Amazing stay, everything was exactly as advertised. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Great location. Very clean. Beautiful backyard for fishing, swimming, kayaking and enjoying all the different wildlife. Added bonus were all the fireworks on the 4th. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This house has room for everyone! It had the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. We used the pool table everyday and the swimming pool was the perfect size and temp. We enjoyed the kayaks and exploring the island. The most gracious owners you will ever meet and they even brought us cupcakes and a special gift for a birthday. You will want to come back again and again. We saw dolphin and manatee almost everyday from the dock. I can not say enough about this place and it’s close to stores and restaurants! The sunsets were unbelieveable. We enjoyed every minute at this amazing home!

The house is as pictured - comfortable beds, various dining options for family, everything we could have possibly needed. BUT, the outside is where the Magic happens!!! Incredible view, pool, dock, kayak lift, etc. What sets this rental property apart from the rest are the Hosts!!! Fabienne and Gerold are the kindest and most responsive hosts we have ever encountered! From providing information about local places, to the cupcakes, to the little surprises left for us - they made the difference! Rent this place - you will not be disappointed!!!

We had a fantastic trip to Casa Dolphina! The house was in a great location and was very spacious and comfortable! The owners were so communicative and helpful. We had a fabulous vacation and would highly recommend this property!

We had an awesome week at Casa Dolphina! The owners, Fabienne and Gerold, were very thoughtful to welcome us with a visit and answer any questions we might have. They even brought us a yummy treat and a gift prior to our departure. The layout, with bedrooms on the first floor was perfect for family members who were not able to comfortably go up and down stairs. The house had everything we needed and more! We were especially pleased with the lift for kayaks and enjoyed kayaking the area. Most of our time was spent in the 4 seasons room and outdoors enjoying all the amenities in the beautiful resort like backyard. Daily passes of the dolphins were a highlight. A family member destination wedding brought us to the area and this home was perfect for us. We highly recommend this home for large family vacations!

Delightful property that exceeded expectations and gave our extended family group of 8 plenty of space to be together and have individual space too. Pool, hot tub, kayaks and mini-golf were enjoyed by everyone. Hosts were very quick to fix minor issues and very generous towards us all.

Our stay at Casa Dolphina was wonderful. The house had plenty of room for our large group. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and we used it a lot. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use. We had fabulous sunsets and saw dolphins daily. Casa Dolphina is ideally situated a short Uber ride into the cute town of Gulfport as well as St Pete. Fabienne and Girold are wonderful hosts and even went above and beyond to mail my son’s jeans to him! Will definitely return!

We had the absolute BEST week! This house is amazing and truly has it all! Great location, great neighborhood, a good size pool (it is well worth the extra money to have it heated), the kids loved the hot tub, and we all had so much fun kayaking to the private island close by. One of the highlights of the trip was all the wildlife we saw in the bay, plus all the fishing the boys got to do off the private dock! We saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, stingrays, caught tons of fish plus a baby Bonnethead shark. The house had everything we needed and fit our needs perfectly. We spent the majority of our time hanging out and eating in the 'four seasons' room - our favorite spot! The booking, check-in, & check-out process was extremely easy and Fabienne & Gerold are the best hosts!!! We've already booked again for next year and can't wait to go back!

Stayed here many times. The pool area is huge and the view is awesome. We always see many dolphins and the hosts are always gracious and attentive.

There were five couples , loved the house with 5 king sized bedrooms , the pool and dock was wonderful ,went kayaking , loved the sunroom with the big table for all of us , the host with super special in every way , saw dolphins everyday , overall loved our visit

This property is perfectly located and is great for the adventurer that wants to kayak over to the island or the sun bum that just want to relax at the house. To top is off, the host is fantastic!

This was my family and my 2nd year renting this property and it was another great week for us! The property is very spacious for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. We love the pool (it is well worth it to pay the extra to heat the pool!)as we as the dock and access to kayaks. The owners welcomed us on our first full day and are always very responsive both for questions before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property and we are already looking forward to returning next year!

Our family of 12, with ages ranging from 14 to 92 could not have picked a better home and location. The owners Fabienne & Gerold were very kind and available if needed. My Dad was so impressed we didn't need to pay extra to see the dolphins because they were in our back yard! I am sure we will be returning with family or friends. You will not be disappointed with this home!

Excellent vacation home that easily accommodates our family of 9. Home is well stocked with everything needed to cook for large group. Beds are comfortable. Hosts are friendly and responsive. This is our 2nd stay at CasaDolphina and we plan to be back.

