Great condo with great location with lazy river included. Lots of restaurants nearby. Destin is only minutes.

We had a wonderful vacation Weather was great but very hot. Were used to it though we’re from Louisiana. Kids had great time we enjoyed the Kazy River I already booked for next summer

Lovely location! The lazy river is great. The view is beautiful. The unit was quiet and furnished nicely.

We had a great stay. Good location, good size condo, and amenities.

The bay side view was great-lots of activity on the bay and lazy river. We enjoyed visiting with the property manager and felt very much at home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was comfortable for our family of 6 ppl, not super updated, but it worked. The lazy river was fun! Beds were really comfortable! The bunk beds though need some attention as they could use painting. They look very worn from both sides and seemed a bit unstable at first, but they were actually OK. Location was great as it's convenient to both Destin & Ft. Walton, beach across street, restaurants, Target, CVS. Cons: Being in a beach town and touting a lazy river and then NOT PROVIDING BEACH TOWELS is a real negative, especially when traveling by plane. We had to go and find/buy towels which added to expenses, time, frustration. We also had issues with the Hamilton Beach Keurig-style coffee pot--kept giving us errors. The owners were quick to get us another one, but it was the same brand and didn't really work any better--takes a long time to heat up and wasn't easy bc the second one you could only add as much water as the amount of coffee you wanted, but we didn't know that---it wasn't written any where. If you added more water than say 8 oz, the cup would overflow. We were there for a wedding so we needed to get wrinkles out of our clothing. The iron was basic and didn't steam, but it worked ok, however, the ironing board had a cover, but no padding so it left the xxxx pattern from the metal ironing board on our clothing. I had to go over everything again with damp cloth. Overall, a good place to stay!

The condo was clean and spacious. The kids had an absolute blast in the lazy river and pools. The condo is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a lovely family vacation!
