The home was just the perfect place for family to stay for our son’s wedding in Fallbrook. It was close to Live Oak Park where we had a welcome reception as well as the golf course where the wedding was held. We also enjoyed El Parque restaurant for a casual dinner one of the nights. Home had everything we could possible want.

Great location, easy access to all the areas and events we needed to attend. We were in town for our nephews wedding. All our adult children were able to join us and this home was the perfect size. It had everything we needed. Grocery stores were fairly close. There were 3 great areas to gather. Kitchen, living room and a nice out door patio. We enjoyed a beach day that was only 30 mins away. Over all the stay was almost perfect the only complaint is it was not long enough!

Great location near winery where wedding was held. Quiet neighborhood. great property with a nice open space inside and outside. good air conditioning.

Some of the utensils in the drawer and pans in the oven were not clean. No big deal but thought you should know.

Stayed here for Christmas with our adult children. Cutest house with all the comforts of home. The owner is very easy to communicate with and she had the house spotless when we arrived. Highly recommend this house for your next getaway!!

We were visiting for a wedding in the area. The home was located a short distance from the venue which made it very convenient. The property was exactly as described, extremely clean, beautifully decorated and set up with everything luxury. The surrounding neighborhood was charming and quiet. We look forward to returning someday.

The property was very cute and cozy. The location was super convenient to the venue we were attending. It was a tad far from the major supermarkets, but there are still smaller markets nearby.

The owners have done a fabulous job thinking of everything a family could need. We enjoyed the beautiful area and would highly recommend a stay here.

This house is a true gem. The decor is just lovely, so peaceful. Quiet neighborhood yet convenient enough to anything you may want or need. We especially enjoyed croquet in the back yard. From checking in to the beds we slept in this was a beautiful home to enjoy with our family. Clean, open space, everything we need was in the home. I would definitely stay here again!

Chic Boutique was perfect for our stay in Fallbrook for Dad’s 90th birthday surprise party. Place was beautifully decorated and spotless. Jenna was very quick with her responses and very accommodating. We will definitely try to book with her again next time we’re in the area.

This house is exactly as listed. Such a cute place to spend our time getting ready for my wedding. The owners were quick to respond when needed. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Lovely, comfortable home. We never used the kitchen (with the exception of the coffeemaker), but it appeared to be very well appointed. Be aware that some of the places listed in the welcome binder to dine or “shop” have permanently closed. Best to call ahead or go online to confirm they still are in business.

Everything about this house was immaculate and decorated so well. My guests and I loved all the amenities the house had, including being able to park inside the garage. All the beds were comfy and clean, and the bathrooms great! I would highly recommend this stay especially if you want a peaceful weekend. The only downside was the house was a little far away from the downtown area but less than a 10 minute drive.

Every year for the past 35 years our group of close girlfriends has had yearly get-aways for a few days. We’ve rented various houses in Palm Springs, Arrowhead and LaJolla. This time there were seven of us and we decided to try Fallbrook and The Chic Boutique. Well! It was the most wonderful of many great get-aways. The house was immaculate; we thought we were the first ones to stay there after an amazing renovation but it turns out it had been renovated a few years ago! Jenna, the owner, was wonderfully communicative before our arrival as we discussed our upcoming reservations. We invited her to come over to meet all of us while we were there. What a darling and informed lady she was! We ended up enjoying her visit for almost an hour; it was tremendous fun and she gave us great ideas for places to go. We didn’t have enough time to go to more than just a couple so next time we’d love to return and stay a bit longer to see more of the sights she recommended. Fallbrook was gorgeous, also. I just can’t say enough about the whole experience so I hope it gives readers an indication that this would be a most pleasant get-away destination.

We stayed here for three days and the house was immaculate! The neighborhood quiet, the home was cozy and comfortable; it was quite a relaxing time and enjoyable family time as we prepared to go to my nephew's wedding at Wedgewood Weddings at the Golf Club. Highly Recommend!! Accommodated our 8 adults comfortably!

We had a wonderful stay at Chic Boutique! It was a beautiful home and worked well for us and the other couple we were traveling with. Wish we could have enjoyed the beautiful patio and backyard but the weather was too cold!

House was very clean, updated, and useable for a small family. Good location in Fallbrook near the old Fallbrook Golf Course. Hosts were very responsive - looking forward to another stay in the future.