Great location. Fantastic space to enjoy and relax between the hot tub, pool and large open living space this very unique and fun house with outside tiki bar and bbq area was a joy to stay. The sunset was awesome and dolphins on a daily basis. A very unique and pleasant stay.

We had 8 people (18-55) on this trip. The house and neighborhood are exactly like advertised. The hosts are fantastic, and very helpful for anything you might need, or advice on the area. We kayaked, fished, used the pool (heated) , used the hot tub, cooked some meals, and played many many games. The beach is a short easy drive as well as any stores you may need. I literally can not say enough about this property and the hosts

The home is absolutely beautiful and is set up perfectly for a family. The views are amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better host/hostess. We had requested special permission for a small family wedding which exceeded our expectations. Fabienne and Gerold went above and beyond, even surprised us with a beautiful wedding gift. Definitely returning.

This was an amazing place and was very peaceful . The neighborhood was great and a short Uber ride to anything you want to do. The best sunrises bad sunsets you can see from thx back patio.

This property has everything you could ask for. This is our second time staying at the Casa Dolphina and we are very satisfied with the property and location. We had a blast and will most likely return in the future.

This was the third consecutive stay for three sisters and their husbands, and it did not disappoint. The layout, with bedrooms on the first floor, works out best for me since I cannot go up and down stairs. We love that the owners, Fabienne and Gerold, arrange to stop by to bring us cupcakes and a parting gift. More importantly, they will ensure that our visit will be hassle-free. We did have two incidents, one where the battery to the front door died, and another where we had a problem with the lift for the kayaks. Each time I sent a text to Fabienne, and within five minutes, she answered me and Gerold was at Casa Dolphina to correct the problems. Our stay was perfect. We made certain to use all of the amenities. The guys loved fishing from the dock. The weather was perfect. We love having our private resort. The kitchen was well stocked, with the pots and pans and outdoor grill making it easy to cook up some great dinners. There is nothing we could think of that was lacking in this home, along with the perfect hosts so we have our fourth year on the books!

An amazing time at Casa Dolphina! The gorgeous waterfront view, private pool and enclosed patio is where we spent all of our time. Fabulous hosts who greeted us with such kindness (and cupcakes!). Thank you, Fabienne and Gerold! We will definitely visit again!

Exceeded expectations with amenities galore, beautiful ocean views and water access with boat dock for relaxing, fishing and launching kayaks. Well-equipped and stocked house from pool, bath and kitchen towels to bed linens, blankets and comforters. Property owners were very kind and gracious. Brought us home baked cupcakes and for the wedding couple a gift of champaign and chocolates. Highly recommend - we will stay at the property again.

This is a repeat stay for us and we will keep coming back! Great location, the BEST sunsets, everything you need is right there! Plenty of fishing and lots of dolphins too! Fabienne and Gerold are wonderful hosts, they make you feel like it’s your own home for the entire stay! Excellent place to be for family and friends and to make memories! Our family met up at Casa Dolphina for a vacation prior to school starting. We get together every year and this was the best location we have been to yet. The hosts Fabienne Gerold are such lovely people. They greeted us and made us feel right at home. Fabienne made some amazing cupcakes for us it was a very nice start to our trip. The property is absolutely beautiful. We spent most of our time outside where the view is picture perfect. The pool overlooks the water and every morning and every evening at sunset the dolphins swam right next to the dock. We all loved seeing them. We also saw manatees and parrots. Our children are ages 14, 16, 17 and they loved kayaking. The dock lowers into the water and makes it very easy for everyone of all ages to enjoy the kayaks. It was way too hot outside to use the hot tub but I can imagine in the fall this would be fantastic. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Everyone had their own space and plenty of room for group dining. When renting in a location you have not been to you hope the home is as nice as the pictures. This one is even better than the pictures because when you see that view it is just stunning. We are looking at our calendars to see when we can all meet up at Casa Dolphina again next summer.

Fabienne and Gerold were amazing hosts. They greeted us with delicious cupcakes homemeade by Fabienne. The house was wonderful. We have been coming to Florida for vaction for 20 years and this house was a combination of everything our family loves. We saw dolphins, pelicans and mannatees daily. Kayaking in the bay was wonderful. My grandson and I jumped off the dock and swam in the bay. Fabienne and Gerold even gave us a wonderful 50th Anniversary gift which was definitely unexpected. Looking forward to our next trip tp Florida and seeing Fabienne and Gerold. You can definitely not go wrong by booking this spectacular home. My only regret was that we couldn't stay for 2 weeks this year. Thank you so much to the Schwyn's for a wonderful vacation spot.
