From start to finish , our stay at Pat's place was peaceful, fun , and effortless .Home is spotless and welcoming , with amazing high end decor, and killer chef's kitchen . We appreciated the strong WIFI and TVs in every bedroom. Excellent mattresses and linens . Beautiful ocean views and decks everywhere . Pool table was a big hit . Beach is even closer than it looks in pics. We enjoyed delicious lobster bakes, pizza, and Italian food from nearby restaurants . Thanks, Pat , for a perfect stay ! Hated to leave , hope to return soon .

Very clean and roomy

Great house, clean and roomy. Well stocked with the essentials (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels) Loved the fenced yard for the dog and loved being able to see the ocean from the upper deck. The beach was a very short walk away and there was plenty of additional parking on the street by the beach (and you can see your car from the livingroom window if you park by the beach). Short drive to Atlantic City and Acme supermarket. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had such a wonderful few days at the Brigantine beach house!! We three couples have known each other for 38 years, ever since seminary days. We get together every spring for four days to reconnect, catch up on all the family news, rest and laugh! We usually try to go somewhere on the Jersey shore because it is equidistant for all of us and we can walk the beach. We have never stayed in Brigantine and we are so happy we gave it a try. Not only was the town peaceful and the beach wide and beautiful the house was perfect!! Three en-suite bedrooms was ideal! The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of comfortable seating in the family room. Kitchen was well appointed and dining table was perfect for dinner and games. The beds were all big and comfortable, we all slept so well! I couldn’t say enough about this wonderful place. We are definitely planning on coming back next year and hopefully many more treats to come!

Loved our stay and can’t wait to do it again next year!

Last year we started bringing down our dogs to enjoy the beach in early spring. This was our first time at this home and it was great for our dogs with a fenced in back yard and being so close to the beach for walks. The home is a great size our large family of 9 had plenty of room even when the weather didn’t allow us to be outside. (3 days of rain). Looking forward to a future stay.

Our group consisted of 5 cousins and their spouses, all 60+. It was a long time since we had spent any time together for anything other than weddings (and sadly funerals). We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in the Atlantic City area than this VRBO in Brigantine. It has everything we could possibly have needed (even birthday candles). The house was spotless, and the living room, kitchen and dining room were large which gave us plenty of communal space. The location was quiet and residential but close enough to AC to have dinner at Chef Vola and the casinos. I would stay at this VRBO again when I visit the area.

Very clean, layout is perfect for a larger group, beach is right there. It was exactly what we needed. A+

My large group had the most enjoyable stay in this beautiful home. Large enough common areas to enjoy group time with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to maintain privacy. It snowed while we were there (which made the balcony views even more beautiful) and the owner visited to shovel and salt the walks, ensuring our safety. Within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Perfect location! Highly recommend staying here!

This rental was probably stocked with supplies from cleaning to cooking, better than any house I've been at. The fact that it's right next to the beach and 10 min drive to the casino was a bonus.

This property is as described. Has everything you need. Great location. We have stayed here two years in a row for Thanksgiving. There is a total of 7 adults and 2 dogs and it is very spacious accommodating all of us. Conveniently located to the beach for walks.

Relaxing weekend stay at the beach, peaceful and quiet street and easy to get to AC. We were in town to see Sebastian Maniscalco at the Borgata and renting the house was such much better than a hotel room. The only thing to mention is remind the cleaning service to make sure there is soap in the bathrooms. Ours were almost empty and watered was added to them, and maybe extra TP in the bathroom also. Other than that it was amazing !!!!

Good time as always

7 sorority sisters had an awesome weekend. We played many board games and pool. We have been friends for 40 years so it was so nice to be together!

This is the second time I stayed at one of Pat's managed properties. It was another terrific vacation. The house was terrific! Close to the beach with great views of the ocean from the balcony. Will book again in the future.

We stayed 4 nights during a Tropical storm and were not able to enjoy the beach. We were lucky to have such a spacious home to spend the time. The kitchen and dining area are huge. The table seats 6 and is great for card games. The elevator is a huge plus for out 84 year old in-laws. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a beautiful shower. Garage has chairs and beach equipment. The pool table was nice to have

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was just as advertised and my messages were answered immediately. The kitchen had everything I needed. The elevator was great for luggage, groceries and laundry. The beach is very close and everything you need to take to the beach is provided. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay in this house was spectacular. We were a family of 8, 4 families, and this was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space to sleep in. A roomy upstairs with kitchen, dining area, pool table and living area was used by all.the elevator made it easy to transport suitcases, groceries etc to each level.the house had great views, a short walk to the beach, and was a 15 minute drive to A. C. For dinner one night. Garage had an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards and a caddy to haul it all to the beach. It was a truly enjoyable place to have a nice family vacation!

This is our second time staying at this property (we have stayed in both unit A and unit B). We love this house and location so much! Clean and spacious. Garages are well equipped with beach chairs and wagons. Elevator is a huge bonus. Thanks for another great Brigantine vacation week!

Had a great time with whole family together. Had both sides and worked OK. Would be nice to have 3rd floor access for both sides but elevators helped. Actually they were clutch for the great grandma who came with us..

The house was beautiful and spacious. It’s a 1/2 block to the beach. We could see the ocean from the top balcony. We were three couples and each had our own on suite bedrooms. Everyone loved the house and it’s location.

My friends and I have stayed at this property twice. Both times we were very happy with the experience. It’s very clean, modern, spacious, well-equipped and is right across the street from the beach. Plus, it has an elevator. A real plus for getting heavier items up to the third floor which is where the kitchen, dining, and living area is located. We definitely plan to return again.

Great time

We had a great stay here celebrating a big birthday. It is nice to be close enough to AC to enjoy it ($15 uber ride) and far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. House is very comfortable and spacious. The only disappointment is that the pool table is not level. Otherwise, a great place! We will definately look to rent here again.
