The owner was 100% with us, she replied immediately to us. The strength of this house is the social space. It has windows everywhere. Kitchen is not full equipped. Stores very close by. Amazing location

Beautiful house and plenty of space

If I could give Angela 10 stars I would. Not only is the property as beautiful as pictured, but her hospitality rivaled that of a five-star resort. She answered my many questions as I planned my birthday celebration quickly and was eager to ensure I had the best experience ever AND I arrived to a welcome birthday cake upon check-in. Needless to say she exceeded my every expectation. I highly recommend this property and of course Angela.

This home is exactly as advertised. The home is clean and spacious and the outdoor space is incredible. We had 2 full days at the pool and grilled out twice. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. I spent a fabulous weekend celebrating my 50th w girlfriends here and would not hesitate recommending the home to others.

Angela has a lovely home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone with plans to enjoy her outdoor oasis! Cheers!

The house is beautiful -- spacious kitchen, outdoor space, and pool. Angela was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend.

Angela was such a pleasure to deal with. She had everything we could need from towels to air mattresses to a full spice rack. The property is gorgeous, clean, and located in a beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this house! We were 14 women for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! Can’t rave about it enough!

This home is beautiful and has lots of open space indoors and out for everyone to enjoy. Great house for big groups. We had a family gathering for my mother’s 70th birthday - children from 3 years old to adults in their 80s. Everyone had a wonderful time. Angela was very nice, thoughtful and responsive. She also left us a yummy fruit cake. The house and pool were very clean. Unfortunately the check in process wasn’t so smooth but all in all, this place is worth the stay. We’ll be back at some point.

We spent the weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday and hoped to relax, hike, and spend time with good friends. The property has ample space and privacy for multiple families. It has a beautiful and private backyard space for meals and pool time. We easily hiked to Griffith Observatory and walked to a grocery store and restaurants. There was no need to drive anywhere. Angela hand delivered a cake to begin our lovely weekend. I would stay again in the future.

Great house, fit 14 of us comfortably. Good communication with host. Only complaint is pool was dirty the first day but the pool guy was there later that evening.

We had a really great experience the house was beautiful and perfectly located to enjoy all of LA. I would recommend this house especially for larger traveling groups

This home is incredible. Massive and super clean, we rented it for my daughter's wedding in LA. We also hosted a post-wedding brunch here with plenty of sitting areas inside and smooth flow outside to the pool/spa sitting areas. Pool and spa were immaculate and Angela was always in communication with us. This rental is perfect for families and larger groups I HIGHLY recommend it. Thanks Angela!

Beautiful interior with plenty of room for all 16 of us, ages 18-83. Ideal outdoor space as well. We especially loved the roomy large seating area around the outdoor fire pit! Angela was very responsive and accommodating, as well. Thank you!

Angela was great to work with and was easy going and She greeted us with a box of chocolates. A group of 13 of us rented this for 4 days and was more then big enough ! She’ll allow early check-in if she can . Check in was at 4 and she let us in at 12:30 . The outside bbq/pool/hot tub area was amazing and had plenty of towels for the four days as well as enough for the house and sheets and pillows . She’ll respond right back to you if you needed anything as well . Overall was amazing stay and would recommend it .

It was able to fit EVERYONE (roughly 18 people) with room to spare and was an absolute dream. The entire house was clean, up dated with the best furniture/appliances, and so fun. Street parking was great, there wasn’t noise (even though the house next door was being renovated) and there was tons of natural light coming into the house. I especially loved the kitchen. It was large enough for 10 people to cook without running into each other. Plus an amazing outdoor patio and pool area. The only reason why we didn’t give this house a 5 star was because the pool and spa were not working (which is half of the reason why we had booked this house- specifically because it could hold 20ish people to have a pool party). However, the home owner was incredibly sweet and 1000% accommodating. We LOVED her. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to enjoy a fun, classy place in LA with a large group.

This house and the landlord are great! The house was clean, very spacious and in a great location. Beautiful backyard with pool and perfect for relaxing on a warm sunny day. Angela was very accessible and eager to ensure that our experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this property.

Angela's place is very nice! You'll find that all the bedrooms are spacious, the common areas are huge, and the numerous bathroom are very nice. Also, the location is very convenient, as you're just steps from Griffith Park and central Los Feliz. Angela is very responsive, but I don't think the Owner has lived in that house for a long time (if ever). Our one gripe with the house is that there are a few minor things wrong that someone would notice if they lived there. For example, it's impossible to heat the pool and hot tub at the same time, the (loud) sprinklers go off at 4:30am, a couple lights were burnt out, and the dishwasher rack was broken. But overall, our group of families had a great time during our stay, and we'd be happy to stay there again.
