We had a great time at Hacienda del Sol. Everything was exactly as stated and was clean and ready for us. Sandra was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely head back!

What a great rental! It had all that was stated in the advertisement and more. The condo was so comfortable with easy access to groceries, restaurants, an easy drive to downtown and so much more. The balcony is a good size where we enjoyed breakfast and later day cocktails. We will be staying here again! THANK YOU!!!

What a pleasure to stay at Sandra's place. It was just as advertised, well appointed, and new from tip to tail! We appreciated so many thoughtful and special touches in the unit. Although we didn't get any beach time due to the recent storms and rainy weather, the unit is stocked with everything you'd need for a great beach or pool day - chairs, noodles, a cooler, fluffy beach towels, and more. Sandra provides excellent communication regarding the rental agreement and check-in process. She was patient and kind when I didn't fully read the instructions and reached out to clarify. The building manager was away when we arrived but we filled out a form for a parking pass and it was promptly delivered to us the next morning. New Smyrna is a fabulous little town. Spend the time to visit the shops, have some great food and chat with the friendly locals. The property was a good central location for the areas we were visiting (Melbourne, Daytona, Orlando), and would 100% stay here again.
Flagler Ave Pizza - highly recommend for a quick snack and they deliver.
Bay Street Seafood in Daytona Beach - is worth the drive for coconut shrimp and chowder.

We loved the condo! It is a smaller complex which we loved. The condo was extremely clean and the decor was great! We had a good view from our patio. Mike, the resident manager was fantastic and helped us navigate the area. We will be back!

Sandra’s property is wonderful and she has Mike the best property manager! Everything was wonderful for the best girls weekend, Sandra’s property has everything you could ask for.. except one thing. You are asked to launder beach towels and other liens that wouldn’t fit into one laundry load. This needs to be completed before check-out. Not a problem if there was machines within the unit, but not you need quarters for the machines at the end of the hall and purchase laundry soap. Thankfully, Mike was very kind and laundered the extra beach towels and delivered them to the door. Thank you again Mike!

Nice condo! Loved the beach! It wasn’t crowded at all! Spent the week their after moving our son into college. The owner is very quick to respond. Condo as listed on site!

Very peaceful and relaxing vacation. The property had everything we needed. It is an older complex but the condo was completely updated as advertised. There was a coin laundry next to the elevator area. The only thing I didn’t like was the complex is not smoke free. There was cigarette smoke in the stairwell and also prevented us from enjoying the balcony on a few days due to cigarette smoke. It would be nice if the HOA could remove the cigarette disposals from the stairways and move them away from the building. The condo itself is smoke free. I would stay there again.

The condo is clean and nicely decorated in a contemporary comfy beach style. It's easy to relax here. I loved all the beach themed modern quilted art work. Lots of seating for family meals. Hacienda del Sol 1 is our favorite building in New Smyrna because of the quiet family atmosphere. We come every year and see the same friends we made yrs. earlier. It's great to have the pool ocean front and it's never really crowded. Can't wait to return next yr.

Cute, comfy and cozy
We loved staying at the Sandy Haven! It had all the comforts of home, easy beach access and was so quiet and peaceful. We have stayed in New Smyrna before but this was my favorite area by far. We would definitely like to go back!! Thank you Sandy for sharing your condo!! We had an awesome week!!!

Beautiful and relaxing
This was a very attractive, quiet property, well-maintained, and right on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and easily accessible to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Perfect location!
We loved our stay! We loved the convenience of the pool and beach! Our place was stocked with everything we might need from lounging around the rental to a trip to the beach. We would love to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Hacienda del Sol #1 is in a great location. The views of the ocean from the balcony were great. Once we arrived, we rarely used our car. It is within walking distance of everything you would want from church to groceries to restaurants and ice cream!
The condo is very well appointed. A lot of attention has been given to details. It would be great for a family with small children. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pails and shovels, and even a Pack and Play. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked several meals, and found every type of pot and utensil we needed.
I highly recommend unit 505 of Haciendamdel Sol.
