A truly magnificent condo run by an extremely professional and friendly woman. Jacinthe was always available and eager to communicate, answering all questions we had, provide recommendations for activities and places to eat. She even went above and beyond and decorated the place for Valentine’s Day. Directions, which can be tricky in TCI, we’re clear and easy and we found the place without any trouble. She made the place feel right at home with a well stocked kitchen providing all the essential cookware, and even spices, to make some truly amazing dishes. The bed was extremely comfortable, the view amazing and the location perfect. In fact we joked about how everything was only ten minutes away. Want to go to Grace bay, 10 mins. Want to go to Chalk Sound (a must in my opinion), 10 mins. Want to go to the beach that is right in the view of your balcony and snorkel around the coral and sea grass for free with the provided snorkeling gear, that’s a 10 min walk. I truly cannot express how amazing this trip was with mere words, and Jacinthe’s place was truly at the heart of what made this trip so phenomenal.

This place has a beautiful view, is close to the beach. and good restaurants. If you want to just stay there at the pool, you can but most people do not. However, if you wnt to take chairs etc to the beach, it's a bit too far to walk. Best to have a car if you can tolerate the crazy driving. This is not an issue with our host of couse but the island in general. Something needs to be done.! The place was quiet except for an air conditioning unit close so keep in mind if you are sensitive to that type of low noise. The host provided everything you need including beach chairs and some toys. Appreciate the security on site.

This was our second time staying at this place and it was just as great as the first time. This time we were there for new year's and the place has a balcony with a great view to see all the fireworks on the beach from the various resorts. This went great with the complementary bottle of champagne to ring in the new year. The host is very responsive to any concerns and has plenty of supplies for the beach (snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrella). Would highly recommend to any one seeking an affordable yet wonderful stay in Turks and Caicos. We will definitely be back again.

Really enjoyed our early December stay! The host build a helpful practice of “if you don’t finish something, leave it behind for the next guest.” In addition to a lot of snorkeling gear, the host also provided shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, aloe products for sunburn etc. The space itself was a studio but felt much larger. It was beautifully laid out and thoughtfully decorated. The Brita pitcher in the fridge was a thoughtful touch, and we made ample use of the balcony for morning coffee/breakfast. Highly recommend this place if you don’t feel the need to stay right in the heart of Grace Bay! My wife and I rented bikes from Scooter Bob’s (short walk), and it was an easy and safe ~20 minute bike ride on flat roads to get to Grace Bay. Totally doable and enjoyable if you’d like to avoid renting a car!

This is the second time my husband and I stayed in this condo and loved every minute of it! The pictures are spot on. It’s fully stocked with everything you need and very clean. Access to the beach is very convenient. We will be back! ❤️

The condo was clean and looked just like the photos. Travertine tile throughout, the deck looked very nice too. Appliances aren't new but everything worked well. The kitchen was stocked with condiments and every possible utensil. There was snorkeling gear in the closet, which was great. The beach is a 5 minutes walk, first on a sidewalk along a small street, and then on sandy and clean path, more like a nature walk. The resort itself is small but well maintained and felt safe. There are no guards but gates have keyed entry and the grounds have cameras. Turks Wave coffee shop with decent espresso etc. is within few minutes walk. Negatives: noise and lack of storage space. The balcony overlooks a cluster of AC units with constant noise both day and night. The pool wasn't packed but popular at all times, including 7 am and midnight. Apartments below have direct access to it. The street is quiet, with hardly any cars. Condo has closets but two of them and some vanity and kitchen drawers were locked so there wasn't much space. Shower has multiple shelves. Having a car is a must, IGA supermarket was a nice surprise. It is about twice as expensive as US but very well stocked.

We had a wonderful time in Turks and especially the condo. The view of Grace Bay was awesome and we had easy access to the beach/snorkeling. The condo had everything we needed and located perfectly with access to all parts of the island only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again. Jacinthe was an excellent host, helping me set up a surprise for my wifes birthday. She also provided ample instructions and recommends during our stay.

Great location and beautiful, clean condo. Nice quiet neighborhood, but close enough to the Grace Bay area. Communication was great and check-in easy. Gorgeous views of the beach and sunset. Pools were never crowded and everything we needed was in the unit.

This location doesn’t have many eateries around. It’s very quiet so if you’re looking for relaxation this is the place. Be prepared to spend a lot at the IGA supermarket if you plan to cook. Liquor and beer is extremely expensive. Overall we had a great time.

Great condo. Exactly how pictured and very clean. Owner was very prompt to answer y’all my questions and gave me so many suggestions. Short walk to beach and restaurants. We rented a scooter which was great to explore the island and visit grace bay. Can’t wait to visit again

This property is just as described! A short walk away from the beautiful beach. It was clean and well-kept. We happened to go during the low season so it was pretty isolated and restaurants were closed for vacations, but Jacinthe's condo made us feel right at home and allowed us to have a nice and relaxing vacation.

Everything was exactly the way it was represented to me. That might sound silly but to me when I do a lot of research and finally decide on a destination I expect to get what I paid for. This property did not disappoint. Condo is in a great location, has a beautiful view, and had everything we needed for a beautiful week.

Very comfortable with a breath-taking view. Pictures of the condo on VRBO are exactly they way it looks -- modern, clean, with all the essentials. Jacinthe answer all our questions quickly and was very helpful. Good location -- beaches, grocery store, restaurants just a few minutes drive from the condo. Highly recommend.

We would stay here again! It had everything we needed: beach chairs, snorkel gear, decently stocked kitchen, etc. My only complaint is that the refrigerator cooling knob was broken and froze all of the (expensive) food we had purchased. The location is great- a short distance from central Grace Bay- so it's a bit quieter, but close enough to drive over easily. It was also very clean. The view is lovely.

Very satisfied with our experience with this place. Jacinthe was a great host and very accommodating and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. No complaints or issues with the place or host. Would stay again and highly recommend for others planning a trip to TCI.

Pros: The studio was as described in the listing and pictures. Beautiful but distant ocean view was nice to wake up to. Unit is well stocked with everything you need including beach chairs and umbrella. All appliances and AC work well. Bed is comfortable. Great natural light during daytime. Jacinthe responds quickly on WhatsApp. Cons: Needs better artificial light as unit is somewhat dark at night. There is a cap on utilities which is the only thing I really didn’t like. We don’t waste electricity/water. At the same time I’m on vacation and I don’t want to worry if I’m exceeding the allowance. Further there is no way to know how much electricity/water you have used. You only find out after checkout. Fortunately we were under the allowance so our full deposit was refunded. Overall excellent stay but I would recommend Jacinthe remove the utilities cap from the contract.
