The location is Perfect. A few blocks from main st square. The house is fabulous, and my wife and I would love to stay here every time we come back to Breckenridge.

Walking distance to everything! Having a full kitchen was wonderful, and was a perfect spot for 3 people. The house was somewhat small and the living room setup wasn't super ideal for gathering and watching movies, but overall the house was adorable, comfy and in a great location!

I can’t say anything negative about this rental! Everything was perfect! Location was the best part! Was able to walk to all the amazing restaurants and shops! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if you decide to eat in. The home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Would definitely book this rental again!

One of the best places I have ever rented. Location is perfect! 2 blocks from Main St. 1 block from grocery store. Shuttle is across the street. Summit is an excellent management company. No issues at all.

Lovely house located in downtown Breckenridge was so convenient to Main Street. The bus stop, located directly across the street, was utilized to get to BreckConnect Gondola and Beaver Run. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was everything we could have asked for to celebrate Thanksgiving. Great kitchen (although add a potholder and some counter cleaner)! We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and did a lot of baking. Wonderful location. The view of the Victorian homes out the window and mountains is lovely! So close to town. We had a great time.

The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you would need.The only negative feedback I can provide is that the mattresses are WAYYYYYY beyond their useful lives... the main room has noticeable divots from bodies laying on it, and we slept horribly. I know you don't always go on vacation to sleep, but it is nice to get some decent sleep when you are in bed. Just a recommendation from a frequent traveler - please invest in some new mattresses!

My husband and I spent three nights at Plum Cottage. The perfect location enabled us to walk everywhere in town. This little gem is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Love the comfy sofa! We’re looking forward to staying there again.

We have stayed at the plum cottage before during ski season. When we found out our son was getting engaged in Breckenridge this summer, we checked to see if the plum cottage was available and it was! Such a delightful place to stay, very well appointed with everything you need for a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Have stayed at several VRBO's and this one just didn't do anything for me. There's no outdoor area to relax in or enjoy so I would have rather just stayed in a hotel. It's also managed by a local property management company so there is a bunch of additional paperwork you have to sign and it gives them the right to just pop in on you at any moment. I choose to use VRBO in order to work directly with the owner, not a business or management company. No personal feel to this place at all. Basically furnished like a vacant corporate apartment.

This property worked very well for us for our ski trip for spring break. My wife, me, and two sons (7 and 10). Great location, close to Main Street. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Parking was not a problem. Access to free shuttle was very convenient. Property was clean, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Plum Cottage was the PERFECT house for a short ski getaway. The location could not have been more convenient - steps to bars, restaurants, and shuttle stops just outside the door. The house was just as pictured, stocked with all of the necessities, and incredibly clean. Check-in and check-out process was incredible convenient with Summit Rentals and had great communication throughout the process. Will absolutely re-book if returning to Breck!

The property was perfect for our short weekend trip to Breck. Mgmt was so attentive, the location was ideal and the home was so cozy and had everything we needed.

The Plum Cottage was an exceptional place to stay! The beds were very comfortable, had plenty of amenities, towels and closet space. Very nicely decorated! Main St was a few blocks over so it was very convenient to walk and not hassle with parking. I would highly recommend this cute and very cozy cottage!

Property was is well-maintained, spacious and in an ideal location in Breckenridge. Summit Rentals made the process very easy. Ultimately our trip was cut one day short due to a gas leak in in one of the basement bedrooms. The local gas company (Xcel Energy) found questionable piping in the basement while looking for the source of the leak which resulted in the gas supply be shut-off and locked out. Although Summit Rentals was prompt quick to response to the gas leak event and offered a relocation option just down the road from this house, we elected to cut our trip a day short. Assuming the gas leak has been resolved and any additional piping violations remedied, I'd recommend this property. I would also recommend other properties managed by Summit as they we're professional and accessible throughout our entire stay.
