Very nice and clean place to stay when visiting hot springs. Exactly 1 mile from downtown. Comfy beds and well furnished.

booking this property in hot springs it looked idyllic and we were so looking forward to visiting. in person, this property is even better than advertised! it is situated in the most beautiful setting imaginable and just oozing curb appeal. inside, it is tastefully arranged and every possible necessity has been thought of and it is very spacious and clean. we hot-tubbed, cooked, read, watched some television and relaxed inside of the home. hot springs is a wonderful little town to explore and we loved watching the hardcore hikers walking through the town as they hiked the appalachian trail. we also drove 'the rattler' to waynesville and lake junaluska and loved being immersed into this beautiful landscape for miles and miles of 'crazy' road. as my title notes, my husband is very critical of the homes we stay in when we travel and for the first time he could only say positive things about this property. we did not want to leave!

Highly satisfied with cleanliness and location. Cottage is stocked with most all kitchenware and linens. Great stay!

The place was clean and has everything you need. Provided robes for the hot tub was a nice treat. Communication was smooth. I would stay here again.

Stayed 2 days here while visiting Hot Springs. Location is maybe 5 min. From the town center. Very clean with a hot tub that we enjoyed under the stars. Great property

What a clean & well equipped rental! Everything needed & more! Well laid out for many! 2 adult couples, a small family, group of friends, etc. Nice yard space & the hot tub was lovely! Also, you cannot beat how close you are to town! Such a quick & easy drive. If you're looking for something else to do other than the mineral baths ... Do not miss Llamas of Hot Springs! What an awesome experience! Lastly - go to Iron Horse! Delicious!!

My wife and I and our dog really enjoyed our long weekend at Deb's cottage. Excellent communication pre-arrival, flawless checkin, sparkling clean house, well equipped kitchen, great hot tub, detailed information on the house and the surrounding area all made for a relaxing stay near Hot Springs. Hopefully it's available next time we're planning a visit to the area!

Stayed for 4 days and traveled to family’s home in area. The property was clean and perfectly met our needs. Very nice!

The cottage was just as it seemed online. It was very clean, well stocked with all essentials and a beautiful view. It location was close to town, but away from busyness. The weather was great and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We have stayed at several Vrbo homes and this was definitely very accurate to the pictures and better than expected. Very clean, quiet and everything we had hoped for. Very close to the cute friendly town of Hot Springs. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely stay there again

Deb's place was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. The space was just right. The house was very clean and well equipped! The location is perfect - across from the river, close to the AT and downtown Hot Springs. We enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub at night when it cooled off outside too. Bathrooms can be tricky in rentals but the bathroom at Deb's house is really nice (and had great water pressure in the shower which is hard to come by!) I would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the setup, cleanliness & amenities included with this vacation rental. There were so many nice touches like coffee provided & robes for the hot tub. Plenty of towels & toilet paper we’re great as well. Clear descriptions of how to arrive & depart/checkout. The host is great with communication. You can’t beat the beautiful front porch view & we loved the gorgeous flowers also. This was our second stay & definitely plan to return again in the future! No complaints whatsoever.

Very clean property with a great setup. The property amenities are very thought out. The front porch view is amazing and very little traffic. If anyone was wondering there’s about a cord of very seasoned wood for the fire pit. Having the hot tub elevated and detached from the home is a great move, ambient light is basically nonexistent and the stars are very bright. If you’re looking for a very nice small mountain town home to relax in and enjoy the town and trails, this rental is for you.

This house was just right for our family of 3. We loved the location and views. The house was incredibly clean. We talked about visiting again in the future and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Delightful Cottage! Extremely convenient to hot springs resort barely a hop and a jump. The front porch view is of the river and mountains. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds simple clean decor. All the supplies we needed. Can’t wait to come again

Cute little cottage, worked perfectly for a couple night stay

This property overlooks the French Broad river, is surrounded by activities such as hiking and rafting and is one of if not the cleanest place I have ever been. The front porch has magnificent view of the mountains and my wife and I cancelled our plans to goto Ashville the first night we arrived and just hung out on the porch and relaxed with some wine until it was time to make a fire and then hit the hot tub under the stars. The town of Hot Springs had all you need! A bar, convenient store, brewery and places to dine or get something quick to eat and best of all, it is 1/2 a mile away. The cottage is super clean, has every convenience and had a brand new Weber charcoal grill. We loved how close the hikes were and will be back for the water sports. The owner was great to work with and communicated with us early and often. We WILL be coming back to this cottage!! I highly recommend, 5 stars!

Two friends 60+ yrs of age spent four wonderful days hiking near Hot Springs. Two days on the App Trail - a long awaited dream! Then two days on other trails. We absolutely loved the area. The cottage was perfect - quaint, totally functional, perfect location, and that hot tub saved our sore bodies!!

It exceeded our expectations! The house was adorable, clean, many amenities, and owner was very nice and friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay in Hot Springs. The cottage was perfect for my wife, daughter, me and our small dog. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable (bedding and bathroom) and the gas fireplace and hot tub just add to the comfort. The location is great; just minutes to town and close to many hiking trails. We will definitely be back.

This two bedroom house was an ideal base of operations for a wedding we attended in the area. The Hot Springs area is quite quaint and has several restaurants from which to choose. The entire area is very picturesque, with the French Broad River running right in front of the cottage. The owner covered all the bases before and during our rental. Very satisfied.

Deb was a great hostess. She gave excellent directions and suggestions as what to do locally. They also take extra precautions for viruses, etc. She keep cleaning supplies on hand if needed. The cottage was very clean and well stocked with all your essentials. The location is perfect with a beautiful view! Look no farther if you are visiting Hot Springs... this is the place to stay!!
