This place was worth it the price, I love it. Close to everything and very secure. I love the fact that there was security 24/7. The host was amazing and very helpful.

This property was clean.. everything was amazing.. we enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning to drink our coffee and also some nights to eat dinner.. we were very close to all of the things we needed.. South beach was only a 39 minute drive.. I would definitely recommend this place to stay..

We really enjoyed our stay at Mario's Condo. The location of the condo is at the corner of two busy streets, so in the morning you will hear horns honking (a Miami thing) as your wakeup alarm around 8:00 AM. Since I'm kinda an early riser, it didn't bother me much. You can't walk to the beach as there is no walking allowed on the William Lehman Causeway. We decided to Uber to the beach on Collins Blvd. The Condo was very clean and is just as the pictures show. Mario was a pleasure to work with especially since we had a very late check-in. Publix grocery store was close by. Aventura is a very nice area and very safe. Thank you Mario for an excellent experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mario's Condo. Since I'm kinda an early riser, it didn't bother me much. You can't walk to the beach as there is no walking allowed on the William Lehman Causeway. We decided to Uber to the beach on Collins Blvd. The Condo was very clean and is just as the pictures show. Mario was a pleasure to work with especially since we had a very late check-in. This is a nice 3 BR condo. The pre-vacation / check-in process is lengthy but manageable. The condo is right on a corner overlooking a busy intersection, so as other reviews have mentioned, the traffic can be loud. However, the flip side of this is that if you have kids that like cars, you can see some very nice cars while watching traffic. The condo is somewhat sparsely appointed - it's not lived in, clearly just a repeat rental, so there's nothing homey. It's a hotel with 3 BR and a kitchen. Just the basics are provided. They are very up-front about this, so they still get full stars, but they aren't kidding about the basics. There really isn't a view to speak of, it's of the roads; the only balcony opens up to that intersection. Getting into the property requires some problem-solving when navigating Florida's U-turn lanes and frontage roads. Publix is nice and close and the grill by the pool is large and easy to grill on. The pool is nice as well as the hot tub. The playground is so tiny it's barely there, and the tennis courts/basketball court were functional although we didn't use them. The beach is about 10 minutes away, the airport around 35 (as always depending on horrendous Miami traffic). This unit and these properties are convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants. All in all, we had a good time and the unit is exactly as represented. The owner had great communication and ensured that we had a pack and play, even though I forgot until two days before to ask for it.

Plenty of room for our family of four staying for a week in Miami. The complex is well maintained and very secure. We loved having laundry in house and enjoyed the kitchen. Balcony was a very nice spot for breakfast, coffee or just relaxing. The pool was often busy but was lovely! All questions about the property were answered very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
