Very convenient, very nice decor, extremely well equipped kitchen. So roomy and comfy. Loved the close proximity to the ocean.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for 8 guests, although more than 8 could have fit comfortably! We had a great trip! My only complaint would be the view, but we knew it wasn’t a direct view when we booked it. You can see the gulf from the balcony on the side of the building, so we were satisfied with that!

Everything you need. Two living room areas is unheard of. One for grownups and one for younguns. Lack of washer/dryer was not as bad as we thought. They are on each floor and area is clean. A/C problem was resolved immediately. Not much view of ocean only down side. We've already talked about going back

We really enjoyed our week here and would try to rent this condo again! Everything was very clean and nothing was broken except there was no lock on one of the balcony doors. The balconies are very close to each other and it would be easy to climb into, so I do wish the owner would have gotten that fixed during our stay. The condo is super close to the beach, has lots of room (2 balconies, 2 living rooms!) and was beautifully decorated!

EI was a great place for our family. We really hope to go back! It's a great location and so easy to get around the area. Just steps from the beach.

Long Awaited Family Time
The condo was very nice. I only found 2 things wrong. There was soda splattered on the walls in the entry way and we had to wipe it off. There were stains on the second comforter in the room with twin beds. The first one was taken care of by the property manager. Overall, though, it was a very nice condo. Loved the area!!

Okaloosa isle
We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The beach was wonderful and the condo clean and very comfortable! The only caveat was no ocean view where our unit was.. I wish the description of the property explained this better.. yes it said said ocean view but that was the building we were in and not our unit.. Tracy was helpful and fun to talk to!

Great Stay - Exceeded Expectations, we will try to stay here again!
We loved the size and layout of the property. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family and everyone was able to stay comfortably and really helped us enjoy our stay even more. The proximity to the beach was great, maybe one of the shortest walks to the water of any condo on the island and the size of the pool was great for the size of the condo complex. The condo was clean and well stocked, the furniture fit us well. The online listing doesn't do it justice. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Wonderful Condo and Location
This condo at Emerald Isle was perfect for our group. The owner communicated just enough to make it super easy to check in. We were feet from the Gulf. Came with assigned parking and plenty our room for our group of six. I highly recommend this rental.

Great Condo And Plenty of Room
We did a Family Vacation with Grand Parents and Overall the condo was great. Plenty of Room for everyone, Check in was easy and smooth. Check out was easy. Overall well worth the money and we really enjoyed it.

Wonderful time
We came during Hurricane Ida and ended up having to stay inside for several days due to high winds and rain. Thanks to Tracy we were able to stay a few more days and finally got to enjoy the sun and the beach! We had a fabulous family vacation! Will spend more vacations in this condo in the future!

Great time!
Everyone had a great time. Beach access was perfect! Condo had plenty of space for our family. Two living spaces was great. Kitchen was spacious. Right on the beach, so access was perfect. Had a great trip!

Great beach front location, close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.
Showing a bit of cosmetic wear due to back to back rentals but it has everything you'll need.. All in all very nice vacation experience.

The condo is nice. Located in a great area where the beach isn’t to crowded. Would recommend to anyone.

Family Vacation
This property worked out really well because of the second living area, we were able to give the kids their space and had the quietness of the adult group area. We really liked our stay! Will come back!

Fort Walton Beach Vacation
I gave a qualified YES. The unit needs some serious fix up and repair. The texture on some of the ceilings has fallen. There is mismatching touch up paint on the walls. There is some base tile on the master bedroom bath missing. The entrance door frame is rotted and falling apart. The light on the terrace off the kitchen does not work. There were no instructions on the operations of the tv's. A door in one of the bedrooms is so hard to close it has to be slammed to close. At least one light bulb in a table lamp was bad.

We love staying at Emerald Isle. It’s like a hidden Gem! Tracy is amazing and this unit is perfect if you have teens who bring friends or for multiple families!

Great condo on the beach
The condo was great! The property and location are ideal, beach access from the unit is fantastic. The pool area and boardwalk to the beach are both very nice. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed for our beach vacation.

Great location
The location was amazing, we were literally on the beach!! The condo had more then enough space for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need.

Great Value
We enjoyed our stay, great value, roomy and spacious for a family of 9. Only negative was the weather, should recommend to anyone. Kitchen has everything you need, comfy mattresses, enjoyed the less crowded beaches.
