We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here the condo was just amazing. And the pool was such a welcome relief from the beach and the grandkids loced it. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place.

It was just a 4 minute walk from door to sand. Communication with owners was great. Neighborhood was very quiet.
My only critique was the furniture - the living room sofa was not very comfortable but most sleeper sofas are like that; the recliners might be on their last legs; and the master bed was very soft (which is not my preference)

We enjoyed this condo which is close to the beach and to many stores and restaurants in Fernandina. Unfortunately, we had some days of bad weather but the condo was a comfortable place to stay in through the storm while we watched the Olympics and played games. The downstairs bed was very comfortable but the upstairs mattresses a little less so for our adult daughters. We had some kitchen plumbing problems that we reported but were unable to be resolved before we left which made it difficult to use the kitchen the last couple of days. The pool and tennis courts are also very nice in this condo.

A very laid back and relaxing trip. The beach was a short walk from the unit. The restaurants recommended were spot on and we will be back!

Everything was clean and well maintained! We loved the location. It was great being so close to the beach but also so quiet. We also enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts! Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Property-neighborhood was quiet. Condo felt very private. Loved all the trees.The pool was a hit and location to the beach was wonderful. Was able to watch the sunrise every day we were there. The hosts went out of there way to help make sure we made it to our granddaughters high school graduation on time. Their directions to the beach were easy to follow. We will be staying again.

We had an amazing stay! Our townhome was very clean and comfortable. We loved the complex with the fountains, tennis courts and pool. We highly recommend this townhome!

We only stayed 2 nights but very much enjoyed the unit. As pictured and a quick walk to the beach. Convenient to all the island has to offer. Would highly recommend. Owners very responsive and informative.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! If an easy walk to the beach is what you are looking for, this is the place for you! The pool and other amenities the complex offers are wonderful. The condo was well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. They offered several coffee pots to choose from and even had coffee for us to use the first few days! The owners are incredibly helpful in everyway possible! If we return to the area, we would definetly stay here again!

Inside was cute. Outside needs cleaning. Step from kitchen to living room could be a fall hazard.

We had the best time at this condo and on Ferdinando Beach. The beach is so close. We went for runs together on the beach and spent many of our days digging in the sand and collecting shells and gathering with extended family who live close by. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was seamless. Would stay again and again.

We were down in Amelia for my sons wedding. The location of the unit was convenient to all wedding activities in the Historic area but also one block to the beach. The property was beautifully decorated, very clean and had all the amenities of a home away from home. Ken and Andrea are great hosts and were always very helpful. We had a lot of family and friends down for the wedding and I can honestly say after seeing other rentals this was the best!! We will definitely be back down and look forward to renting again.

Ken and Andrea were responsive; their home was updated, convenient, and comfortable! It truly is a “fully stocked” kitchen. Easy access to the beach. My friends and I found the townhouse inviting and restful. We appreciated the easy entry to the home. Recommend Salt Life Shack…delicious dinner. Thanks again!

Wonderful unit, very nicely set up. Owners have thought of all sorts of extra touches to make the unit seem like home. Great location, quiet but close to lots of fun. The outdoor facilities (pool area) at the complex are very nice as well. Will definitely look into this unit again on my next trip to Amelia!

3 old work friends met up to see what Amelia Island is all about. It was nice, but the weather was too cold the end of November. One day we were able to walk up to the beach and it was amazing. Shops were nice and V pizza was awesome. Our rental was clean, good communication, and a very comfortable place to stay - a home away from home! Would love to return when it's a bit sunnier! ☀️🏖️

Quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak trees. Short walk to beach. Driving distance to downtown Fernandina for dining and shopping. Beautiful state parks within 20 mins of condo for hiking and more secluded beaches. Condo clean, Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy. Bring your own beach chairs, beach supplies.

This was out first time to ever book something like this for a vacation and I can say we are now hooked for life. The property was above our expectations. Everything was exactly as described. I can't wait till our next vacation so that we can book here again! 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the townhouse. It has a great front porch to drink your coffee . The kitchen is outfitted nicely. The living room is perfect to relax in after a day at the beach .

We had 4 adults and one child for almost a week, and the condo was perfect. Easy to get to, helpful communication, very clean property. Probably due to my not fully reading the description, but I thought the unit would have some beach view based on the cover photo. It is literally a block to the beach, but no beach view from the condo. As a side note, we went jogging early in the am and it was a nice neighborhood for it, we saw several other joggers and bikers too.

This condo is only 50 miles from where I live in Georgia and is the perfect place for Me and 4 of my lifelong girlfriends to get away to without having to go very far. This is a well situated vacation rental that feels like home❤️We came in May of this year also so we were returning guests and nice updates have been made to the property since that time….I’m sure we will return again!

I frequently visit this area and have stayed in this community before. The condo was exactly as advertised, spacious, clean, extremely close to the beach, and accommodating. The large patio was an added bonus for an evening glass of wine.
And when we accidentally left a backpack behind, the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating to help us regain possession.

1 block from beach, close to downtown, no storage for groceries, only 2 parking passes so beware if your party has more than 2 vehicles.

The property was just as described. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown Fernandina. The condo itself was quiet, cozy and well stocked. The pool area looked nice, as did the picnic area. Would definitely return to this location.
