Stayed with our college age daughter for a long weekend and a great intro to Rehoboth , house has all of the right amenities and super clean, very accommodating hosts and location is beautiful and easy walk to beach and town

This was our third stay at this cozy comfortable summer beach property! We all had a wonderful time and had great communication with the host, Susan!

The apartment was clean, had a great location to the boardwalk and was an easy stay. We appreciated the washer & dryer and absolutely loved the screened upper deck. We were a little disappointed that the hammock wasn't there but, to be fair - we didn't inquire with the host. Walls are a little thin with the downstairs neighbor so something to be aware of. The walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk is roughly 20 minutes, though you can reach some of the beaches in 10. It's a fast drive to the boardwalk though and we found the Park Mobil app to be a breeze. There is parking to be found within a few blocks if you look. Just make sure you select the closest meter on the street you are parked when using the app and you are all set. We loved that we could add extra time from our phones without running back & forth. The home is on a beautiful residential street with friendly locals & vacationers. Everything you could possibly need is nearby from restaurants to shopping, amusements and beaches galore. Outstanding stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here; relatively close to the beach and the owners were very responsive and helpful. This is my second time at this listing and this time was just as wonderful as the last. Would recommend!

This dwelling is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home features a well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a full bathroom (with dual sinks and shower). The home is a walkable distance to downtown Rehoboth - which features many charming shops and restaurants reminiscent of what you would expect in a quaint beach town. If you are looking for a great house that feels like home, you surely will not be disappointed. There were small little touches that made the home feel quite cozy and warm: puzzles, books and lots of appliances. The enclosed patio was a dream! Susan, the owner, was responsive and accommodating. What a wonderful experience!

My friends and I stayed for a long girl’s weekend and it was perfect. Easy access, close to restaurants, the beach and fun activities but not in the middle of the busy tourist area. We appreciated the parking pass and ease of checkin and checkout. Apartment was clean with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the screened in porch and AC. Thank you

This was a great place for me and my family to stay at July 4th weekend! Great location, being 5 mins from either Rehoboth Beach or Dewey Beach. We loved the screened in porch and having dedicated parking. The only thing we wish the property had was a dishwasher, but that wasn't too bad as we used paper plates mostly. Would definitely stay there again!

Immaculate, luxurious property in the most beautiful neighborhood in Rehoboth. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owners were welcoming and put so much thought into their home - what a treat. The screened in porch alone is worth 5 stars. Nicest outdoor shower ever. Can’t say enough positive things about the property, hosts and location. Hope to return someday soon.

Great modern and clean place in a quiet area (bypassing the hassle of coming in on Rehoboth Ave), but just a short scenic walk along Silver Lake to the beach and on to downtown. Relaxing on the screened-in porch in the back was a surprise treat! Enough space for everyone to spread out, have breakfast, or play games. The hosts are responsive and friendly, not that we needed much as everything was ready and functional in the unit!

Perfect amount of space in a quiet neighborhood. within 20 minute walk to beach and downtown. Our host answered/solved all of our questions and responded quickly to texts. We would recommend and book it again if we came to Rehoboth. Thank you Susan!

Delightful serene experience with no surprises. Would prefer to have sheets and towels included . But maybe that’s just me. Susan is quick to respond to message although we had no immediate needs. Bed was very comfy. Showers clean and functional. The neighborhood was peaceful and the walk to the beach a delight. Thank you for a memorable vacation. Debbie- Indiana

We love the apartment. The screened-in porch is awesome. The location is great. It is easy to bike or walk to the beach, the boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth. Everything about the apartment is convenient and cozy. My family of four has stayed here several summers and it has been perfect everytime!

Had a great stay here with our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in our favorite neighborhood. Lovely walk to the beach each morning and really enjoyed the views of Silver Lake on our way. Definitely hope to return on our next visit!

Lovely property, nicely decorated, and quite comfortable for our beach get-away. We particularly enjoyed the charming and spacious screened-in porch. We're fans of the location: w/in close walking distance to the beach but away from the traffic and hustle & bustle of the main drag.

Very clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. On a quiet street in South Rehoboth. Easy 10-min walk to beach. Enjoyed watching the turtles, geese, and heron on the lake as we walked into town. A lovely spot!

This was the fourth time my family stayed at Dodd's Addition and we haven't grown tired of it yet. We continued to be pleased by the furnishings and decor.....no cheesy beach bric-a-brac and mismatched cast-off furniture. The owner, Susan, was always responsive to questions and needs. We look forward to staying again in the future.
