Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We have stayed at North Beach multiple times a year over the last 6 years and this was by far the nicest property and we have stayed in. You have truly thought of everything from toys, dvds, sand toys, wagons, beach chairs and every small kitchen appliance known to man. We could have ledt half of our stuff at home. The pool is perfect for swims when you dont want to walk to the resort and deal with the crowds or even when the kids a need a break from the sun and the parents want to relax. Thank you again for your amazing hospitality.

The house was beautiful and very spacious. The amenities at The Towers were awesome and very close to the house. The owners were great and kept in contact with us to make sure everything went well. The kids enjoyed hanging out by the pool at the house and watching TV at night. I would definitely recommend staying here!

In one word perfect! The house was clean and exactly as described - the layout was good for the family age ranges. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults. The location of the house is great! Walking distance to the beach and resort. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice to walk through with the kids. We were able to walk for ice cream and a quick drive to Barefoot Landing for shopping and lunch. We hope to stay there again next trip!

Owners very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our rental. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood!! Owners included paper products for our use and labeled cabinets which added to the convenience of staying in their home. Toys, wagons and beach chairs in the garage were perfect for use at the beach!

Our family of 9 stayed for 5 nights. The home had everything we could need and more. The warm pool was a hit for kids and adults alike. We were close to food and shopping. Added bonus having access to the resort amenities with multiple pools. We would definitely stay again and I would tell my friends. It was a great experience and a comfortable home away from home for our first trip to Myrtle Beach.

Joe and Kelly's home was beautiful, decorated lovely and so clean. If you thought you may need something... it was there.... everything one would need was at the house. The pool was wonderful and they had plenty of floats and the patio was also very nice. They even had all you would want for a day at the beach chairs, toys , umbrella , wagon and coolers. Joe was so attentive. Texts were answered in seconds to a minute. The resort was close and had lots of activities also. A wonderful time was had by all.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home was well kept and located very close to the community pool and beach. We could not be more pleased with selecting this location for our family vacation.

We loved our stay here. The house is spacious, meticulously maintained and beautiful. We loved the heated pool and patio space too. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of nice beach chairs, umbrellas and toys too! The owners are gracious and were incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a minor maintenance issue which was resolved in less than 15 minutes. The location is fantastic - a short walk to the resort pools and beach, and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. We had an amazing trip and would highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying in this home! It fit all our family and friends with room to spare! Kids really enjoyed the pool! House was clean and comfortable for a relaxing week at the beach! We had a group of 8 adults that wanted a long weekend getaway to golf and see Myrtle Beach. The house worked perfectly for us and had everything we needed. It’s within walking distance to the beach and the shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing. The owners, Joe and Kelly, were extremely easy to work with! We had a great time!!

We absolutely loved staying at this house. Stunningly beautiful! Every room was clean and all beds comfortable. The pool was a highlight with the kids. The kitchen was stocked with everything you can imagine. Which was great because we cooked most meals at the house. We also loved using the pools at the resort. The whole community it clean and pretty. Checking in and out was a breeze. We all enjoyed our stay!!! And the homeowners are lovely to deal with. I highly recommend staying here. A short walk to the beach. Me & my family had a fantastic time! Can’t wait to come back!!!!

We had a wonderful week at this house. It’s big, bright, and CLEAN! Close to the beach and the house had everything you could need for a great vacation. Seemed to provide more to the guests than most other vacation homes. We stayed with our three children and everyone loved it. Owners are super nice too. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Joe and Kelly’s beach house! We had 4 toddlers/kids and 7 adults and it was plenty of space. The outdoor patio with the pool was great and acted as a second living space (we couldn’t even hear the people outside on the patio when the door was closed!). Our weather wasn’t the best beach weather but with the small pool (latch on the door was great with the kids) and the resort pools/indoor pool we were able to still have a great time! The house had literally everything and I think the only thing we actually had to bring was our beach towels. The house was also an easy drive or walk to Barefoot Landing which we loved (especially LuLu’s, Crooked Hammock Brewery/Tortuga Island). And the steakhouse (21 Main) in the resort was delicious! Thank you Joe and Kelly for letting us rent your house and answering all of my questions!! Can’t wait to stay again!

I went with my family, my sisters family and my parents. The kids spent a ton of time in the pool. The patio was where the rest of us spent a lot of time along with getting into the pool. The house was clean and very spacious. The neighborhood and area had a lot of things to do as well. I would definitely stay at this house again.

It was the perfect beach house in a great location. No one wanted to leave.

Joe and Kelly’s Myrtle Beach home was heaven to my entire extended family! I’ll long remember each family member’s first reactions as the arrived and “took in” the home! We spent more time in the pool and at home than on the beach or at the plantation. Thank you, Joe and Kelly!!!!

Property was as described or even better. Owners were responsive before and during stay. Very clean and well stocked. Great house, short walk to beach, as well as the wonderful resort amenities. Restaurants within walking distance as well.

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed at. The location was great and the house had plenty of room and was well furnished. The house was very clean and was as described with lots of natural lighting. We were a group of 2 families, with 4 adults, and 6 kids ranging from 10-21 years of age. There was plenty of room for our group. the bedrooms had fans and enough storage if you were staying for a long time. The ac worked great. The kids spent most of the time in the pool. The pool was not large but was enough for the kids to have fun in. I think the maximum depth was 4 ft. The pool came with some toys. The pool area was fenced in and we had privacy. We enjoyed hanging out in the covered patio by the pool, which was lit at night. The kitchen was roomy enough for 4 adults to prepare and serve meals. The counters had a lot of space. The kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of pans, skillets, cookie sheets, etc. it had a blender, coffee press, kuerig, toaster. And a good selection of everyday used kitchen utensils (whisks, ladles, etc). There were plenty of glass ware and plastic cups and plates. In addition, the pantry contained supplies like spices, flour, sugar, etc. The 10 of us were able to eat comfortably together between the dining table and the island. We did use the grill by the pool but needed to get propane from nearby. The living room was large enough for all of us to sit comfortably together and watch tv. The living room tv had Netflix, which we took advantage of. The WiFi worked great for all of us on all of our devices. The house had a digital lock so we didn’t have to worry about keys. The garage contained 2 good sized beach carts, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, anchors, sand toys, boogie boards and even a plastic wading pool for small kids. The neighborhood and surroundIng area felt very safe and great for walks at all times. the house is a 7 minute walk via a sidewalk to the beach/resort and easy to do with kids. The house came with passes to the resort but we spent our time in the beach rather than the resort. There are plenty of dining/takeout places nearby. Several grocery stores, including a Walmart and Publix , and pharmacies are within 5-10 minutes. The community is across the highway from barefoot landing All in all an excellent stay and a benchmark for future rentals Thanks Kelly and Joe!

The house was great! It met all of our expectations and more. It was so convenient to the beach and to lots of great restaurants. Joe was wonderful to work with. Would love to stay there again sometime. We would highly recommend!!
