We enjoyed our stay at poolside 201, the condo was just what we like. It was clean, small complex, there are 3 beach options 2 that you can always get in, 1 with big waves so if double red can’t get it. We loved to go in the morning, then come back to the condo for mid day when it would get busier than walk down again in the afternoon/early evening. So there are 2 beaches straight out over the dunes. Then you can also walk out of the condo take left down the street about 1/4 of a mile down to the end of gulf shore walk through the sand there is a small walkway next to the fence for construction…that little area was quite a gem for snorkeling…we found hermit crabs and lots of little fishies to look at, it has 3 or 4 large tide pool areas. The owner was quick to respond when I would ask questions, very kid friendly. :D We would definitely return to this condo.

The property was nice and convenient. Neighbors above were very loud but all around a great experience.

This was our first time staying in the Holiday Isle area. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property with easy access to the beach including options for snorkeling and fishing. We had plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers and loved the low key setting of Holiday Isle while having quick access to eating, shopping, and attractions in Destin.

This property is clean, updated, well stocked, and has owners that care. Spent time enjoying Destin and its beaches.

The place was beautiful, but would definitely come back when it’s warmer. The water was too cold to get in, but so tempting.

Loved every minute of our vacation! Will definitely be back!

This condo was emaculate in cleanliness and all supplies needed were provided. Didn't want for anything. Any questions asked were answered promptly and friendly. The walk to the beach was a little bit of a struggle. That was the only drawback.View from Condo was beautiful.

What a wonderful spot and condo. The property manager was great and I can not say enough great things about this place. Very clean, perfect distance from beach, quaint pool. I’m already looking at dates to try to return.

This condo was incredibly clean and very tastefully decorated like a beach vacation. The convenience to the pool location was amazing making it easy to go back and forth to the room. The jetty beach was close enough but the walk to seeing waves and the sound of the ocean was a bit of a challenge through loose sand and hot temperatures. I would definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with.

My family enjoyed our stay here. It’s the perfect location. We don’t like getting knocked down by the waves on the beach, this location is perfect. The water is calm and fun to snorkel in.

The condo is perfect for 2 couples or 4 people. We had 5 with one sleeping on the couch. The view is good (would be great if one palm tree was removed that blocks part of your view), the beach is great. You have a choice of the jetty side, which is calm and more shallow (perfect for the littles) or the gulf if you walk further. Note that this walk is almost 1/2 mile from the condo. I got my workout by walking to and from the beach a couple times daily, but it is worth it. The gulf side is not crowded and was stunning. The condo is well equipped. We only ate out twice so we utilized many of the kitchen equipment. The bed in the master is very comfortable. The condo was clean, as was the complex. There were several beach chairs, an umbrella and a box full of pool/beach toys - not a common finding. I would stay here again with only 4 people total. It says 6 can stay but this would have been a little cramped. I love Holiday Isle, especially the area this condo is in. It did not feel like I was surrounded by a big crowd.

We loved our stay here. It was exactly as advertised. Super clean and had everything you needed and then some!! My kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach was so nice as well as being able to see from outside your window. Seriously located right in the middle of everything there is to do there! 10/10 recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Everything we needed was there and it was very clean! The owners were excellent with communication! The beach was beautiful! The sand is so soft and thick that it is actually a little bit challenging to walk down to the beach. Even though it’s nice to have the wagon, it’s almost impossible to pull it down to the beach, so we did have to carry our chairs and everything. We loved going down to the harbor to eat and shop. We were disappointed that the pool was so cold. It does say that it is not heated, but I must have just thought it would be warm enough in April to swim. We are from South Dakota and used to cold water—but hardly anyone was swimming because it was so cold. It’s a shame too, because the pool is lit up beautiful at night and would have been awesome to swim in! The pull out couch is surprisingly comfortable too! Thanks for letting us stay at your condo!!

Great time

Great place to take it easy and relax. While the nearest beach was actually a jetty, and the Gulf was a few hundred yards further, it was still the perfect place to spend the week. Hosts are spectacular--condo has everything you could possibly want, and hosts provided information on many stores and restaurants...Everything was taken care of.

This was our second year reserving this spot for Spring Break. It is the perfect location for those wanting to spend the break at the beach. Easy access and great location.

Great views and condo set up. Nice location to activities. Beautiful beach. One of the nicer destin vacations I've had.

We loved staying here. The apartment is in a great location, with a beautiful view. Square footage wasn't that big, but perfect for one or 2 couples. The kitchen was well equipped and nice having a washer/dryer right there. Great communication with the hosts and can't wait to come back (but not during spring break)!!

This property is about as good as you can find.

We stayed the first week in January 2022. Condo was nice, location was good. Short walk to the beach. It was empty for us, but I imagine it is crowded during the summer. We walked to the end of jetty. Will stay again!

Great location - close to the water, quiet, nice neighborhood. Prompt communications with owner, easy check-in process, nicely stocked kitchen. Nice view from the balcony--although balcony is a bit crowded with furniture and beach "supplies" (not a big deal).

Nice quiet area. I liked the gated entry, makes you feel more secure. Condo clean & neat, but the sofa, love seat & recliner needs to be cleaned. The beds are nice & comfortable, but they are too high off the floor for an older adult to get in without a step stool. Able to view beach from condo.
