All was great with unit and furnishings. Warmest pool in the area which was welcomed-we brought rain to the desert. Beach equipment was used daily. Overall a great place to stay.

I was impressed with the kitchen. Have stayed at other golf villas with less in the way of glasses, cookware etc. Had all we needed and appreciated the beach items in the closet. The location is very nice. Perfect place to stay for a few days.

Great property in a great location but what made the difference here is Steve and Karen. They’re highly communicative with guests before and during the stay. Their local guide is great and they even were giving us a “heads up” about local events pre and during our stay. They really care about their guests. We’ll be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. Steve was easy to communicate with. He gave us good tips of the area. The condo has everything you need for the beach.: chairs, snorkel gear, towels, coolers, sand toys. The private beach access is fabulous. You do have to drive a few minutes to get there. The condo is clean and beds comfortable. We would defiantly stay here again.

This was my family’s second time staying at the Mauna Lani Golf Villas, although the first time in this particular unit. The layout and amenities in both the unit and common areas (fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, lanai with outdoor kitchen, beautifully designed pool, proximity to Mauna Lani Beach Club, etc.) are ideal for my husband and me, a long with our 4 year old son. Excellent communication from start to finish with the owner. I am very particular about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the unit was upon check in and how easy it was to keep it that way during our nearly 2 week stay by having access to a great vacuum and cleaning supplies. Steve and Karen were amazing to rent through - very communicative and caring. They went out of their way to make sure we knew about local events that could impact rental car bookings etc, and were a call away when issues arose.

This property is amazing! Clean, well equipped, amazing amenities, access to a nearby private beach with amazing snorkeling opportunities. And Steve and Karen are top rated hosts. Very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for allowing us to spend a wonderful vacation in your well cared for property. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time, great condo complex. Nice and quiet. The only downfall was the AC 3 hour daily limit. It was 85-90 degrees while I was there and I was worried to use the AC because I didn't want to forget it was on and lose any of my deposit. I don't think that info was in the original description.

Communication with Steve, the owner, was great. Condo was as promised. Location was perfect. Seamless experience. We will stay here again if we make it back to the big island. Highly recommend

It was nice and convenient to cool off in the pool, also loved the private beach access and restaurant there. We've owned a condo on Ohau, and visit ohana on the Big Island several times a year and this is the perfect place to stay! Steve and Karen are a pleasure to deal with, the condo is exactly what you're looking for and what you want, and the location...If you like an uncrowded beach just 2 min away within a quiet safe community, Mauna Lani is dakine! This is our 2nd time staying at this unit and now I've found my home away from home.

The space worked out well for our family of four with two young kids. Everything is a short drive away, and you can literally see the pool from the backyard which we visited often. The AC and dishwasher were broken when we arrived, but Steve was very proactive about getting things fixed (even installing a new dishwasher), so we were able to enjoy the majority of our vacation with all appliances working. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, and umbrellas as well as a well stocked kitchen. We particularly appreciated how many tupperware containers there were to store leftovers. Despite the rocky start with the broken appliances, we had a good time, and Steve did a great job to make things as easy for us as possible.

Spacious and clean. Had all the necessities. Close to pool and gym. The owners/handyman were very responsive. Beautiful development and it was extremely quiet. The only downside was that the unit was a bit warm, however, and it was a bit challenging to cool it down but we did stay there in the summer. Overall, it was a very nice property

This condo is nice and clean in a great location. Lots of beach accessories and the kitchen is well stocked. We would certainly stay again. Having access to the beach club is a real bonus.

Washer dryer didn’t work for first 41/2 weeks toaster didn’t work lights in bathroom above vanity didn’t. Work and the remote for the television was iffy. The guest bedroom was wall to wall beds and the closet was not useable If you like air conditioning I would not recommend this place. Over all I would not stay at this place. Again. The location was nice but not sure the pot smoking next door was needed

This is a perfect condo to enjoy a relaxing stay on the Big Island. Very close to the beautiful pool, a short drive to the private beach, and close to other wonderful beaches in the area. Communication with host was great and their flexibility was appreciated. I highly recommend families staying here, but not perfect for children under 5 (no stool for sinks, etc.). We will definitely want to book again in the future.

Prior to taking off for our trip The property owners emailed details for flying in to make everything smoother. Without those details we would have had long wait times and a harder time getting to the property from the airport. Checking in was easy and the key process was easy. They even have a motion sensored light to help with getting into the condo. The place was very well cleaned and set up nicely. Every detail has been thought of for staying here down to reusable bags to reduce waste on the island (which we were appreciative of). The communication was immaculate and I knew we were in great hands. The private beach club was fantastic, it was very easy for snorkeling and access to the water. There is a black sand beach on the property you can also visit. There was never a lack of something to do. The foodland grocery shop is withing a 4 min drive and a 20 min walk. This place was everything we were hoping for our holiday. 10/10 on all levels of communication, the property, ease and access of the property and the snorkel and beach gear that was provided. We will be staying here when available for our future trips!
