for us while we traveled up and down the coast hiking and exploring! We really appreciated the hot tub after several wet hikes. The condo was well stocked (dishes, cookware, paper products, dishwasher/washing machine tabs) and comfortable. The view from the living area was everything we came to the Oregon coast for!
I really have no complaints about the condo! Rockaway Beach is a nice little community - would love to see it come more alive during warmer months, but we had coffee & places to eat which kept us happy.

We absolutely loved this place!! The owners take pride in their rental and it shows. Beautiful wainscot and ceiling trim molding, fun beach decor, like new bedspreads. And the best part..it's beach front, and oh at such a great price! We'll be staying here again.

Beautifully decorated and great view of the ocean. Not a lot to do in the Rockaway beach area during Oct. Many restaurants were closed or had very limited hours. Despite being on the 1st floor, there are roughly 16 stairs to get to the unit. Elevator is not for guest use. No AC which was ok during our stay but couldn't imagine how it would be in the heat of ths summer.
There are no curtains on the windows facing the ocean, felt like being in a fishbowl. Killed probably half dozen spiders in the unit, might be the time of the year.

This unit was very comfortable and convienent. The beds were great, the two bathrooms were lovely, the view outstanding, and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and soaks in the hot tubs. We'll definitely be back!

The condo is in a great spot, lovely view and easy beach access. Awesome to be able to bring our 2 dogs. The only real problem we had was that the power went out (nothing you can do about that!) and caused the fire alarms to go off. One must have had a low battery. I’m too short to reach them so had to knock in doors to find some help.
Next time, I’d like to stay in one of the upper units because we could hear activity through the floors and noise when the water ran upstairs. I bet a lot of people wouldn’t even notice the noise, I’m just sensitive to it.

Light and bright with gorgeous views - what more could you ask on a grey winter’s day? The rental is clean and equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. The spacious main living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms are situated so part of the family can be playing games or watching a movie and not disturb others sleeping in the bedroom. We had an excellent stay.

The Condo was nice and as always check-in/out process was very easy and convenient. We liked the wood floors and the ocean view was great. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and dishes for our use. The only concern that we had was the conditions of the shower floors which were reported to Vacasa Staff. Overall, our stay was very nice and we enjoyed staying in the condo.

We needed to get in touch with the local property manager for a couple items and we’re unable to contact them directly.. We also had to pay additional fees to ask the cleaners to look for a lost necklace which seems ridiculous given the hefty fees already paid. This is appropriate to post on the site because it is the decision of the local property manager regarding whether they are available to contact directly.

We needed to get in touch with the local property manager for a couple items and we’re unable to contact them directly.. The view is amazing and we were only a few steps away from the beach. The kitchen has everything you need! We will definitely stay here again.

Of all the condos in this building, this was by far the best. Engineered flooring makes it easy to sweep up sand. Kitchen has everything you need. Nicely decorated and they have a bowl and bags for the pups.

Of all the condos in this building, this was by far the best. Engineered flooring makes it easy to sweep up sand. Kitchen has everything you need. Nicely decorated and they have a bowl and bags for the pups.

Great location. The view is stunning and you can walk right out and onto the beach. Comfortable and spacious. The only disappointment with this unit was that it smelled like dog. The comforter and all of the blankets in particular smelled like a dog had slept on it and it hadn't been washed.

Perfect location, immaculate bathrooms, comfortable beds and great beach access. The view can’t be beat! This room specifically did not have a sunset view but the ocean waves were good enough for this crew!

The lock on the front door was a bit tricky and didn't remain unlocked once your had used the key to access the condo. Got locked out of the condo when the door closed behind me going to the car, and there was no extra key in the second lock box. I was very satisfied when the property manager sent someone over to unlock the property for us in less than one hour. Thank you.

This property was in such a beautiful location and the inside was cozy yet luxurious. Everything was clean and the check in and check out process was clear and easy. Perfect for the dogs and humans alike! We will definitely return!

Property was good. Only thing that I would have changed was to include a second key in the second lock box. Great views. Had some issues with door key, but new keys were remade and delivered promptly. Still our favorite place to stay on the coast (Nedonna Views building). This is our seventh year staying at this complex. Time for a flooring and paint update in these units.
